Truly the most frustrating medical experience I’ve ever dealt with. I saw Dr. Mulligan at the very beginning of August because of reoccurring vertigo episodes and she had me do a hearing test the next day to start the diagnosis process. It’s been four weeks since that appointment and after multiple phone calls to find out what my results are/next steps, no one will return my calls! I’ve left messages with the medical assistants line (always goes to voicemail), I’ve asked the receptionists to transfer me to someone I can talk to, and nothing happens. If you want to feel supported as a patient and receive your medical information in a timely manner, please do yourself a favor and go to another clinic! I would give them zero stars if I could.

Dr. Mulligan was so great. She explained things to me that helped me look forward to helping my sinuses and a future in helping my hearing as well. I'm so happy I found this new group of Doctors at this clinic. Thank you Dr. Mulligan for your patience and care!

Admin staff is extremely understaffed and is almost impossible to get through via phone. Tried to retrieve records for my physician and the call center (yes, you don't get the actual office, you get a call center when you call) lied to me and confirmed my records were available for pick up when they actually had no access to my records to begin with. An apology doesn't fix me taking time off work to completely waste my time. I recommend going to an office willing to invest the necessary resources and training to handle your healthcare. If they cut corners on paperwork, I hate to see what they do with care.

Wife got hearing aid stuck in ear .This hapened before but I was able to get the dome out this time it was way in canal. Called after hours got a very nice man on phone who helped calm me down .Dr Lee called us and set up appt for next day. He was kind caring and compassionate and explained what to do . The next day he took it out very skilled. The staff was also Excellent nurses intake also. Treated with respect, skill and kindness. Thank you

The staff at the front office were very professional and polite. The medical assistants were very good and the doctor was very straight to the point of my problem and addressed it so I was more comfortable with a good outcome and understood what was to be done to help me with the next stage.

My experience was with Dr. Michael Wolfe at the 1st Hill location which I couldn't find a listing for, but they share the same phone system so I'm writing this review here. Dr. Wolfe was actually great - I give him 5 stars and would go to him again as an ENT However I agree with the other 1 star reviews about it being impossible to get your test results and how no one ever returns your calls. Dr. Wolfe ordered me a 3rd-party test that I still haven't received results for. I've called and left voice messages over 10 times. I've left messages on the patient portal. Since I could not reach my provider *at all*, I was contacting the 3rd party test provider! Who informed me that they already sent the test results a long time ago. I FINALLY get a human on the line with Puget Sound ENT, and she gives me another fax number and tells me to give that to the 3rd party test provider. Isn't that YOUR JOB to manage test results, notice when weren't coming in, and get them for your patients? Oh and get this -- It also turned out to be the *wrong fax number*. So it's safe to say the doctors here are great but you are locked out of getting any test results due to sheer incompetency of their staff, who if you're lucky enough to get in contact with, will tell you to do their job for them while giving you incorrect information. Ridiculous.

The staff at the desk are friendly and helped me right away with my copay. I didn’t have to wait long. Dr Mulligan is very helpful, very caring and understanding for what I needed done. I’ve always enjoyed talking with her.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. Hearing test and discussing results with the doctor was well coordinated and there was little to no waiting time. Clear follow up and they took care of my referrals. Overall a great experience. Thanks!
