I went to ZoomCare Woodinville and was blown away by Diana McFeters' medical care. She was so nice, thoughtful and informative. I typically do not write reviews, but for the experience provided by Diana I was compelled.

Very positive, easy experience. Was able to schedule online for an appt within the hour on a Sunday morning when I really needed it. Was seen right away, reception was great. Dr. was caring, compassionate, and able to assist me with my issue, order my prescription, provide next steps, and put me at a lot of ease. I will not hesistate to return for urgent care needs. I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for quick and reliable service, empathetic health care providers and ease of getting an appointment scheduled to be seen quickly. No more waiting three hours in an urgent care waiting room and then another 20-30 minutes waiting for the doctor. Very positive first visit. I will be back when needed.

I saw Diana McFeters, FNP, who is phenomenal. She was compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I was so thankful for her and the staff at ZoomCare for being open on a holiday.

This was the best medical care I have EVER received. The doctor was so kind, empathetic, and patient. She answered all of my questions and never tried to rush out. She made me feel so well taken care of! The building was very clean and modern as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing. Fast and efficient. Felt like providers genuinely care. First time using this service. I typically dread going to the doctors or urgent care. I also had been in a wait line of 14 people for my local urgent care and wasn’t able to see them in person for about 5.5 hours. I was able to schedule something and speak with someone within 30 mins. Diagnosed and prescribed treatment before the pharmacy closed today.

Wow, I’m impressed. There was an available appointment within an hour, when I arrived they were on time and even brought me back early. I got the care I needed and was out the door in under 15 min. Fast, friendly and quick service. The goal for this place is to replace most urgent care visits and I think this place can do that. I’m super happy with the care I received and would definitely return and avoid other places as much as possible.

Took my son here because he was having fever for 4 days. Provider said everything looks good. He just need to take Tylenol he will be fine. After two days we took him to Allegro , Dr said he is having severe ear infections on both ears.
