    Actually it's kind of funny, my husband and I show up because we finally got a night out without our precious kiddo. Well, I didn't have my ring on because I had worked that day and I don't wear it because of the harsh chemicals I work with. (If you like something, you want it to last so you make sure to take care of it, yunno?) Well my husband did have his on and E V E R Y O N E noticed this. Now the reason why I mention this is because people openly showed their disgust for what they assumed was him cheating on his wife with me (his wife) ESPECIALLY the older couple we were sat next too. It was genuinely amusing. Getting dirty glances and glares after they quietly whispered and pointed. We loved it. We loved that people cared that there was something wrong with that picture. And it's not their fault! They didn't know! But it goes to show you that you shouldn't always judge a book by its cover. We may have ruined their time with our "infidelity" but we had an absolute blast. Initially our server even seemed a little held back by it too but she even came around. I wish I could remember our waitress name because she was absolutely phenomenal. The food was amazing and the drinks even more so. The service was quick and diligent as well.. So thanks for a great time guys. This experience definitely gave us a lot to laugh about.

    Do not eat here! I ordered through PostMates a big pig out tavern, extra fries, milkshake and a pep pizza! A $50 order and I only received 1 item which was the burger and soggy fries.... the middle was so pink and raw (asked for no pink) I didn't have any bacon and I found a hair! It seemed like they gave me the wrong order. I called and was placed on hold for 30 mins I ended up hanging up! Not a good experience at all! Postmates did not help they told me to reach out to the restaurant who also did not help. $50 wasted on food I didn't get and couldn't even eat and yes it looks like someone already took a small bite of my burger before it got to me 🤢

    We were looking forward to a meal out with our family after a busy week. However, the sides that came with our kids meals were not fresh. My kids carrots were so dry and obviously old. The broccoli was chewy. The meals were “ok” but the fries didn’t taste as fresh or look very presentable. What happened to the music? No music was played here. Overall, the customer service was just fine but we were a little disappointed when we brought up the fact our food wasn’t fresh, our server just told us unfortunately if they bring out more carrots they’ll just look the same. How is this the customers problem? Shouldn’t Red Robin be serving fresh food? He should have offered to take it off our bill at least since it wasn’t edible. The broccoli he brought out to replace it wasn’t any better. We were asked again at the end of our meal how everything was, and whoever the lady was that asked me offered to replace our sides for “fresh” carrots but at this point we were already done with our meals. We have been to several Red Robin locations in WA in the past and this one was rather disappointing compared to the others. I don’t think our family will ever return here again.

    I grew up eating Red Robin. Today, after not being able to eat since Monday. My best friend and I ordered some food from our neighborhood Red Robin by the South Hill Mall. It was a Curbside order. We show up and call. The manager who answered was extremely rude and hung up on us. When she brought us out our food. My best friend, who was my driver at the time (I just had a procedure and couldn't drive) was having a hard time opening the door. When she got it opened, the manager practically tossed our bag at us. She refused to go over what was in our bag with us and walked off. I called the store and asked to speak to her boss. She informs me that she is the OWNER of that store and that particular store is not corporate. I told her that my friend has MS and her response was, "It's not my fault she can't open a door ". At this time, I am livid and she hangs up in my face again. I called the Red Robin on 169th and they inform me that it IS a Corporate store and they gave me corporates number. I contacted them immediately and filed a complaint. This manager is a disgrace to Red Robin. She was way too comfortable being discriminatory to my friend and disrespectful to me, which means that this type of behavior is allowed in their establishments. It is unacceptable and will not be tolerated! Nobody with that type of attitude towards other human beings should be allowed in any type of management! Red Robin, just shameful and disgusting!

    Servers were very friendly and helpful. Burger was good. Fries were old. Garlic fries are different from before. Forgot to bring out our queso dip and when we got it it was ice cold. Soda was flat. They should lock the tablets to where you won't be charged for your kid playing games on it unless you put a code in. After getting home my husband threw up.

    My granddaughter ordered a sundae, the one off the kids menu... No sprinkles, no cherry and anyone with a 3 year old KNOWS it must look like the picture!!! Very annoying, I could not find someone to help me fixed the sundae!!

    My burger was missing the pineapple when I told the waitress she said she'd get it when everyone was done eating she asked how we were I said I was sad not to get to eat my meal. No comp offer no sorry nothing. Table 93. Happy birthday indeed

    To be fair, the few times I seen my server, he was very nice and personable. I feel like maybe they were short staffed…but not a customers fault. We got sat right away but waited nearly 20 mins to order our drinks on a not busy Thursday and after being told a couple times that “we will be right with you”. Food took a bit and the buns were soggy so it was probably sitting there awhile before getting brought to us. I figured out the reason the drinks and fries are “bottomless” is because they just never come to check on you after dropping the food off. Took another 20 mins after we were done with our food to pay (server asked if our party was splitting the bill when we first got there but didn’t split it). This was my second time going to a Red Robin and will probably be a long time before I go again.

    We went last night, the kids picked the restaurant. They were extremely busy and forgot things we ordered. The food that we did get wasn’t great. I had a veggie burger and spent the night puking 🤮. I’ve never had food poisoning before and this was a first. I’m thankful that the server forgot my salad. If a veggie burger causes this it was probably a blessing to miss the salad.

    The first set of fries was cooked nicely but incredibly cold, so I asked for new fries. The second batch is now a perfect temperature but obviously overly crispy due to them tossing a batch back into the fryer. Wasn't impressed with this place.

    If you order on websight, restaurant claims they cannot see order until time it is to be picked up. Ordered online for pick up but arrived early, was treated like I was making it up. Told must be other Red Robin. That they didn't have order in system. Finally told manager said because I ordered thru website, they can't make it early or even see order. Not doing pick up again

    Not too busy, service was a bit slow considering the amount of people. Employees were amazing, going above and beyond. They were very kind. Bathrooms were clean and open, although some parts were lacking (out of toilet paper in a stall, etc.). Overall good experience 👍

    I waited almost 30 minutes to be sat today while taking my 3, 2, and 10 month out to lunch today. After being passed by a female that ended up being my waitress multiple times. Before even opening my kids menus within 1 minute of sitting she asked if she could take our order. When I told her we just sat, she didn't come back for a good 15 minutes. After getting in our orders finally the other waitress had saw my kids getting irritated and got them fries to munch on while waiting. She also ended up bringing out our food. After our waitress asked if I needed anything. I asked for sauce for my bunless burger. She then went to her party of 15 so I never got it. We all were sitting for a while with no refills of anything. I ended up asking the manager for boxes so we could go and she was super helpful as well. Sydney wasn't helpful as our waitress and did minimal work. I am in the industry so I know how it goes as well as worked at red robins prior. To me this was unacceptable and I will personally never get her as a server again. She was asked if she would take us and if she couldn't then she shouldn't. Thankful for the rest of the staff.

    I dined at this Red Robin on graduation day, the waiter did a great job of being congratulatory and was receptive to our banter. The food was delicious (as always). I can never get enough to Red Robin

    Went here for my 21st birthday with my family and Max was my waiter. He was truly amazing and was super kind and would check in on our table often...but not in a annoying way, it was a smooth, straight to the point way. It was a wonderful dinner and I loved all of the food!

    We have been to this location several times. We have enjoyed it every time. Today, our server Michael was amazing with our group of 14 people. However more impressive to me, was the care, joy and time he spent with an elderly lady across the room. He made her feel so appreciated and important. I will not forget it.

    Not going back. Waited 20 minutes at 5:00 which isn't bad but it's annoying to see a third to half of tables aren't being used. Means the restaurant would rather save money on labor than give quicker service. Same amount of tables being used still when we left at almost 7:00. Took too long for server to make initial contact with us. Food wait wasn't too bad but they brought the appetizers at the same time as entrees. They aren't really appetizers then. We tried to use a gift card with multiple restaurant options. They said it wouldn't work and had to have restaurant choice selected. There are no directions on the card saying this needs to be done and it hasn't been a requirement before with other similar gift cards. Also not sure, but I think the tip may have been automatically put on bill. Make sure to pay special attention to the bill.

    Food is always on point. The host was very personable and sweet. Didn't make us feel rushed while our two year old took her time walking to our table. Our server was great! Our drinks were never empty and she checked on us regularly. There were a few...odd things that happened at our last visit on 11/13/2022 around 430pm. I went into the women's bathroom, handicap stall to change my daughter on the changing table. The changing table's hinge is broken so the table lays at an angle. I had to hold my daughter on the table with one hand/arm while changing with the other. I used the restroom in that stall and the entire toilet paper dispenser was ripped out of the wall. Toilet paper was sat inside the hole where the dispenser used to be...yes, inside the wall with the drywall. Lol Garbage was over flowing onto the floor, but that happens at the end of shift change so that didn't bug me as much. There were tables that were "flipped", but still had crumbs on the table and the seats. There were a few staff members in sweatshirts, looked like they just rolled out of bed. Others in the classic black shirt and jeans uniform. It's just odd. Back when my husband worked here before he went over to open the S. Puyallup location, this one used to be the busiest location in the nation. It WAS the standard. It certainly did not have that feel when we went. Kind of sad. More of a Lakewood feel and honestly, Lakewood's bathrooms have never looked like that. Yikes.

    This is where we go when we are craving a good burger at a sit down restaurant. They have many choices (even though I always go with the spiciest) to choose from and they are all really good. Then when it comes to the fries and Campfire sauce you can't beat it. The fries are always piping hot and fresh. Campfire Suace is a must try if you come here it is one of the best fry sauces out there

    Service was good untill food was brought out. When the food was delivered we asked for an extra order of fries and were told it would be out shortly. The staff appeared to be talking and having a good conversation at the end of the bar. Drinks went empty and then we finished our food, still no fries or refills on water or additional beverages. Waited for a few more minutes and then paid via kiosk and left.

    Menu was alright not many options to choose from. Food was alright, fries were kinda bland. My server Micheal is the best. He is very optimistic and knows how to deal with rowdy kids! The only problem for me was the food options and the food tasting. They can do much better

    The workers are always very friendly here, which is this location's redeeming factor. My family really enjoys Red Robin, but the last few years we've had lousy experiences here. We've tried carry out a few times, and each of those times we've had some hot food, and the rest of our meals were completely cold and we had to reheat it. The times we've dined in, the service is extremely slow and often food and condiments are forgotten. I'd recommend driving further up South Hill to the Red Robin up there, where service is more consistent.

    Upon being seated,greeted by Micheal. What a pleasant guy ! Our drinks were served,as well as a couple baskets of fries. We had the classic cheeseburger of which we ordered medium rare. The burgers were the best we've had in quite a while. Michael made sure we had everything we needed. Michael, you made our day! 😊

    Best Red Robin in the area. They were super busy tonight but our server Michael was FANTASTIC. He always made sure to stop by and see if we needed anything and make sure everything was good. The food was good, hot fries, Mac and cheese and fresh burgers.

    My friend brought me here and bought me lunch. The service was great and the food was even better. I loved the pictures on the walls and ceiling. So perfect. I came back in February of 2022 and I had Savannah as a server. She was new. She made me feel like I was special and important. Definitely served us exactly how we wanted to be served. She even got me sauces to go. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Savannah as a server.
