If you’re looking for a cozy stay for your trip then I highly recommend! Staff was so nice and welcoming, there was a nice gentleman in the front desk who made chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Their rooms are very clean/visually appealing and you feel at home. Great location, secure parking, delicious breakfast with lovely ladies who help serve you a variety of options. Their fitness center was very useful and had great peloton bikes. Would definitely come back :)

Lovely, clean hotel with tons of amenities. Highly recommend staying here! The rooms are massive, updated, and have high ceilings. Breakfast is included and the food is as good/extensive as any restaurant. You have a washer/dryer and ski lockers at your disposal. And to top it off, it’s at a fabulous location - directly off the main road. They even have EV chargers for vehicles in the parking lot.

We are having a great stay. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and with good finishes, and it has been simply east. Anna in the kitchen exudes her joy, and literally the food was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel buffet!

My partner, dog, and I had a great stay at Wood River. There were so many thoughtful details of the amenities that made our stay easy and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. Highly recommended.

Nice pool, bathroom was still dirty with dog hair. Buffet was ok, way over priced 300.00 for one night. Wow we're not all rich like the sun valley and California people. Sub par hotel good service friendly staff, busy street, no good places to eat near hotel.

Good enough for what it costs. Location is nice, but not close enough to the river for the name. It's a bit run down, but mostly decent. Free breakfast was interesting. I wouldn't count on it.

We have stayed at the wood river inn almost ten times now and I'm amazed how consistent our experience has been every time. Whoever runs this place is well versed in hospitality making this hotel comfortable, clean and welcoming for everyone while also keeping the price reasonable. The attention to detail is exceptional with yoga mats and bands in room and dog beds and bowls provided. Hotel bikes are great to have use of in the summer. Ski lockers are also a nice touch. Breakfast is great with lots of options. We trail run and love we can bring our dogs along with us on the trails. Not sure how they hire so well but their staff is always above and beyond friendly and genuinely kind. Down to earth real Hailey, ID hospitality not a nameless hotel chain feel. Keep up the good work!

We stayed here and had an AMAZING experience. We checked in at midnight and Dee gave us possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced. She was clearly looking for every way she could to make the experience perfect. She greeted us with a smile and was ready to help in any way she could. One tiny example that shows her attention to detail: she opened the door for us and had preemptively opened the elevator for us. She 100% deserves a raise. Next time I'm in the area we will DEFINITELY stay here, mostly because of Dee.

We haven't even checked out yet and feel the need to leave a review. This place is an absolute gem. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room is wonderful. Cozy bed, spacious room, rainfall showerhead in bathroom, very tasteful decor, organic toiletries, etc etc. Very clean, everything smells fresh. The price was very reasonable for what you get here. We paid the same price last night for a 48 sq ft room with a bunk bed w/ a shared bathroom at Redfish lake. Wood River Inn makes that place look like a clown show. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area. We will absolutely be back!

Although the beds were comfortable, the room was pretty dirty, the deadbolt did not work, and our neighbors were loud. Good location, but I wish the rooms were nicer.
