I never leave bad reviews as working in Cx service, I understand the implications but here I almost feel my obligation to say something. Well I had heard great things about Dr.Chan and how he is the only one in the city who treats tailbone pain. Thinking that I too wanted to see him and called them for appointment, first couple calls were great, their assistant May asked for details and said ok we will schedule you for an assessment. I said fine,after that I have called clinic multiple times and I have got only 1 response Dr. Chan is busy and he will call you once he is done seeing other patients, only to face disappointment again n again. I understand docs being busy but generally there is a timeline or schedule and you can schedule them 1 month out or 2 months out, I am a reasonable person and ready to wait even longer, however here it almost feels like something phishy as if the doc doesn't want to see me. I have reached out 4 or 5 times now and also told them that I am in pain but apparently no response. In the last call, I almost felt they just wanted to brush me off. At this stage I almost feel this is a scam clinic and probably only see patients they want to see. Now as a new patient, there are multiple red flags here so now I am not sure I feel confident in going and seeing the doc. Very unprofessional and horrible experience. Don't come here and get your hopes up! Its a scam.

Dr. Jensen is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to him for years. I am a a bodybuilder and am very active. I also work a desk job so I routinely go to him and I just feel so much better every time.

I have never went to a chiropractor because it has been a fear of mine forever. I've always said just give me physical therapy. I decided to go when my sister kept referring me to this place due to my neck bothering me, and it wouldn't correct itself with massage, stretches, or heat packs. I finally gave in and went and I feel like a new woman. I highly recommend this place. They respect your time with appointments and they are so quick.

I was in sooo much pain… I was screaming and walking like an old woman all the way to the clinic… I’d never been to a chiropractor before so I didn’t know what to expect. After Dr. Mathew worked his GENIUS on my back, cracked me up… I’m was HEALED! The next DAY I was able to walk like a human being again not crawling on all fours! Great job guys! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Back and Neck Pain Centers is amazing. Their clinic is well run and the chiropractic services have changed my life. 12 years ago when I started seeing them, I was in chronic pain. Now I am nearly pain free.

Doctor Jensen is an excellent chiropractor. He’s knowledgeable, takes time to listen to you, and addresses the issues and problems without causing discomfort. I had some serious long-term, on-going pain in my shoulders, neck, arms, and lower back, but with regular treatments and guidance over 2 years the pain and issues went away. The staff are kind, patient, and attentive. I am very pleased and happy with how I’ve been treated and will continue to go there when needed. I highly recommend Skyway Back and Neck Center and Dr. Jensen.

Extremely easy to schedule an appointment, patient services rep at the front desk is professional/cordial and Dr Jensen is awesome. Scheduling my next appointment was fast and easy. I really appreciate the appointment reminders via text.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years! Dr Jensen is fantastic and always accommodating! If you’re a new patient, I recommend doing the care package. I believe it’s $530 for 10 visits. It’s a pretty good deal!
