This place sucks. The front desk people are rude, and the management WILL increase your rent steadily. The neighborhood is full of drug addicts and thieves who constantly steal your mail or break into your car if they get the chance. The area between our unit and the next one became a popular spot for homeless people to defecate, which was pretty awesome. And the "on-site security" consists of one stoned teenager rolling slowly through the parking lot in a patrol car with his red and blue lights on maybe twice a night. As others have said, don't expect to get your deposit back. They will find any way to gouge you that they can. One of the items of on my move-out checklist was "lint in dryer". Seriously?

I lived here for about 2 years. Great location! Beautiful apartment, a little pricey but that’s expected. Maintenance was very quick to complete work orders. I also loved having my own washer and dryer. The only issue I had was the heavy use of visitor parking by other tenants. It was always very difficult to have friends come over because there wouldn’t be any visitor parking spots available.

Very nice, freshly renovated apartment. The application process and move was seamless thanks to Cody (property manager) and team. We had a simple maintenance issue and it was handled and resolved within 24 hours. We couldn’t be more happy with our new apartment home.

Kodey at the leasing office, and maintenance team are the best in Burien. Friendly, and reliable. A stark contrast with the hassle every other complex around here has given me. Thrilled with my new home at Maple.

This place is excellent. We love its apartments. Very nice and cozy. The manager of this place is very attentive and concerned. We are very pleased to live here.

The staff are nice and they generally try and fix issues quickly. At least I've never had to wait for more than a day. You get a parking space included in your rent, which is super rare in the Seattle area. The places are a bit small and old, but for the price, it's a good deal.
