    This was pretty much the worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. They rescheduled my appointment at the last minute - twice. Then, 3 hours before my third attempt at an appointment, I was told I needed to bring a bunch of medical records with me. I spent the whole day scrambling to get them and bring hard copies, only to have the doctor never even ask for them. When I did finally sit down with the doctor, he rushed me through my explanation of what was wrong and frequently tried to talk over me. He did a extremely rapid (~3 minute) cursory strength assessment of body parts that were not relevant to my issues, spent about 15 seconds examining the part of my body I was coming in about, then declared I was fine and he didn't see any problems. I insisted I was not, in fact, fine, and went into all the previous care I'd gotten that led me to this clinic, and why I came to them for a particular treatment. He claimed that treatment wouldn't help me, even though I'd had similar treatments before and had told him they helped tremendously. When I insisted it would, he claimed they didn't do that treatment. He kept flipping between "there's nothing wrong with you", "we don't do that treatment," and "we do that treatment but it won't help you." I was so flustered. I have never been gaslit, ignored, disrespected, and talked over so much by a medical provider. I left, and will certainly never come back. If I could rate this place a zero, I would.

    Had me come in with a full bladder so they could do an ultrasound to look at my prostate. Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork, 40 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment, still not seeing the technician. Was killing me having to urinate. Totally disrespectful of peoples time. They call themselves partners in health care but hold YOU HOSTAGE on your time. I left without getting my work done.

    Rayus in Federal way. Front desk person not the friendliest. I went in in extreme pain and although i initially went to the first person there i was directed towards a person toward the back after a quick giggle from the person at the front. Then went to the front again to turn my paperwork in (not realizing) was i had to bring it back to the rep towards the back again. Now she could have been on a break as someone dropped food off to her, but it didn't appear that way to me because other people went up to her. The person at the front commented, "they keep coming up to me." The other rep was quick and friendly. My imaging was quick and my tech was very warm and friendly..but most of all empathetic towards me. 3/5 because the front desk really sets the tone for the experience and it needs work.

    Didnt like this location at all. The xray guy was really noce and helpful but the receptionists were extremely unhelpful. First i was scheduled for a urgent xray but they were like “ohhh our xray gets closed at 4:20 so come tomorrow anytime before this”. The next day i go again n then she is like oh but we have to schedule!! I was like its urgent,but nope. It wasnt sone until 4 days later. And damnnn they dont pick up calls. The never do. But the xray technician was very nice and sweet

    Radiology appointment went well. Can’t speak much for admin/check in other than it went smoothly. 5 stars for the radiology technician though, Janae was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable during what could’ve been an awkward and weird appointment. Very thankful for her!

    Extremely unprofessional place. After waiting a week with a medical condition and a referral this place canceled the appointment the day of without notice because the tech took the day off. Couldn’t even send out a text message. Then said they didn’t know when they could schedule next because they’re short handed. The receptionist was absolutely dreadful. Do not waste your time coming here.

    I had a very positive experience. I have terrible anxiety, especially when having to undress for strangers or when it comes to my medical needs. The front desk people were very kind and the doctor who performed my exam was gentle, calm, and reassuring. She even made it a pont to explain to me in detail(without speaking to me like an idiot) what I was being diagnosed with, what it meant, how it develops, everything she could to reassure me that I was okay. Thank you❤️

    Scheduled a appointment for 3:40. What wasn’t told is that’s not the appointment time. I came 10 minutes prior so I sat for over 40 minutes before I was seen. Scheduling is not the front desks mistake but communicating that they are short handed and running behind is. Communication is key. The technician that did my mammogram was great and did a fantastic job.
