This store and the people who run it are full of magic! Its my go to gift spot and I love the effort and care that goes into the inspiring displays. They are a hidden jewel that should be patroned often, I am always blown away!

I am absolutely in love with The Garden Room. From the very beginning, the quality and uniqueness of their products have continued to amaze me. Finding a decor store that has elegant taste is difficult on this side of the bridge. My home has decorations for every season from this simply beautiful store.

I just love this store. It’s definitely an experience every time you walk through the doors. There is so much to look at and I’m always in awe of the creativity that goes into their displays. It’s all things Christmas right now so if you need some inspiration or finishing touches for your holiday decor, this is the place to go. I’ve bought numerous things over the years at this location and their previous location and they are my favorite pieces. I picked up just a couple small items today - some ribbon for my tree topper, a few hot chocolate packs and delicious chocolates for the kids for stocking/advent calendar stuffers, and a couple ornaments but will be back once I get out my Christmas decor out and figure out what else I might need. The staff is super helpful and knows their product.

I go to The Garden Room and Home every year for their Christmas holiday selections. They have a great atmosphere, and what a beautiful selection of ornaments and decorations for your home and office. I encourage everyone to take the time and go and see for yourself. It's worth the trip.

We love coming to this store. Fun stuff and great staff.. very helpful. But, please please take 1/2 of your inventory and move it to a storage room somewhere. I can't move around and it feels like everything is going to fall on top of me! So much stuff that you can't see anything. Visual over-stimulation. You just want to leave especially when there's a lot of people in there.. even during COVID! I bet they would sell more stuff if it was less crowded.

Such a beautiful store and a kind staff. I was terribly disappointed when I went to return a Brighton watch band that my husband bought me in late November for a Christmas gift. After opening the present, I discovered the clasp was defective and would not stay closed. I went to return the item and was told it was past their 14 day return policy - even for defective products. Very disappointing. I only wanted to exchange it for one that worked properly. I won’t shop there in the future.
