I love this place, it has authentic flavor of dumplings and wanton from Northeast China, my hometown. We ordered pork cabbage dumplings and pork shrimp wonton soup, everything tastes fantastic. We love this place and will visit very often!

Inconsistent. Sometimes a dish will be delicious, you go back the next week, it's just okay. Some of the dishes are straight up disappointing - for example I was excited for the red pork over rice, but it was one of the worst versions of the dish I'd ever had. Still, it's right across the street from my house, so I'll probably continue to go there occasionally.

Love this place. The dumplings are fantastic. The food is absolutely amazing; I just wish they would play music or something. It can be awkwardly quiet inside. It’s worth dealing with for how great the food is though.

This place is a hidden gem. We ordered the braised pork ribs appetizer, the pan fried buns, steamed pork, shrimp, and chive dumplings, and the shrimp and pork wonton soup. The braised pork ribs were melt in your mouth tender, with a subtle tingle of Sichuan peppercorn and cinnamon. The pan fried buns 🥰 These were the best I've ever had. The flavor was savory and clean with the onions adding the perfect amount of zest to cut the fatty richness of the pork. The pork, shrimp, and chive dumplings were lovely - glossy, thin, slightly springy skin with a generous helping of filling that was lightly flavored and juicy. The shrimp and pork wonton soup was lightly flavored, but made the perfect backdrop for the savory wonton - you can't appreciate one without the other honestly. The wonton skin was very thin and silky, but somehow also had the same springy texture as the dumplings - I didn't plan on eating all of it, but it was too good to not 😅

Been here twice, not disappointed either time. Only tried their dumplings as it’s in their name. We tried mackerel chive one because she said she just wrapped it and it was delicious! Being Chinese American, I’ve never had fish in dumplings till now and it was great. My caucasian fiancée loved it too. Other flavors were great too like the meat ones with sauerkraut.

My kids loved the Bao and Beef Noodle soup. They had Chinese lanterns on the ceiling which was cool. I was my soup dumplings actually had a little soup in them, but overall a good place.

Stumbled upon this small Chinese dumpling place while waiting for car maintenance at a local dealer; wanted to try the dumplings but order size was too large for one person so ordered beef noodle soup instead; price was very reasonable but mediocre to poor quality ingredients & broth; service was poor because I discovered very quickly that this is one of those Asian establishments where Asian customers are not welcomed with a smile and warm greeting, only non-Asian guests receive courteous treatment. It was pouring rain, so I wanted a quick bite inside. I was told several times that dine-in was 'cash only', implying I should order to-go. Perhaps in the future I may try ordering dumplings for takeout but definitely not return for dine-in. Yes, I know this a dumpling house, but look elsewhere for beef noodle soup.

This is one of the east side's best kept secrets, and easily the best dumplings and bao I've had stateside. The culinary skills of the husband and wife team who are joint owners/chefs are only bested by their kindness and generosity, as they've always taken exceptional care of my girlfriend and I whenever we dine there.

Love this place, we found it right after they opened a few years back and go nowhere else for dumplings, the owners are a delight, the food is authentic with the warmth of a home cooked meal. Great online ordering system and food is always on time. Skip the chains, keep it local and go to Yang's!

Chinese known as the creator of the dumpling, the northern known as the enthusiast of dumplings, and the northeastern are known as the master of dumplings. If you are looking for a true handmade dumplings with real material you should come to this place. And most importantly this is the true dumplings, not the hard frozen one with unknown stuff inside.

Really enjoyed my first visit here. Kind of felt like my grandparents were cooking for us. Lamb and carrot steamed 👍 Pork and cabbage steamed👍 Chicken and corn pot sticker 👍 Everything was just good. Friendly staff that kept the waters filled. The kids loved everything as well. Would definitely come back. Recommended

Definitely among the best dumplings in the Seattle area! My family and I have been here a few times. The quality and taste have been consistently great. The food has a home-made feel, is tasty and very importantly the soup dumplings hold together just right to pop in mouth. The lady that runs the place is friendly and swift with service. Overall, a hidden gem of a dumpling haunt.

Yummy! We liked the big, fluffy pork buns and the beef dumplings the best. Everything was tasty and the owners are so nice and accommodating

This place is right up there with the other local dumpling restaurants (i.e. Little Ting's). I walked in while they were rolling out the noodle dough. The lamb/scallion and pork/shrimp dumplings are pretty good, as well as the juicy pork dumplings. I am a little surprised to see so many poor reviews. The food quality is great. Delicious noodles and meat fillings. For service, the woman took our order and cooked it very well. And this is a clean restaurant, with an Excellent health dept rating.

Great valued dumplings that come either fried, steamed or boiled. Nestled in the corner of a strip mall, this restaurant has a smaller menu with dumplings as the main star of the show. Definitely recommend the pork, shrimp and chives dumplings along with the wonton soup and zha jiang mian.

Food is extremely delicious. Perfectly seasoned refreshing cold dishes, and fresh, hand made dumplings. Simple environment. So good that I came back specifically to take out some frozen ones. Vegetarian/vegan both types of dumplings too!!

I’m a person that doesn’t get bad reviews unless I’m usually disrespected. But I was charged for the pumpkin rice porridge which tasted like warm rice water and kimchi that was room temperature and had fuzz stuff on it. I will say the beef onion dumplings were good. Not sure how this place is open with the quality of food being served like this.

Great little spot! I was pleasantly surprised — the dumplings are really authentic, just like what we’d make growing up with my parents. We had dumplings and the soy milk and both were really good. I plan to go back to get the baos that are made to order and looked great on another table. It looks like they cook a lot of stuff from scratch. We got a few bags of frozen dumplings to have at home for easy dinners! I think if you don’t speak Chinese the service might seem a bit too quiet but I thought they seemed to really care. Ex: they came back out to recommend a different cooking style on one of my dumplings bc they thought it would taste better.

Best authentic real hand-made Chinese dumpling in the area! Believe me, I'm Chinese, and I know what real dumping tastes like, this place makes real Chinese dumping with the same taste as I was a kid back in China, don't go to those fancy chain stores, this is definitely the hidden gem in town! Try it yourself.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews because everyone can have an off night. When we picked up our order. The lady making the dumplings came to the register. Raw pork sausage covered hands. Half made dumpling in one. She punched on the credit card screen while holding the half made dumpling in the other hand. Turned the card machine toward us and "oops" dropped the dumpling on the counter. We payed, and as we paid she picked it up and continued to make the dumpling. As we walked out I watched her place that dumpling with the others on the table. Braised beef. I have no idea what kind of meat this was. It was unlike anything I have seen or even attempted to eat. I can't even describe the flavor other than it was cold and disgusting. I am in no way a picky eater. Often so NOT picky it worries my wife but in this case. One small nibble and straight in the trash. It said Braised Beef. Braising usually means there would be an attempt at cooking it. Well, the left over pizza in my fridge was warmer than this dish. Bao. Well the bao dough was familiar but the inside was more like Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage than any kind of chinese seasoned pork sausage. Pork soup Dumplings No soup at all and to quote my wife "they were edible but that's about it. Completely lack luster and disappointing" So needless to say. We won't be going there again and for 60+ dollars I feel more violated than satisfied. Thats for sure.
