I recently visited Dr. Ron Sherman for a routine dental checkup and cleaning, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and expertise he provided. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area was clean and modern, and I was seen right on time. During the exam, Dr. Sherman was very gentle and explained everything he was doing, which put me at ease. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with some great tips for maintaining my dental health. The cleaning and cavity treatments were also thorough and painless. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience at Dr. Ron Sherman's office. He and his staff are clearly dedicated to providing top-notch dental care and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great dentist. He is amongst the best in the Sammamish area.

My family and I have been patients at First Impressions Dental Care for 20 years now, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ron Sherman and his team! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and calming. The reception staff is friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The waiting area is modern and comfortable. Dr. Sherman is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. Every visit, he takes the time to explain procedures and answers all my questions, making me feel informed and at ease. The dental hygienists are thorough yet gentle, and they make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire cleaning process. What sets this dental practice apart is the emphasis on preventive care. Dr. Sherman takes the time to discuss oral hygiene practices and provides 2–3-year plans for maintaining a healthy mouth. This initiative-taking approach has not only improved my dental health but also saved me from potential issues down the road. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental assistants and small canine :), creates a positive and friendly environment. They prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction. The team at First Impressions Dental Care are always courteous and friendly. They are quick and efficient and the hours are good - I really appreciate that with when you have a busy schedule. Their follow through was excellent. I have tooth that was giving me problem and they were worked with me to help resolve.

I recently took a leap of faith and became a flight attendant after a 25 year career in dentistry. I feel proud and privileged to say that I was lucky enough to work and be mentored by Dr. Ron. He does not take your business for granted and truly loves educating his patients. His team is warm, gracious, and kind. He has state of the art technology to help determine the best diagnosis and prepare the proper (not always the most expensive) treatment. What I loved the most about Dr. Ron was that he always made time to explain dentistry in terms that people could understand. Often times that included a plethora of hand-drawn pictures! I still drive 1.5 hours one way to see Dr. Sherman because he is a tooth whisperer and the absolute best at his profession. Do yourself a favor and book your appointment TODAY!

I've had many tooth problems resolved by the great work of Dr. Ron Sherman. When i switched to Dr. Sherman 18 years ago, I had several lingering conditions that needed to be addressed. Dr. Sherman solved each problem quickly and efficiently. He and his team give me a heads-up on potential tooth and gum trouble so that I can take preventive measures before it gets worse. Over the years, my wife and I can say with confidence that Dr. Sherman and his staff are a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Ron and his staff are the BEST! I've always had a positive experience at his dentist office. My appointments always start on time, cleanings are painless and efficient, and everyone is super friendly. A major perk, too, is that Dr. Ron brings his adorable pups to the office everyday to make people smile and feel at home. They're the sweetest doggies and run up to say hi to you. I came to get 3 crowns & 5 fillings! I have never had a good experience with any dentist except for Dr. Sherman. They made me feel so comfortable the whole time. They were recommend to me & I am so glad I came here. They work so fast. When you walk in they acknowledge they are very welcoming, the place is super clean. They did a great job. Thanks so much!

I never write reviews even when I think incredibly highly of a person, place or thing but I feel compelled to write one for Dr. Ron Sherman and his team of caring and talented team at First Impressions. Over 15 years ago, I had a co-worker that had dental work done ( front crowns) that were so beautiful I asked her who created them for her. She informed me of Dr Sherman. I had crowns on my upper front teeth since I was 11 years old due to an accident and I always hated them and they were redone multiple times in my life. They never looked natural. I made an appointment with Dr. Sherman and I was so impressed that someone actually listened to my concerns and the first dentist to suggest that it would look more natural if the teeth on either side were done as well. Needless to say, my teeth looked natural and beautiful. No one would know that they were crowns. Not only does he have a great nack for anesthetics but he also cares a great deal about his patients well being and their pocketbooks. There were times that he came in on a weekend when a temporary broke and found a way to save money on a broken bridge. I remember that a friend of mine had a horrible accident with a horse and he did an amazing job and just used donations from family and friends to bring back her smile. I had moved many miles away from Dr. Sherman and so started seeing a dentist closer to where I live. Needless to say, I began having issues with broken teeth, increased costs, and lack of personal attention. I decided to return to First Impressions even though it was a drive and I am so very happy that I did. When a crown came back from the lab but the color was to the perfection of Dr. Sherman, he had it redone. Bottom line, as long as Dr. Sherman is still practicing, he will be MY dentist.
