We
were
looking
forward
to
a
meal
out
with
our
family
after
a
busy
week.
However,
the
sides
that
came
with
our
kids
meals
were
not
fresh.
My
kids
carrots
were
so
dry
and
obviously
old.
The
broccoli
was
chewy.
The
meals
were
“ok”
but
the
fries
didn’t
taste
as
fresh
or
look
very
presentable.
What
happened
to
the
music?
No
music
was
played
here.
Overall,
the
customer
service
was
just
fine
but
we
were
a
little
disappointed
when
we
brought
up
the
fact
our
food
wasn’t
fresh,
our
server
just
told
us
unfortunately
if
they
bring
out
more
carrots
they’ll
just
look
the
same.
How
is
this
the
customers
problem?
Shouldn’t
Red
Robin
be
serving
fresh
food?
He
should
have
offered
to
take
it
off
our
bill
at
least
since
it
wasn’t
edible.
The
broccoli
he
brought
out
to
replace
it
wasn’t
any
better.
We
were
asked
again
at
the
end
of
our
meal
how
everything
was,
and
whoever
the
lady
was
that
asked
me
offered
to
replace
our
sides
for
“fresh”
carrots
but
at
this
point
we
were
already
done
with
our
meals.
We
have
been
to
several
Red
Robin
locations
in
WA
in
the
past
and
this
one
was
rather
disappointing
compared
to
the
others.
I
don’t
think
our
family
will
ever
return
here
again.
