They are crooks i will never shop nor recommend. First they sold a watch that was not closing properly, i came back right away instead fixing they broke it and told me come back to see jeweller when i came back third time jeweller blame me for it. When i show them evidence and employ confirm that she broke it i was told to exchange will take 3 week or i can shop a different watch. After they showed me my options and i agreed upon they suddenly changed story again that the discount that they have in initial purchase is not available anymore and make me pay 102 dollars more. This is very bad customer service and un ethical.

I walked into Kevin Jewelers looking for a wedding ring for my fiancé. We were helped by Raquel and she was very pleasant. She showed us a few rings we liked and had in mind. We didn’t plan on buying a ring but we ended up purchasing one because they were having a sale for Black Friday and the ring is actually what we were looking for. We chose a two tone ring with white gold and yellow gold. We have a few weeks until we can pick it up but we are so happy and excited!

Raquel was very helpful and patient when purchasing a wedding band. She allowed me to explore all their beautiful options. Highly recommend because of their quality customer service and their sale.

My first experience here at Kevins jewelers was absolutely wonderful. The staff they have working for them are very knowledgeable. Didn’t pressure and just let me browse and check out what I wanted and they didn’t push anything on me. They were very very professional. I will come here again, if I am in the need for jewelry. Poor quality poor customer service rude disrespectful horrible! Disappointed gift only had this for 6 months and no I don’t work in construction actually in the medical field. But according to Robert Leon I shouldn’t wear my ring every day… upset I am beyond
