This Chick-Fil-A is amazing! My family and I usually gets a sandwich, fries, sauces and sometimes milkshakes. The restaurant is always clean and organized. We mostly do drive thru but sometimes dine in. I recommend going to this place because of great quality, service and cleanliness!

The restaurant is really nice inside. The line is always packed inside and out. Although it was busy that still does not make up for the orders being incorrect on my first visit and the second visit. The bathrooms are really small and the childrens play area is tiny. There are many employees and they should be triple checking the orders. The food is great and the chic fil-a sauces aren't made with high fructose corn syrup. That is a plus. Great experience overall, the employees just need to get the orders correct the first time before giving them to customers.

Quick service and friendly service, easy to get to. Clean inside. There's no seating as of now. Order was quick, but not very filling. The fries could have filled the box. Felt like they skimp on that. But the flavor of the chicken sandwich was good. I don't have a Chick-fil-A where I live, so I don't get the chance to go here very often. Highly priced, for what you get.

I love that they have gluten free options, grilled chicken Nuggets, gluten free buns for their sandwiches.. always a great time. usually a wait but definitely worth it. Try their fresh lemonade! So good!

For a fast food restaurant, the service was excellent. The employee (Hope) that took our order was outstanding. Thank you, Hope! The food was really good too.

First time dining at this Chick Fil A location and despite Chick Fil A's high standards, this place was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We also got our food a lot faster than other locations we've been to. Bonus is that the indoor playground is open!

Very clean and kind establishment. The food is delicious and fast. This site has a very small kids play area which does get crowded very easily. It does have gluten free bread options but you do need to specify specifically for them to change their gloves and I don't think they used a separate area to construct the meal.

Yummy! Great chicken and sides. Double check your bag before driving away as they forget stuff sometimes. I don't get the nuggets anymore because I have gristle/bones in them the only 2 times I have ordered them but the bigger pieces of chicken are great!

It was alright. Food was great but there was this employee lady who approached us 3 times as we’re eating our food and interrupted us. We didn’t have any issues or asked for anything — she just walked up. Eating our meal would have been more enjoyable if an employee wasn’t walking around to every single table. Overall though the service from the front register and cleanliness was great!

Im a little disappointed in my chickfila visit today. i came by at 9:30 with my boyfriend and the line looked fairly short. the girl who took our order was SO rude. my boyfriend struggled to say our order, not a big deal, but then the girl was very disrespectful and acted like he had just wasted all her time. my card got declined, no big deal i had another one with me, but the way she told me that my card declined basically sounded like she was disgusted by me. the line ended up taking a very long time, but no big deal because im fine waiting for the most delicious food ever. we ended up having to park in the front and wait a little longer, but we finally did get our food. when i arrived back at home my spicy chicken sandwich that i ordered (just the regular way with pickles) had pepperjack cheese on it. the bag says that i ordered a normal one, but then the one i got had cheese. i feel like the girl who took our order had something to do with this.

Management is very high school management. Very rude even though THEY got my order wrong. Chick fil a usually has great customer service, just not the one in Covington

The food is always great and the service is friendly. The kids love the play area and finish their meal so that they can play afterwards.

I'm sad. One pickle? Coming chick-fil-a. Alls I'm saying is if you want more than one pickle, ask for extra. :(

Had to wait on a parking lot despite ordering 1/2 hrs before. On top of it, two of our chicken sandwiches didn't have a chicken inside. Rating 2 instead of 1 just for general Chick-fil-A goodness. Sincerely don't recommend this place.

Ordering online is fast and easy, they just don't get the order correct. I paid extra for extra ingredients on my salad and didn't get any of the stuff I paid for.

I have nothing much to say other than it was delicious. It was my first time trying a Chick-fil-A and I LOVED IT!! Food was tasty and made fresh to order and staff were so welcoming ;) I got the Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich meal, which comes with waffle fries and a drink. I would 100% recommend!
