First time that I shopped online and picked up in store with Chicos. It was a great experience from start to finish! Walked in and was cheerfully greeted by Kandi. Went to Chico’s today like I always do.Usually Maya and the other ladies are very helpful and help with the selection of clothes. Today there was this mexican lady who showed no interest in helping. Her name started with C or S . Very disappointing as I usually spend few hundred dollars there.

The staff at Redmond Town center are always excellent. If you sign up for their customer program you automatically receive 5% off every purchase. It's a nice little bump and you then receive decent coupons quite regularly. They have a unique clothing line called "the traveler's collection" which includes bottoms and tops and coats that can all be packed very small, don't wrinkle and can be easily washed in a hotel sink and quick dry. It's literally traveling clothing.
