The lady on the phone was totally Rude the mental health establishments in Seattle are totally totally unprofessional. Sound mental health and this mental health establishment are very rude on the phone. And then I tried to explain a situation and then they wouldn't see me. I told her I was court order to go to counseling. She says we can accept that. I don't need their help if they can't accept something that I can't control. All I needed was a business card these people are very unprofessional and then the woman is cut me off and hung up. Highly unprofessional office

Please be very careful with this place, if you are seeing jessica for meds or if your child is getting meds and you miss to many appointments(3) which i was not told about, they will cut you off with no notice and no explanation as to why, i called over and over again and all they would say is " i think it's because of 3 missed appointments" they say they will call back and let me know whats going on and never do , Jessica will not call back, no med refills, my child has been without meds for over a month! They won't even call back to recommend someone else! This place is a joke and they are playing a dangerous game with people's meds....NOT OK!

2022 edit: the therapist I saw here started her own practice and the psych I saw (Jessica Ross) has started denying me prescription refills when I sorely need them. The meds are not dangerous, but she refused my refills and told my pharmacy to not refill because I forgot to schedule an appointment when refills ended. Scheduled one, asked for enough to tide me over until our appt and she has ignored all phone calls, voice-mail and emails. The folks in the office I spoke to seem unsurprised by her behavior. This is cruel treatment for people who trust her with their mental health. DO NOT SEE JESSICA ROSS. SHE WILL DENY YOU MEDS BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T PLAY BY HER RULES. This is my favorite place I've been for mental health. I feel like I'm very well taken care of, my voice is heard when it comes to my own treatment and my doctors are incredibly kind and friendly! Only wish I could give more stars for such an important service.

I have two providers at Lifestance. They are both great. My only complaint is their patient portal and communication. My provider I get my medication from does not get my refill requests in the portal, doesn’t get the messages I send in the portal, and the only way I can reach her is to make an appointment. I have tried calling to complain and I always get the “we will fix this issue right away” response. With my other provider I don’t even use the app. I just email her directly and have her make my appointments so I can avoid having issues with using the lifstance website. Like I said the providers are great and I don’t change providers because of this.

Such compassion and professionalism. My counselor has helped me tremendously. Not telling me things I want to hear, but telling me things I need to hear.

I’m only leaving a review because they text me after each appointment I have demanding a review. It’s annoying.

My practitioner is wonderful. The system of trying to book an appointment or send a message however, leaves a lot to be desired.

Today was my daughter's first visit and I am so pleased with her therapist Marny! She was just wonderful from the beginning. My daughter was so comfortable, I haven't heard her talk so much and seem so at ease in such a long time. We traveled from Everett to Renton and had to wait over 5 weeks for this appointment, but it was worth it! To say that finding a provider after my daughter suffered an acute mental health crisis was difficult, is a gross understatement. It's been an absolute nightmare. Thankfully LifeStance was able to get her scheduled for an IN-PERSON appointment! Telehealth appointments are available which may be convenient in the future, but at this point, having in-person visits are crucial to her rehabilitation. I will recommend LifeStance to anyone who is searching for mental health services. Thank you so much!

I want to encourage others to NOT be swayed by poor reviews blaming providers for not prescribing medications. Some medications are regulated carefully by the Federal Government as they are controlled substances. You MUST SEE your provider BEFORE getting refills, and every single one is carefully managed. It is frustrating at times, but I must keep my appointments, or I can't get any medications. It's the LAW, not the fault of a particular person.

After a huge move to a new office system, (changing from an older system of billing etc.) there might be a hiccup or two. However, these people care and work together to help make a smooth transition.

Miss Christina Sand is a professional clinician. She values clients and cares about their emotions and feelings, emphasizing helping patients in detail and making them feel warm, respected, peaceful, and on the right path to recovery. I recommend her to anyone who might need psychological help.

Jessica is amazing. I've been seeing her since I was 18 (6 years) and as my mental illness changed she was right there ready to help me in any way she could. She goes above and beyond for her patients and quite frankly I think she's better than any doctor I've ever seen.
