This
complex
and
its
management
team
are
THIEVES.
They
ask
you
to
give
20
days
notice
then
when
you
do
they
want
to
keep
your
money,
saying
it's
supposed
to
be
30days.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
find
some
place
else
to
live.
Lets
begin
with
all
the
positives
for
this
place.
I
can
only
think
of
two
at
this
time.
1.
The
location
is
simply
awesome.
2.
The
apartments
themselves
are
very
beautiful
both
in
and
out
and
the
maintenance
team
always
go
above
and
beyond.
For
these
two
things
i
give
this
place
2
stars.
Lets
talk
about
all
other
things
that
need
fixing/improving.
For
starters,
the
apt
complex
assigns
every
apt
home
one
car
port.
This
is
not
even
the
problem.
My
problem
is
that
the
assumption
is
that
visitors
parking
spots
are
to
be
available
for
the
second
car
to
each
home.
This
hasn't
worked
since
we
moved
in
and
it
gets
worse
by
the
day.
We
now
have
some
neighbors
that
have
3
to
4
cars
for
a
1bdr
apt.
Not
sure
why
management
hasn't
come
up
with
a
better
system
for
ensuring
that
only
residents
park
at
this
complex.
Of
course
when
you
bring
the
issue
up
they
refer
you
to
the
covered
spots,
which
are
$50/month.
Now
i
want
to
ask,
I
pay
rent
and
this
is
home.
surely
my
husband
and
I
should
be
able
to
find
parking
when
we
get
home.
Whenever
you
bring
the
issue
up
the
story
is
the
same,
consider
taking
a
shaded
spot
and
we
have
visitors
parking
spots.
Why
should
I
have
to
pay
for
parking?
I
live
here.
Meanwhile
our
neighbors
from
Appian
can
come
in
and
park
at
whatever
time
for
whatever
number
of
days
they
so
wish
at
no
cost.
All
the
best
finding
a
visitor's
parking
spot
after
5pm
on
a
weekday
and
1pm
on
the
weekend.
Water/sewer/garbage
those
charges
go
up
on
adhoc
basis
because
you
know,
it's
a
shared
cost
and
you
can't
question
.
We
live
in
a
1bd
apt
and
this
has
been
steadily
rising
from
$75
to
$90
and
this
month
we're
paying
$115,
did
I
mention
we
were
away
on
vacation
for
a
week
and
a
half
of
the
same
month?
not
sure
who
was
using
water
at
my
apt
at
this
time.
but
oh
well.
We
shall
not
go
into
that.
Also,
we're
at
the
house
less
hours
than
we
are
out
making
a
living.
So
if
you're
rent
is
$1500,
prepare
to
easily
pay
$1700/sewer/garbage/trash
monthly.
We
share
space
with
homeless
folk
who
give
you
an
attitude
when
you
ask
them
to
vacate
your
parking
spot.
Oh
and
the
management
will
be
quick
to
respond
to
this
with
"we
put
up
a
fence".
Well
congratulations
management,
you
put
a
fence
to
safeguard
my
backyard
whose
entry
way
you
left
wide
open
for
Appian
and
homeless
folk
to
drive
in
whenever
they
so
please.
But
thank
you
so
very
much
for
putting
up
the
fence.
I
sure
do
thank
you.
Pembrooke
apt
complex
becomes
the
late
night
mechanic's
shop
which
starts
work
at
6pm
and
goes
late
into
the
night.
Now
you
know
there
is
no
good
thing
going
down
at
the
corner
of
any
building
after
dark.
I
have
loved
this
complex
for
a
long
time
but
I'm
afraid
I
have
no
more
love
left.
I
can''t
wait
to
move
on,
I
pray
it's
soon.
