My lease will be up soon so Management sent the usual lease renewal letter. For a 1yr lease they want $1835, are you serious? There’s no laundry room & maintenance requests take up to a 4 weeks to be completed. I asked for pricing on 6 & 8 months leases and they want $2445 for 6 & $2235 for 8...it would be cheaper to go month to month at $2035. How does that make sense? Are you even trying to keep your tenants? I’ve lived here for almost 3yrs & If this place wasn’t a joke before the fire it sure as hell is now. These units & mine especially are not worth $2000+ a month, they aren’t worth what I’m currently paying $1799. There is no “luxury” here.

Don’t be deceived by fake reviews. This place has become disgusting after old maintenance guy left. 1. Nobody cleans . 2. Ongoing construction blocking walkways and dog park closed for months now. 3. Maintenance doesn’t do anything. 4. Only care about new building which is overpriced!!! EVERYTHING IS FILTHY !!! POOL, DOG PARK, PARKING LOTS, GYM, LAUNDRY ROOM .. EVEN BUILDING HALLWAYS !!! I’m surprised they haven’t gotten fined for health hazard ! Management and Ownership needs to do something about these conditions. * Made a fake profile to review since I’m a resident still and management will make sure to send all its tenants a nasty email. I hope things get fixed I can’t wait for my lease to be over !

DO NOT PAY THE HOLDING FEE 250.00 they will take away even when they lied to us saying they would be available extra parking to able pay for in contract. At the very end they will tell you that they have no extra parking available. So you will cancel contract and not be able to get your 250.00 back. Don't trust Alex.

Must Read. Go on YELP, almost a dozen complaints with pictures. All of the good comments are from friends of the management and probably never lived there. All of the other complaints make sense, go there at night before you rent, this will open your eyes to a real dangerous place to live. I personally seen the three things that were in the pictures. This place is a horrible place to live, the gates don't have locks, drug dealers wonder the hallways, thugs start trouble with anyone who is alone. The apartment management team could care less about their tenants safety. This should be a 0 start rating.

1 star because it seems like the leasing office doesn't even exist. they are impossible to get a hold of, don't answer any calls or emails. and they have the nerve to raise rent by 20%? for what? who are they paying because it sure doesn't seem like anyone works here. ALSO not keeping track of their parking roster and towing residents from their assigned spots. TRASH MANAGEMENT! SHADY BUSINESS!

I've been here for five years and the management team has always been such a great support for my family and I, especially considering these tough times during the COVID-19 outbreak, My apartment has always received proper care in a timely manner, I know I can count on stuff getting done! I wouldn't stay here for years if I didn't feel heard.

Very unprofessional conduction of this apartment building. I've been waiting for MONTHS to obtain a concrete move in date but the dates keep changing! As if it people can afford to stay where they're living, they wouldn't be looking for a place to move into in the first place if it weren't important!!! Don't rent from them. Extremely unprofessional.

Worst place to live. Since the new management came in its gotten worse here. Rent when up 40 bucks. And now it went up to 95 bucks. And mind you it's still being remodeled. It's suppose to secured gated and it's not. The two metal doors on each side are broken and still not fixed for months. There's been robberies here in this supposed secured place. Management doesn't care. I get it, it's not your property, but what are you doing to keep tenants happy and safe. Apartments and cars are being broken into, cars being stolen, rims being stolen, etc. This building is on a ghetto ugly street. And for to cost 1500 bucks now than when it cost 1370 when I first moved in is rediculous. Not worth living here with all these issues. Large apartment complexes are the worst places to live in. Consider living in a smaller complex. All the Yelp reviews are right. Beware!

Been here for a few months now and it's great. Management is always keeping tenants informed about issues or anything going on. Maintenance does as best they can to keep it clean. Neighbors are nice and friendly that I've met so far.

They are not what they say , place is not taking care of people don’t clean. And now they want to have an schedule for the gym, wich is very stupid for the people that work doesn’t make sense they don’t think on behalf of everyone before making a decision

I have been here a bit over a year. I wanted to put a review up a long time ago but hey, life. Anyways, I love this place. First off, they are very pet friendly and that is something that is hard to come by. Communication is on point. They are always emailing us regarding any disturbances. The apartments have been going through some construction due to rebuilding the building that caught fire. 😅 they have provided us with free laundry, we don't have to pay to wash our clothes. Maintenance is on site for emergencies and they keep the place clean. They have had a resident appreciation day for us, we had a taco truck. I have not met one rude resident, everyone is friendly and neighbor like. I love it here and I do not plan on leaving anytime soon.

The maintenance crew is the worst. And people get frustrated and retaliate doing foul things. The management seems to care more about that then fixing the real problem

I have been living here for past a year now and all I can say is I love living here the management here is amazing Martha has been hands down one of the best managers that I have ever encountered the maintenance workers here both Miguel's are very good at what they do they are very professional and very friendly they are always on top of their job I feel safe and comfortable in these apartments I would highly recommend coming to live here

Great apartments to live at! I’ve been living here for the last few months and so far I’ve been having a great experience. Having the laundry machines inside the apartment unit is a great time saver and very convenient since I don’t have to spend money for the laundry and my baby dogs have plenty of room to recreate themselves and live.

My experience with Lucia was horrible, I was expected to move in today 9/15 and I was on the fence with the move in because 1) they took forever to contact me that the unit was available to be viewed, 2) they contacted me a week before move in that the apartment was dealing with plumbing issues so they decided to move me to a different apartment that was “ready” and when I went to tour that apartment, it wasn’t ready and ended up being smaller than in the pictures on the website. I ended up reaching out to the front desk and they weren’t available and ended up cancelling my move in via email for their lack of caring for the applicant and the company or front desk DIDN’T REACH OUT TO ME OR VERIFIED THE CANCELLATION OR MY UNINTERESTED and simply put the unit back on the market (online) still have not heard from them HORRIBLE PLACE with lack of communication and they are always trying to hike up the prices once they know you’re interested
