Horrible customer service. They don't care. Shower rooms are too hot. Apparently when it's 85 outside they leave the heat on??? Fuel lines are crazy. Parking lot is too small. They charge $20.00 for a reserved spot.

Stopped in after a long night at Cedars Sinai waiting for my father to go to open heart surgery Had a 3 hour drive home north and Stopped in with my mother to use restrooms and get coffee. Noticed the greatest little breakfast buffet with all the great items and giant biscuits and gravy. Got waited on by the nicest person I had seen in days Joe you are awesome!! You gave my mother and I the most excellent customer service you put a smile on our face and allowed us to forget about the fear and worry we had. BTW I am home it's 14 hours later and my father is doing great he had triple bypass at 81 years old. He will definitely out live me.

A money hungry high priced business. Castaic is already a truck magnet, because of its location. Not even close to enough parking. I was woke up at 1 am and told to move out of my parking space because it is a reserved space, and looking around trucks were parked everywhere and not even in parking spaces. So I moved and luckily I found a spot on the street in a no parking zone and spent the rest of my night there. In the morning I pulled back to the pilot to use the facilities and the parking space I had was still empty. It isn’t as though they don’t make any money from all the trucks LUCKY enough to get parked there.

Good truck stop with parking. Parking fill quickly but a lot of people are shopping in the area. The Cajun Chicken and wings is across the street with the best spicy chicken. The chicken is good and fresh. A Denny's is next door. Several food trucks and a barber shop so if you wait a moment somebody may be leaving. They have clean showers and restroom plus laundry and another truck stop across the street. If you are in the area this is a good stop even if you don't like chicken.

I will never shop or get fuel at this place ever again. I ordered pizza and it was raw, I would have went in and caused the scene and a half but I had left after I purchased it and ate it down the road, excuse me cook a couple bites and had to throw it away. Please, respect us truck drivers do not feed us garbage somebody did this on purpose please have this investigate

Normally it's pretty good here. But they could improve on getting the fuel bays cleared of drivers taking their 30 min in the bays. Very frustrating.

I will avoid this pilot at all costs. Do not attempt to go here for any reason on the weekends. Because there are so few places for truckers to park in the area, this Pilot gets completely slammed. Trucks parked EVERYWHERE. On both sides of the street leading up to the place, the middle yellow lane that divides each lane of traffic, lined up on both sides of the trucking entrance where the curbs are red (fire lanes?), Trucks crammed in every little inch of space on the property, even blocking other trucks etc etc. I could barely get to the cat scale. Yes, I was wrong to park near a fire lane close to the building, for which they asked me to move, but the 8 trucks or so parked all along the red curbs on both sides of the truckers entrance? They all got to stay. I was really surprised I didn't see a police presence here, with how many big rigs were spilling out onto the public roadways. Complete chaos. Now that I know, I will always plan around this location.

I’ve been waiting for shower more than an hour, when I checked inside there were 4 showers uncleaned and nobody is assigned to clean those showers. As they know professional driver don’t have much time to wait. Waiting for half an hour is justified. But this is very disappointing when we are on the road and have to deal with this bcoz the shortage of staff or they don’t want to work. I don’t recommend any body to go and wait for showers here.

I bought a uniden cb for 40 ish dollars and a antenna for 40 ish dollars and cigarettes, cigarettes and drinks for three days, I ran out of cash and grabbed some cigarettes from there big ash trays they empty and throw away, a lady said I'm not allowed to do that, I said ma'am I've hitchhiked and have my CDL I've been to pilots everywhere and never had a issue, I said you mind if I record this she said I can't record and ran off I went in and asked for manager with my camera on they said u can't record here, I said this is the USA you can't tell me I can't record, they said they'd call the cops I said I'll wait, a 400 pound guy ran me off, I've never had bad service with pilot, but this place to me is beyond pilots class, my credit card will show I was a customer, I'm contacting pilot tomorrow they are closed today. I hope all cigarette hunters aren't treated this way, if your not hurting anyone or begging I don't see a issue and until now never had a issue, and to tell me I can't record is unamerican, they have cameras everywhere..I hope corporate apologizes if not, then shame to them, I have receipts proving they have hundreds of my money, but I can't grab a few cigarette butts ?

The place is not next to the side of the road we got to go a little inside do a little drive to get there parking lot is small good thing is in front you can find another gas station with a parking lot just in case you don't get any parking in the pilot but the parking lot is private so you may have to pay I do like her the place is nice and clean and the service is fast.

Very clean bathrooms and showers. Nice selection of treats and goodies. Parking is good if you can find a spot. Friendly workers very enjoyable

The most petty place I’ve ever seen they have parking nazis. Heaven forbid they kick someone out for sleeping and they get in a wreck and kill someone cause they wouldn’t let them get much needed rest. Most in personal staff I’ve ever met whatever happened to customer service do your job I don’t owe you anything

Perfect spot to go pee and get a snack before going over the grapevine. The restrooms are always clean and everything is really nice inside.

This is the best place to stop on a road trip, when I am on a road trip on the I-5, the bathrooms are very clean and the best ones in town, there is also a good selection of snacks, drinks, and food. I swear Pilot has the best pizza ever and the wings were good too, if you're going on a road trip on I-5, definitely stop here.

Good food, beverage, restrooms clean, and the most important, if you pay for 100 gallons you'll get 100 gallons for sure, in the diesel and the gas

Restrooms always dirty when I was there.... No showers available because they don't wanna clean them. Not a good stop for me. Will never ever stop there to fuel or even get something.

Outstanding experience. They have many flavors of coffee but my favorite is the bourbon pecan. Creamer pod flavors include hazelnut, caramel macchiato, french vanilla and plain. The lady in the cinnamon counter, Tara, is just so bubbly. Her personality is so fun to be around. If we weren't just passing through I'd go there just because of her. She was friendly with all the customers.

Pump wasn’t working so i went inside to talk to the manager, Margaret. Told me I was wrong and gave me absolutely zero help. She was by far the rudest person I have ever spoken to, and quite literally told me “I didn’t know what I was talking about” and called me stupid. Literally even looked like your textbook Karen. I will never be coming here again as long as she works here.

Clean place for truck stop. Nice food

The truck drivers who stop here are disrespectful and gross. They park in the fuel lane forever, dump their piss and trash all over the lot, blow their nose into the restroom sinks (would it have been that hard to use TP while you spent an hour playing Candy Crush in the toilet stall?), and just don’t understand how to be a civil human in general. I have witnessed some of the most disgusting things during my stay here…if I didn’t have to be here, I wouldn’t. The staff give you a friendly greeting when you walk in the door, and they always have plenty of dried out nasty food to serve from the deli! They have a guy who spends countless hours a day cleaning the fuel pumps, but no one can keep the showers clean. The majority of the parking in this 50 truck lot is “pay to park”, and the free spots are where you risk getting hit by all of these “new generation” truck drivers that down about an hour trying to park with their backup beeper squawking the entire time, and hitting their brakes about a million times in the process (don’t bother trying to sleep)! There are several run down and dirty looking food establishments nearby, if you want to take your chances. Gotta love California!!!!

Love this place, every time we travel its a must stop! It has public restrooms, you can buy coffee and snacks, put gas and rest before you hit the road again.

Daytime staff is nice night workers are rude they don’t let truck drivers sleep in their lounge like other pilots do. they assume that you are a homeless person it’s very uncomfortable when you have to do a 34 hr reset and this place makes you feel unwelcomed especially when your a paying customer at their store I will never stay here ever again just get fuel and leave to a pilot where they appreciate a truck driver.. smh they bother you for no reason when you are just relaxing it’s almost like they are racist. Don’t recommend to do your 34 hr reset here truck drivers they don’t appreciate you.
