So easy - walked in (pro tip: just call in, they will add you to the wait list), got on the wait list, was told an estimated wait time and to go home and wait for a text to come to the office that would come 15-20 mins before I would be seen. Smoothest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. My appointment took 20 mins, I was given appropriate tests, an injection and a prescription for my illness. Office was super clean and staff friendly and efficient.

Visiting University of Puget Sound from out of State and my mother needed to be seen on a Saturday. Everyone was very helpful and thorough. The facilities are extremely clean. We didn’t have an appointment but received a text when it was time to return to the facility to be seen. So grateful to have chosen this facility as we didn’t know anything about urgent cares in the area.

I made an appointment for 9am,1 hour after they opened. Finally got to a room around 9:30, but didn't get to see the Dr until after 10. What is the point of making an appointment if you're going to have to wait over an hour, anyway? If I had shown up an hour late, they would have told ME to kick rocks!

I took my son in to the University Place location for an ear infection, and they had a long wait. I got a call that the Stadium location had a shorter wait, so helpful that they do that! We headed over there and it still took a bit but not too long. The nurse and doctor were both great with my one year old and quickly got us our prescription written and on our way once we were seen.

Staff was extremely helpful for my LNI claim, was seen quickly less than two hours Wait time for a walk-in. They were more than helpful to help me handle paperwork to give to my employer and we’re extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend this building for any walk-in claims or scheduling an appointment. Also had an online app to show me how many patients were in front of me so I didn’t have to go in and wait in the office. I got a notification 15 minutes prior and was able to make my appointment quickly. Five stars for sure.

They are so nice! If you get hurt or sick this is the place to go. Definitely! Worth the drive if you are far but, it's not far from a Freeway exit. Thank you everyone for fast, friendly and professional service!

Professional, helpful and kind. I received excellent medical care, and was even more impressed when clinic staff insisted on walking me out and watching me get safely to my car because of some drama occurring outside the clinic. Top notch from start to finish.
