    It’s was a pleasant experience with staff in this store, very knowledgeable and made things so much easier for me. I went to the other store (Totem Lake) yesterday, looks like a fancy store but they were being rude and try to kick me to the online customer service. I have called at lease 6 times in the past days to get my plan changed, but no one can give me the clear instruction about how to do so. Being a customer with ATT for 6 years, I was super upset. The staff in this store, again, was patient and spent a lot of time with me for solving my issue, I love them!

    I think his name was Edmundo or Armando but he was really helpful and knowledgeable. Got all my needs taken care of, he sure knows how to satisfy!

    Let me tell you one thing for certain, that guy Armando was a very swell individual. He inspired me to be more like him. Left the store with a whole new perspective on life! Great work ARMANDO!!!

    This was the worst customer service I have experienced. The manager when answering the phone did not answer in a professional demeaner and when I described the issue I was having (from products I bought there) he gave me an automated number. When I explained that I already tried that number, and it was only automated he hung up on me. Terrible service!

    I met with Katlyn Szczypiorski at the Bothell store and she was very helpful. I was very frustrated from getting nothing but the runaround from AT&T's customer service phone lines. Katlyn explained how it worked. I am still waiting for the ability to enter the code she gave me but hopefully, AT&T will push out the old error code by tomorrow.

    I asked Siri where is the closest AT&T store and she stated the one on Bothel Everett highway and it has a 2 star review she says. Well that’s not good! I’m thinking, so we go there and the lady was AWESOME! Maybe there was an employee there at one point in time thst didn’t give good service, but to give a 2 star review on an AT&T store thst will hold for years is stupid. Cut some slack! This lady was professional. Fast, and very helpful, she told us the best deal we could get and set everything up fast! We were really happy.

    We had an urgent need for hotspots in our office environment. Armando made a stressful situation much more bearable by providing exceptional service and making the process go smoothly. He ensured I left with the ability to plug-and-play once I got back to the office which saved us time and an additional headache. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Very pleased!!

    I’ve been working on a problem trying to figure it out for myself for two days. Decided to come into the ATT store for some help and Katlyn and Augustine both helped me try to resolve my issue. After lots of patience and calls and research they were able to resolve my issue! I am 100% satisfied with the service I received today.

    The person who helped us was Armando Perez, he was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the store and only waited a minute or so before he started helping us with our problems. We had some difficulties along the way, but he helped us search for solutions with a smile and perfect patience. In the end we solved the problem we came here very smoothly. This is a very good user experience!

    I went in today and upgraded two of my iPhones. I saw a new face and was concerned I wouldn’t receive the customer service like I received the last time. However, Will was exceptional in customer service and knowledge to make our upgrade easy and comfortable. He helped us decide color, cases, and our plans. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. While I waited for our phones to transfer information, he was patient with difficult customers, kind, and knowledgeable to all of the other customers who entered.

    I went in today and found this young asian employee (guy). There was no one in the store and still he was so hesitant and unwilling to help. Very rude and throwing tantrums. Very unpleasant experience. Hire good people.

    Came in to just check in on something but ended up leaving with 2 new samsung watches. They were on a great deal. The rep was very helpful and friendly. Will be returning for my future needs!

    Jasmine was very helpful, over and above my expectations! I was helping a friend who was having difficulty transferring his service. Jasmine was extremely patient, kind and again very helpful. She took the time to explain everything to her customer. A huge thank you to Jasmine, she was FANTASTIC !!

    Received horrible customer service from Tyler and Katy the store manager with a billing issue. You are charged a full two cycles even if you cancel within buyers remorse period of 14 days which is unacceptable. They are very unfriendly and I would choose a different store or carrier in the future.

    I'll give this place 31/2 stars only because they seem to have only 1 person at the front of the house to help people during peak times from 5pm on week days. When you do go there on weekends, or earlier week days, there are two staff members, but it seems that people visiting this location have ißues that require a lot of time so the wait time for aßsistance can be as long as 20 mins. The staff are great I just think at this location AT&T has dropped the ball. There is another location less than a mile away, but I haven't been there just because I don't want to deal with the traffic on Bothell-Everett highway, but I have been to the Lynnwood store and it's better staffed hence, faster service.

    This is my favorite AT&T location in the area. I've been to this store for upgrades for myself and other members on my plan for almost every upgrade we've done in the past 2.5 years because of the sheer quality of service here. On my most recent visit on 10/8/21, Holly was super friendly & helped me get the best deal I could on my new phone while keepingin mind exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to let her know how pleased I am with my new device when she follows up with me next week.

    Update! Went in again a couple days ago to buy an Apple Watch and have it added to my plan. Patrick helped me out and found me an amazing deal. I have yet to be disappointed with service when going to this store. 10/10. Thanks Patrick! Katy helped my partner and I effortlessly transfer a line of service that has been a headache for the last 8 months- getting the run around with the customer service line and website. She was so kind and helpful and helped me get the best plan and insurance for the number of lines I needed, ultimately saving me money. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and SO nice. This store is clean and well stocked. We will definitely come back for any future needs we have with AT&T. We are truly impressed. Thank you Katy!!

    Beware of the fraudulent activity in this store! I went in to inquire about a SIM card for a hotspot. I was told it would be $20 per month (less 25% because of a discount for where I work) for 25 GB. I came back two days later and confirmed the cost with the same employee and decided to move forward. The next day I couldn’t get the hotspot to work so I questioned if he had entered the wrong IMEI number so I went into my account to check and was surprised to see that the cost of this hotspot plan was listed as $50 per month. I went into an actual AT&T store (this is an AT&T authorized retailer) and they confirmed that it was $50 per month. Luckily because I discovered this immediately I was able to get this hotspot cancelled.
