I have been extrpleased with my experience at Northwest Eye Surgeons. My consultation appointment was on a day with lots of weather related difficulties that prevented the whole staff being there. Yet every person with whom I interacted was helpful and professional. I'm looking forward to my actual cataract surgery and have complete confidence in this group.

My experience at Northwest Eye Surgeons was wonderful. Everyone from the support staff to the Surgeons were kind and helpful. The Surgeon spent time answering ALL of my questions until I fully understood what he was saying. I had a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend anyone needing their services.

I have been to different places and hospitals to check my eyes in the past years in Washington . So far this ophthalmologist I thought was the best. In this place, I have encountered different tools for testing eyes which I never did it before. When he was checking my eyes, he told me that he has some people on the other side of the computer , they have all the test reports which I just did half hours ago. He looked like discussing my symptoms or teaching students at the same time. I am not sure if it is correct or not, but the feeling was like that.

I am impressed with their staff and there state of the art facility. They were all very competent and efficient. Dr Young was extremely concise and clear when speaking to me so that I could understand his diagnosis. They were all open to questions and answered each one directly. I highly recommend this office for your eye health. I welcome and appreciate them as part of my health team.

Very friendly atmosphere. The staff was helpful and professional. The doctor explained what was wrong with my eyes , t as liking at my level so I could understand, and went over my X-rays on the computer so I could actually visualize the problem. He was very warm and sincere and made me feel at ease with reassuring me the the surgery in the near future would turn out fine. He was patient and answered my questions.

The people that work in this office are very friendly and helpful and do all they can to make you comfortable. I would recommend this office for anyone that is going to have eye surgery.

Very good experience from check-in through the procedure. All information provided was helpful and reassuring. Procedure was quicker than expected and painless. Questions were answered thoroughly and helped with any anxiety.. Results, while still early, show vast improvement of brightness and vision clarity. I am excited to test the improvement of my vision and already see that it is helping with everyday activities.
