Location 4* Service 5* Food 5* Well, it is what you expect from a PF Chang's. Food is high quality, fresh and flavorful. What stood out to me though however is the service. Our server is worth the 5* rating alone, he kept checking in with us if we needed anything and made the experience more enjoyable.

Our server Jay rendered outstanding customer service! He was very friendly, smiled, and checked on us several times. The manager even greeted us. The coconut pineapple ice cream is a must-have!!

Our server was excellent. One of our orders came out wrong, I didn't even realize (was too busy talking my husband). Server came by to notify us the incorrect order, and later delivered the correct one, with no charge to the incorrect one. I have to say, the food was very delicious (every one of them). The drinks were good too. Great presentation.

Disappointed that if they require masks at this location, it was not enforced and if they don’t require masks, shame on them. The server was great, the orange chicken is better at Panda Express and the egg drop soup was goopy, clearly full of corn starch. Thankfully the drink and the company were fantastic!

It's Xmas Eve, place is overloaded by orders, but the team there was unfortunately neither capable nor skilled at what they do. It's maybe a new domain for them as they were in dining experience and now fulfilling takeaway orders ... also the place was over croweded, no one 6ft apart, some people got their orders refunded as a gesture some like me didn't even get their full order correct ... and as usual the pandemic is there to blame ... honestly it was the worst experience I had, waiting at the DMV is more fun ...

Came in today because we were craving the Mongolian beef and Chicken lettuce wraps but decided to also get beef lo mein as well as a California roll! All SO good!!! Our server Aaron was awesome and our food came out quick. Highly recommend coming to this Pf Changs!! We’ll definitely be back.

Service is atrocious. Our order was over 1 1/2 hour late. We ordered at 11am, were told to pick up at 3:30pm. The business continued to take orders during the day when they shouldn't have. They were understaffed, which created a backed up line of orders because they didn't have enough people to make the food. We could understand if we had made a last minute order, but we didn't. We planned way ahead of time, so this was completely on them. Other customers were also waiting for a very long time for their food; most of us were there for about 1 1/2 waiting for our orders. Not the employee's faults, but the manager's. The manager at this location is also very rude and inconsiderate. Upon a simple question about the status of our order, he walked away from us and my 68 year old father who was standing in line, in the rain, with masks on. He did the same to other customers. Terrible way to run a business during a pandemic and in such weather conditions. Manager deserves to lose his job and receive more professional training. Unacceptable.

We started with the Northern Style ribs as an appetizer. The seasoning was really good and they came right off the bone. Definitely recommend them. They come with a spicy coleslaw. I liked it as well. A different taste. The Mongolian beef and honey shrimp was next. Both were cooked to perfection. The accompanying rice was well cooked as well. Dessert was an apple crisp with ice cream. The crisps were filled with an apple filling and dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar. They were good and the contrast between the warm pastry and the cold ice cream was nice. All in all a very nice lunch for just under $100

So I've reviewed majority of the restaurants at the typical dine in. I thought this time I'd change it up by taking my food to go and seeing how the quality of the food holds when eating it at home. Right off the bat the difference is the freshness of the heat of the food. I live about 20 minutes away so obviously it was not as hot. But other than the soup everything was still delicious. Broccoli Beef and Chicken Sesame tasted great! Flavorful but not overly done. The packing of the food was done well and the amount of the portions was good. Curbside delivery was curteous and polite. Overall Id rate the restaurant its service and food 4/5.

I was so excited to eat P.F. Chang’s for my birthday but I, was very disappointed. We ordered the sesame chicken the veggies were over cooked, the shrimp fired rice tasted like it had been sitting for a while wasn’t tasty at all. Not a good birthday lunch.

Website is confusing, we wanted to remove thr tip but it wouldn't let us. Called the restaurant about another matter and was put on hold a long time. Got the food ordered for curbside pickup, it was ready and was brought out quickly. Food was okay but since everything is separate dishes it wasn't much food for $70.

I have worked for PF Changs for six years in a different state and my parents wanted to visit this Pf Changs location. I called and spoke to Kelley the OP and she made sure they were taken care of and they loved it to say the least! The location is beautiful and the food was exceptional. Thank you Kelley for showing such great hospitality and thank you to Thessa for giving great service! They will definitely be back.

Fantastic service from the bar area ( to avoid the 30 minite wait time to be seated in restaurant area). We shared appetizers of lettuce wraps, edamame, pork pan fried potstickers, white rice & apple dessert. Everything delicious and plenty for 2 of us.

That place is good

Overall the food was really good- somewhat generic Chinese food but still tasty! The spicy P F changs chicken was my favourite! A bit short staffed but our server was very nice! We had a short wait as is it was a weekday but typically very busy so suggest you get a reservation before you go! I also ordered take out from there a week later.. food was a bit soggy, so rather eat there in person.

I almost cried. The food is THAT good. It was like I was eating for the first time in my life! 5 Stars? NO it should be 10 for an experience like this!! P.F. Chang's is simply heads and shoulders above the rest!! The Orange chicken melted in my mouth like butter!! I THOUGHT I just didn't like sushi... UNTIL I had a sample here!! I cannot believe how inexpensive it was. For what I tasted, I thought the plate would have been $100. It was literally a quarter of that. This has GOT to be the most underrated place to eat in the WORLD! I can't imagine anything tasting BETTER! I am wowed!! 🤩🤩🤩😍

First time at P.F. Chang's. While returning back from a trip to the beach we decided to stop here. Originally the wait time was 45 minutes, we only waited 25 minutes, good start. Within minutes our orders were taken and I want to say we had our food within 15 minutes, the plates were hot and wow the food was great, and the service was excellent!

Amazing amazing experience. Waiter Jeremiah was so nice, helpful and one of the best servers we have ever had. Thank you so much for being so cool and making me and my family feel welcomed. Great meal and the dessert was wowww so delicious. Give the fried bananas and the apple crunch dessert a try you'll be blown away. We'll definitely be back.

I love PF Chang’s, the food is great & we always get the best service here. Today Jeremiah was our server & he went above & beyond to give us the best service & he made our dining experience enjoyable. Thank you Jeremiah ! The beef low mein is one of my favorite dishes, along with the Shishito peppers & chili garlic green beans as the appetizer !!! OH & the banana spring rolls are a must-try for dessert !! 🤤

Our server was Carlo and he was awesome. We had a large party and he was so welcoming and personal with us. Made a few jokes and felt like family. I know big tables could be hard . Thank you Oh and the cook did great because the food was also delicious 😋

Everything from the waiting time to food was a 10/10 experience. We were told that the waiting time was 30mins but we were given a table about 10-15mins since the time I reserved. Karen was our server and she was amazing at making sure we got what we wanted. She’s the best server we had during the multiple times we’ve eaten at PF Chang’s. 😁

Pad Thai and sweet and sour chicken were so full of flavor! We had excellent service in the bar! Highly recommend

This was our first time here with my wife and we loved it all. Our server Michael was very attentive and helped us through ordering everything we wanted. Everything came out quickly and extremely good. We loved the Kung Pao Dragonroll, Chicken Lettuce cups, crispy green beans the most bjt everything we ordered was great. Will definitely be coming back when we can!

We always order from here and the food is wonderful. Today we were very impressed with the customer service. We ordered delivery and they forgot to send one of our items. Their manager Kelly was great. She personally delivered the item to our house and with extra vegetarian items for our guests.

I love their lettuce wraps appetizer! Other than that the food is pretty bland. I have to add my own spices. I do have to applaud their customer service during Covid times though. They are cordial and well organized for takeout/pickups.

My waiter Christian was about the best I have ever had. Not too pushy, kept my cup and glass full, courteous, pleasant, respectful. I felt important. It is rare to get such good service.

Not thrilled with the food. The staff was nice and the service was prompt, but the dishes we ordered for takeout were mediocre at best. Not terrible, but if you want Chinese food, you have better options locally.

This was my first time eating at P.F. Chang's and I ordered the pork ribs, shrimp fried rice and honey chicken. The prices were reasonable and the shrimp fried rice and honey chicken were delicious. The ribs were tender but the seasoning did not quite quench my taste buds. I will be coming back but will not order the ribs again. The staff was very nice as well and they had fire pits to keep you warm while outside

The food was good, the out door seating was a little chilly, but they lit heaters.

Wow, great experience! The staff was amazing and so personable. They did a great job connecting with each table. Food was served quick and was delicious. But the staff and the manager were awesome!! I'll definitely be back!

Tasty American style Chinese food with good sized portions. Kung pao chicken without the peanuts is my favorite. Good mixed drinks at the bar too.

Food was good as was the service but just be careful if you're watching your salt intake. I love some of the dishes here but boy are they salty.

Can't speak to the atmosphere in this pandemic season, but the food and the service are excellent. This isn't just a good variety of cheap, buffet style chinese food, it's an entirely different, upscale experience with traditional dishes and novel items alike. If you're wanting chinese and a change of pace, try this place.

Usually I'd give it 10 stars if I could and would say this is my favorite restaurant. Make several trips in a year. My last visit I discovered the changed the orange chicken receipe and I'm heartbroken. It's the only item I have to have when I go here but now I'm not sure I'll be back for a long time. Please change it back!!

Me and my family had the absolute best experience here. Our server, Mindy, was incredibly attentive with us and very kind. She took my sister’s peanut allergy so seriously and I appreciate her taking such good care of us. We celebrated my birthday and the staff actually wrote me a birthday card! 100/10 service! The food was delicious and it came out fast. Zero complaints!

Great service at this location. The food was great we had a concern with peanut allergy and they handled it very well and very informative and made sure that there was no risk associated with the food cooking. Shout out to Mindy for being an amazing server. Very nice COVID precautions as well.

Mine and my husband's favorite!! This place is so good. Our server Christina was such an amazing server, she kept making sure we were taken care of but she also did not rush us at all.
