place.
First
of
all,
staff
was
not
kind
nor
were
they
honest
people.
My
fiancé
went
to
look
at
gem
rings
to
gift
me
for
this
Christmas
2003,
a
couple
days
ago.
He
walk
in
a
week
before
Christmas
was
shown
a
catalog
with
rings.
He
chose
one
with
my
birth
stone
in
white
gold.
Of
course
a
pictured
catalog
of
jewelry
are
close
ups
and
look
beautiful
and
not
actual
size.
He
chose
a
ring
and
picked
up
two
days
before
Christmas
the
23rd.
He
was
disappointed
of
how
small
the
gem
was
and
the
priced
he
paid
almost
$2,000
dollars.
The
ring
did
not
look
the
size
as
pictured.
He
took
it
anyways.
Gift
me
the
ring.
It
was
beautiful
but
yes
the
Gem
was
so
small,
it
looked
more
like
a
child
ring
for
the
size
it
is.
We
go
back
to
the
jewelry
store
and
with
their
strict
policy
on
custom
made
meaning
it
was
sized
for
my
finger.
Their
policy
is
no
refunds
or
exchanges.
Man
at
this
point
we
both
feel
scammed
with
what
he
purchased
and
the
price
he
paid.
And
that's
not
all,
my
fiancé
ask
to
show
us
the
catalog
they
showed
him
of
this
ring
and
they
claim
they
didn't
have
no
catalog
of
no
such
ring.
Then
we
ask
to
see
the
video
of
the
time
he
came
because
he
was
shown
a
catalog.
They
claim,
"we
don't
have
catalogs
here"
.
I
ask,
"
well
how
about
you
make
my
stone
a
little
bigger"?
They
wanted
to
charge
me
$700.00
more..
I
walked
out
and
said,
I
will
not
spend
another
cent
here
after
feeling
scammed
and
disappointed
with
customer
service.
SMH!
After
looking
at
their
reviews
here
and
our
experience
I
would
never
come
back
nor
recommend
this
Gems
&
Jewels
place.
Reading
their
priority
is
their
customers
satisfaction
is
a
lie
and
their
jewelry
is
completely
over
priced.
I
will
post
a
picture
of
this
tiny
gem
that
costed
us
$2,000.00
I
dislike
even
giving
one
star
but
I
can't
post
my
experience
and
wouldn't
want
anyone
else
going
through
the
same
experience.
Feeling
scammed
and
disappointed.
