I had many years of positive experiences until I asked for the balance on my gift card to be returned to me when my favorite RN esthetician left the agency. I made multiple phone calls and finally they refunded me to the wrong acct and told me to deal with it at the bank. So basically long as they are taking your money it’s great. The office manager was rude and unhelpful when I asked to speak to her manager they refused to provide a name and phone number. The district manager did finally call and left a message but I could never reach her back so I decided to drop the whole issue. I was able to get my money back from the wrong bank but the whole experience made me never want to go there again

I gave 3 stars because the person I used to go to is no longer there and I have no experience with anyone else there and google would not let me delete my review. The place is a nice place so don't want to ruin their numbers with a 1 star but cannot recommend my usual 4 or 5 stars for PS Wish You Were Here.

I love this place overall, but I just found out I’ve been given Botox not Disport for the fine lines on my forehead. The assistant lied about what we talked about to save her butt. It even says I made the appointment for Disport. Botox doesn’t work for me. That’s why I switched over to Disport years ago. They still had me pay for it… I’ve probably have spent over $10,000 over the years at this place for laser hair removal, chemical peels, facials and Disport. But I’ll still go back for the other ladies. Just be careful they give you the correct injections.

Upon walking into North Sound Dermatology Aesthetics I am always greeted with a friendly hello and smile! The location is fairly easy to find and is centrally located. I have had a few procedures/appointments and both went better than I even expected! The doctors and medical staff communicated throughly and made me feel comfortable and less nervous about the whole situation. If your in need of any cosmetic services of any kind you HAVE to go here!

Pegi, IS THEE BEST, IN the Business, hands down! She has a Gift NO one else has! Her warmth, compassion also is 💯 unique, Rare,& My Husband, was also trained by Her long ago! Peggy always does Exactly what you Need! You'll absolutely Never be disappointed, & She is NSD, Greatest asset! I'd never let Anyone else touch my Face, & I've met many in this field,& no one comes close to Her Experience! I was in a accident and am difficult to do, but again, Her abilities far exceed any Dr.s I've dealt with so far. God Bless Her, because She really cares,& to me, is Perfection in Her Trade,& work ethic,& always makes me laugh, feel at ease because I know I'm in the Best Hands! No one can do what Pegi Stewart does!!!! Love Her to pieces!!! Only one for me!!!!

The girls at the front desk were courteous and prompt. Dr. Craig Baugher was great, and the CMA – Kerri was also great! What is not great and totally not OK is booking an appointment with them and then receiving seven text messages as well as email correspondence before you even arrive for your appointment. Then the moment you walk out the door you are hit with two more. Nine text messages just to go see my dermatologist is absolutely unacceptable professionally.

Nancy & Pegi were great! Had a bad experience with a consult at another clinic, so I was very pleased to meet such kind, knowledgeable professionals. They listened to my concerns, made suggestions and offered services that I feel are reasonably priced.

Dr. Park is a lovely, gentle, kind woman and honestly I can't recommend her enough. She's so soothing and makes you feel instantly comfortable. I never thought getting poked in the face would be relaxing, but here we are.

I've been a client on both the medical and the aesthetic side of North Sound Dermatology in Mill Creek. Every appointment I've had has run smoothly and efficiently... a nice contrast to many offices that have you wait for over half an hour to be seen! Dr. Park is kind and courteous and factors in prior discussions, even if they occurred 6 months ago.

I have been going here for a little less than a year. Dr. Park and Paige have been absolutely amazing. They are both so kind and caring. They really make my Botox days feel like a nice gift to myself. I highly recommend. The receptionists are very kind and inviting as well.

I would not go any other place than North Sound Dermatology Aesthetics. Every provider that I have seen there has been excellent and I am confident in their knowledge and skill. I appreciate that they are a medical clinic rather than a spa.

I've had 2 appointments so far and both experiences were great! My first ever botox appointment was with Dr. Park and she super nice and explained everything. She made a great starting dosage suggestion and the process was painless. Today I went to Paige Savage, PA and loved her. She talked to me for about 15 minutes all about lip filler and recommendations for me. I'll be making a lip filler appointment with her and will keep going back for botox.

I recently got Botox from Leann and she was amazing!! I didn’t really know what I wanted/needed but she helped me through the whole process! The results were spectacular as well

My aesthetician was absolutely fabulous! She answered questions I had about this procedure, as well as other possible future procedures. You could tell she really cared about her profession and passion for helping people. She also cares deeply about a healthy lifestyle.

I absolutely love my gal. I definitely recommend this professional but very uplifting mini get away. Thanks girls for being awesome.

North Sound Dermatology Aesthetics is the best place you can go for literally any type of "Aesthetics Dermatology". I had a consultation with them back in March or April, they had my email on file, and yet I didn't receive a single advertisement email from them since then. All the other laser hair removal places I had looked into bothered me with marketing calls, texts, and emails for at least a month after I reached out. This place also has the best prices considering their expansive range of licensed expertise. Northsound Dermatology Aesthetics also has the best employees, even in their other office Northsound Dermatology right next door which is more for the medical side of things. Everyone here is very helpful, friendly, professional, and rather welcoming. I'm looking forward to going here again for more of my Dermatology wants and needs.
