I always come here when I'm in need or a new pair of fresh kicks. They have a lot of fashionable clothing that doesn't really break the bank. Their stickers are on point too.

I went to this location to get a new skateboard after about 15 years of not riding. Jaylin helped me out, and while I'd done some research and knew pretty well what to look for, he did an awesome job helping me out. I spent more than I'd planned, but walked away knowing I'd got a better setup than I would have without his help. Made a fool of myself trying to just do an Ollie in the store, but rode it out of the mall and got back on as soon as I got home to keep at it. Thanks to the excellent advice, I'll be back into one of my old hobbies and maybe even get rid of the beer gut while I'm at it. If you need a board built, go find Jaylin, and you'll be happy with the results.

The guy that helped us, today, was great. He knew what he was talking about.

I cannot say enough how wonderful Tommy, one of the managers, was! We took my 13 year old brother here to build a board and Tommy was not only knowledgeable about what my brother needed for his riding style and goals, but he also engaged my brother in conversation and made him feel like he had choice. The whole way home, my brother kept talking about how much he loved his board, the super clean grip job on his board and how he enjoyed skateboarding culture. Thank you, Tommy, for making this a positive experience for him and encouraging him to invest emotionally in something that can help him find his identity as he gets older.

So bought my son and his best friend Zumiez gift cards for Christmas. They went in to shop today . My sons best friend asked a worker for help trying on a coat that he wanted to buy. The worker flipped out on them took a shirt that one of them wanted to buy and threw the shirt behind him. He the. kicked my son and his best friend out of the store accusing them of stealing. Before the store employee threw them out he made them empty their pockets. On the way out of the store same person tried to trip my kid. Besides embarrassing the two guys what is the point in all of this? Do they know who their target shopper is? 12-20 year old’s do they kick all 15 year olds out? These two 15 year olds have never stolen anything from a store, ever. I am requesting video from corporate and if my kid did anything wrong I will handle that and retract this post.

Website says open, 7pm on a Friday afternoon, I drive a half hour to get there because it’s the closest one to me and I need new skate shoes. Place is closed with a piece of paper on the gate saying “will be open sometime this afternoon” what the hell? okay I’m never coming here again. Waste of time, unreliable, just go to Bellevue if you’re trying to get into a Zumiez around here. Y’all can’t all be smoking weed out back at the same time, you gotta leave someone to run the shop.

Caesar and the other two employees working with him were absolutely amazing!! They helped me find the exact kind of shoe that I wanted and pulled put multiple different shoes as far as type and size until I found the perfect pair.. and most importantly they joked around with me while I was there!! I am I huge jokester and I like to mess around and say funny things and they took it right in like they are the same exact way as me.. the staff working the closing shift on october 25th 2019 were the best.. oh and one more thing.. I thought the pair of shoes I was getting was going to cost me almost 100 bucks.. nope.. i paid right around 70 bucks.. overall best experience I've ever had shoe shopping ever!! Give these guys a raise they earned it!!!!!

I put sunglasses I was about to buy in my pocket in order to pick up a sweet board I was looking at, not thinking much of it and an employee freaked out and made me leave the store.

I like Zumiez they have a great sales staff that's always helpful. The store is being remodeled right now but that didn't stop the sales staff from being able to order anything I wanted right to my doorstep. On this last occasion the sales staff really stepped it up because one staff member misinformed me about a sale yet the manager still let it happen. That's great customer service and really will get me shopping there again sale or no sale.

I have 3 kids in middle and high school, this is the second time we have ordered something in store after being talked in to it and then they can't find it. We ordered shoes on July 17th, the sales person promised my step daughter she would get them within 2 days so she'd have them for camp. She did not have them for camp and now, August 22nd, still does not have them. I have gone in and called, they just can't find them. I asked for my money back, at least ($100). They said when the shoes come in I can just return them and get my money back. The same thing happened with my son about a year ago, except it was like 4 shirts and a sweatshirt. By the time we got the order it was way wrong and we had 2 of the same exact shirt. I will try to avoid zumies all together with my kids, which is hard, but for sure I will not take them back to this one and I will never order from them again.
