I usually have great experiences at PP but they were flat out rude and I could hear them talking about and laughing at me while I waited for the appointment. It was stressful enough going to a doctor's office In general especially during covid. And to be laughed at on top of it. I was crying alone in a room for at least an hour to the point that I threw up. I almost walked out and made an appointment at a different clinic. I wish I had. One of the staff also smacked my arm right where I got my vaccine just a few days before after I told her it was there, and asked me why I was too hot and laughed at me and smacked my arm again when I told her I had just had a panic attack.

This experience is terrible. My appointment is at 10:30. I've been sitting in the lobby since 9 and haven't been called back. It's now almost 11. I've had better service at other locations than this one. At least I know NOT to go to this location to get my stuff done

This clinic should be investigated. Katherine and Zoe (they jump between clinics) put the wrong IUD in me after I told them repeatedly that I'm allergic to it. It feels like it was on purpose because of how many times I said it. Zoe also pricked my finger at angle that caused me pain for over 2 weeks. Tammy the clinic manager didn't offer a solution or apology. She said she'd take care of payment for the corrective insertion but instead made me pay. Ask for copies of everything and watch them take equipment out of its packaging. Don't assume they'll treat your body with respect.

One of the doctors at this location has caused me years worth of trauma from my IUD insertion. I scheduled an appointment and upping arriving I was asked if it would be OK if an assistant could observe for training purposes to which I agreed thinking that was all it was. when I was set up to get the IUD the doctor handed the assistant the tools as I was in the stirrups and unable to object. The Assistant probed inside me for what felt like 15 minutes of excruciating pain saying they could not find where they needed to put the IUD. The doctor then grabbed the tools out of their hand aggressively (while in me still) and jammed it in me inserting the IUD and rapidly taking everything else out. I was in so much pain I don’t even remember leaving. The doctor was cold mean not sympathetic did not stay afterwards to talk to me and did not seem to care at all about the ordeal I just went through. I had to get the IUD removed two months later (at a different location) because it was causing excruciating pain. I have refused to get any sort of medical work done in the 2 years since, I have refused to let any doctors touch me come close to me or have any “student” sit in a room with me during any kind of medical appointment. I even got different insurance i pay more for so I never even have to go to Planned Parenthood again. I have called a few times to try and get the name of the woman who did this to no avail. Do not go here and do not trust that every woman doctor will treat your body with respect. - response to the response - I have called your offices on multiple occasions and haven’t been able to reach anyone. if there is anywhere more specific to reach out please let me know

Deeply concerned about my recent visits. Pretty sure they mixed up my test results with someone else, as several inconsistencies regarding past partners and confirmed-negative-results have come up since my results were received. All attempts to call the clinic directly have failed as there is no direct number, and I am not interested in waiting for someone to get back to me who is not a doctor and who cannot confirm the sequence of event which took place during my visit. I also cannot get ahold of them to ask them to change the pharmacy I'm using. As a result I now need a secondary test at another location, and cannot get the prescription needed because the pharmacy the prescription was sent to is not contracted with my health insurance. They could have given me the treatment right then and there, but instead decided to rely on insurance and pharmacies. Between this and the confusion regarding my results, I do not trust this place. If they would just put an actual phone number for us to call half of the problem would be eliminated, but frankly I don't have the time to wait around for someone to call me back who isn't going to have the answers I need, and then have to schedule ANOTHER appointment and hope things go right. Instead, I'm going to have to make an appointment at a Zoom care or something to try and get results.

If you're looking for competent trans* Healthcare, don't come here. Edit: I responded to this request for my contact information but it was just an empty hope. Nothing came of it.

We had photo ID and insurance card, all info matched, yet we were turned away from an appointment we waited a month for because some fields on their system "returned blank." If you go here, make sure they input your insurance before you arrive so you aren't rudely turned away and sent back with another appointment a month out. I thought PP was here to help women get their healthcare quickly, efficiently, at a fair price but clearly there's more to the story....

My appointment was at 1230. I got here at 1220 and it's now after 2. They still have not seen me but have called back every other person that came after me.

I had an amazing experience here. I was super nervous as I had never had this procedure before but I can say that the anxiety beforehand was way worse than the actual experience. I'm not sure what I was expecting but the entire staff was kind, warm, professional and knowledgeable and they all had a super good vibe to them and I felt super comfortable in their care. This is such a vulnerable space to be in (especially during Covid when nobody can come into the building with you) and they made it as comfortable as possible, despite that. I would say if you're on the fence with anesthesia - go for it! The IV part went smoothly and I woke up and it was over and I had zero pain or issues and got to leave within 20 minutes of the procedure being over. I kept thinking how empowering it was to be in a building full of people who were undergoing the same procedure with a high amount of care in the face of some ongoing and very damaging politics going on in this country and how lucky I was to live where I live. Thank you for existing and being so solid, Planned Parenthood!

The women who work here are super personable and took very good care of me. I've been to other clinics before that were great, but didn't really talk to you or offer any emotional support or really talk to you like a person. The women here were so sweet and kind and really took away so much of my anxiety. Thank you guys so much for what you do, and how well you do it. You guys are heroes in nurses uniforms ❤️

I’ve gotten one major procedure and have picked up many prescriptions here fortunately without any issues. Each time has been a good experience and the staff has always been kind and pleasant. <3

Everyone was so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable! I was able to get help literally in the first session, and got booked for 2 more in a few months~ I met 3 staff members and felt like I made 3 new friends~💖

Incredible staff. They care so much about the comfort of their patients. The experience was so much better than my usual doctors visit. The building even has a mini museum that takes you through the history of women's health and reproductive rights. Take a look while you're waiting. You're in great hands here.

Probably the worst planned parenthood location I’ve been to. In prior experiences and at several other locations, I’ve been able to been seen when 10/15mins past the appointment time. There were no other patients left to be seen and was told they couldn’t take me in for my appt because they were wrapping up for the day even though the clinic closes at 4:30pm not 4.

I've always had wonderful experiences here. The RNs are great and really help answer all of your questions! They also now have a convenient online appointment scheduler where you can also fill out most of your paperwork online.

Receptionist kept saying "if you don't have an appointment wait outside because we follow COVID protocols". Fine. But the guy wasn't wearing his mask right, so? Which COVID protocols are you following because it's not the CDC lol.

Absolutely amazing patient care. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistants, nurses and doctor suko were very thorough, professional, informative, caring, knowledgeable and provided excellent compassionate care in a timely manner. even though there were technical difficulties checking in, the front staff worked around it and handled everything with clinical excellence. my appointment ran smoothly. i felt very safe and that i was a priority and my concerns were heard. Thank you!!!

Came in for an iud insertion, honestly 10/10 experience. Seamless appointment scheduling and intake, strong attention to privacy and respect, and my provider was super sweet and easy to talk to, ask questions, etc. It made the otherwise uncomfortable experience practically painless.

The staff gossiped about me while I was in the room with the attendant (who was thorough, kind, and attentive) and revealed my work and health information, which is a hipaa violation.
