Beautiful little church with so much history. My grandma helped to secure this place as a historical landmark. It is a great place to celebrate and offers a kitchen, banquet room, and large patio for any number of events. Parking can be at a premium but the lot next door is available per request.

Quaint and cozy little hidden gem to hold a small reception at. Beautiful little patio area just outside the ondoor dining area. Parking is slim to none so you have to carpool or arrive early if you're coming here for an event. Kitchen and bathrooms inside.

Wonderful historic chapel with beautiful stained glass windows. Perfect for weddings and other events. Love the Tamale making class fund raiser each year. Love to see it at night with festive lights dressing up their plaza. Can rent chapel, hall, plaza and large meeting /event room for private parties. Perfect venue for weddings. Worth visiting just to appreciate a horic spot in Los Alamitos, CA.

Nice surroundings, only WISH there could be a plaque displayed on church so people could know the "beautiful" history of the church. I am catholic and I walk the grounds and try to imagine what it was like in that period. I would love to see pictures and hear history from someone who is knowledgable, who could tell the history of that time. I'm sure people would make donations of $5-$7 per person, which would allow more people with their children to learn the history. Just my thoughts....

Walked from Cypress College to St Isidore plaza and came back home. Total 4 hours of hike (was absolutely knackered at the end). Sort of felt like an at-home urban hiking or pilgrimage. Also apparently last night was 'blue moon' only to come again in 2037. Over all a good atmosphere in chilly night in summer. About the plaza it is vacant and a cop once made a round. Not much to see other than the serenity after pilgrimage as well as Virgin Mary's outstretched hand of refuge.

A great place to have your birthdays, anniversaries, quinceniaras, or private events. Lots of events of their own too. They have tamale workshops; Winter Wonderland: St Patrick's Day and Dios De Los Muertos festivities. There's always something taking place at St. Isidores.

Held a work event for a retiring physician. Wonderful venue to hold it in. When you add people, food, and a purpose, it is the perfect storm for cherished memories.

I am so glad this place was not torn down. It is a lovely, historic part of Los Alamitos. I went to high school at Los Al & haven't been back often. It was nice to reconnect with the community a bit. There is plenty of parking & it was a great location for the reception I attended today.

👍👍 Beautiful grassy dog park. Has both large and small dog sides which is so nice. Would be better with more than one bench but really lovely and quiet location tucked away near a soccer field.

👍👍 First time wine tasting and had an amazing experience. Greg and Janae were amazing host. They showed us the maps of where the wines are made and shared personal stories about each tasting. Explained if the taste should be a wet or dry. Greg adjusted the menu to my husband's liking to ensure a great...
