Great experience with audio city and my salesman Anthony! I ordered the wheels online and a few hours later Anthony called me to verify the order and correct fit. I could tell from our conversation that I had chosen the right company as he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He confirmed that everything was in stock and the wheels would be cut and shipped in a few days. The wheels and tires arrived days later packaged perfectly with care on a small pallet with the parts I needed to put them right on. It’s the exact look I was going for and couldn’t be more satisfied. If your looking for a set of wheels do yourself a favor and contact them first.

Ordered wheels and tires, delivered timely. After 4 days 1 wheel started flaking. Called, spoke with Derek the less then customer service manager. He said he would send link for a $300 deposit and shipping label. Never happened. Called back Derek then told me I needed to ship the wheel back because Ferrada wants to repaint the wheel. So I have to pay to put stocks back on the car unmount the tire and ship the wheel back. IMO this is horrible customer service. Audio City should ship me a wheel and deal with the headache. And one last bit of INFORMATION he offered to sell me a wheel at cost for $250 shipped. So for $250 this company is going to be blasted on every platform I am a member of. Good call DEREK.

Only reason I give 4 stars is because one of my rims was cracked and a second one was scratched bad. I expected this company to inspect every wheel before shipping them but I guess they missed these issues during their inspections. However, the manager (I forgot his name) took great care of me and he replaced those rims and even gave me a small refund because of the issue. My car looks dope now and the wheels are high quality but cheap price! For the amount I paid, I couldn’t have asked for more! Great company to do business with. The negative reviews you see are people that don’t do their due diligence when the wheels get delivered. I did my due diligence and found some issues and was taken care of immediately! Will definitely be buying more wheels from here in the future. Thanks for everything!

Awesome place and even better customer service. Brian Kim responded to my online request immediately and answered every question I had . Even after I called back a few times with more questions he was more than happy to help. We were leaving town for a trip and I wanted something fast ! He located the rims I wanted and had them installed on my car within 5 hours of my original inquiry! And I drove an a hour and a half to Audio city because of that and also the best price I found anywhere. The install guys where on point and had the tires mounted on the rims before I even pulled up. Where do i begin? The sales rep helped me thoroughly and made sure i was getting exactly what i wanted. The rims and tires shipped within 3 days and i recieved them 8 days after i ordered them! They came wrapped up like they were being sent off to Nasa! Not a scratch on them. I was able to install them in under an hour. So very impressed with my experience. Thanks again!

The staff was very helpful, they explained to me what wheel options would and wouldn't fit my vehicle properly. When I received my wheels they were wrapped and protected very well and perfectly balanced. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and wish I would've known about Audio City much sooner!!!! Only gave 4 stars because I did not receive my free glossy black lugs that I was told I would get if i finalized my order that day. Even though you can’t see them, would’ve still loved to have them. My 3rd time since 2015 buying wheels from Audio City. Great service, fast ship, great communications, great prices, awesome payment options. Picked up a brand new 2021 Nissan Maxima SR, Sundrift ChromaFlair color, on January 2022. Stock wheels were 19x8 w/ 245/40zr19. I wanted to go +1 in size with wheels and had concerns about fitment - an inherent risk when going CUSTOM. Did my research on tire height and width on OEM vs Custom and decided on the Red/black 20x9 AC01 35mm offset. Tires are 255/35ZR-20. This combo was about .25" higher in height vs OEM - and ultimately worked fine. Shopped for wheels right away from Audio City, Walmart, Just Tires, Tire Rack, Ebay and Amazon. Best and Cheapest option was just the wheels from AC. Bought tires at Walmart: Fullway HP108 tires due to 1000+ 5-star reviews, Hi-Perf All-season, ZR speed rating, XL weight load rating and aggressive tread pattern (they look like Dunlop SP Sport01). TPMS, NISMO centercaps and red Valve stem covers at Amazon. Installed and mounted everything at PepBoys. Saved about $500 buying separately, albeit more work. Wheels were ALMOST flawless. Bead locks were missing from 2 wheels. Same issue for the wheels I bought from AC in 2020 for Jeep GC LTD Hemi - missing bead locks. No biggie but bead locks were missing none-the-less. Paying $1400 for wheels - they dang well should be perfect. Have to call AC and respectfully ask them send out a few replacements. Wheels looks AWE-SOME! The wheel color combo accentuates the car's color. Looks and rides fabulous! I get compliments daily and people gawking at stop lights. The wheel-tech at Pepboys said the wheels needed some heavy weights to balance but mentioned they could be due to the TPMS. Very happy. Will definitely buy from Audio City again.

After checking out several sites for new rims for my car, I happened to come across this company. After researching as much on my own and finally finding what I was looking for in the vast amount of options, I reached out to the company prior to placing my order. I am a person that is reluctant buy anything without seeing it in person, let alone something that is costing a substantial amount of money. I got a very reasonable quote and reference number for when I was ready to purchase. I was able to place my order the following day and my price was exactly as was quoted, no hidden costs. This was the Friday of Labor day weekend. Even with the delay of the Holiday weekend, I received my new rims the following Saturday undamaged delivered to my door. The product was packaged nicely, and was totally blown away at how great my new rims are. What was nice is everything from the beginning to the end worked out a simple as possible. The rims fit perfect and my dealership was able to get my tires and TPMS sensors swap over with no issues, just as Edwin said. To me, totally a 5 star experience and this company will definitely be my first choice with any future purchase.

I dealt with Eddie, and his customer service was EXCELLENT!!! He asked for make, model, and year of the car. Even with that info, just to make sure the wheels would fit, he asked for the VIN. Eddie assured me that the wheels would fit, and no drilling would be needed. I purchased the wheels. This is on a Thursday around 12pm. Eddie assured me that the rims would come by that Monday, because he would ship them out by 3pm. I received an email with the tracking number. Not only were my wheels not coming on Monday, they were coming that Saturday(2 days) between 9am - 1pm. What!! The excitement I felt was then met with the wheels being delivered at 9am on the dot that Saturday!! I immediately went to Big-O Tires and had them installed! Eddie you’re the best! I read the reviews and saw that the ones involving Eddie weren’t negative. Thank you again for an awesome experience!

Spoke with Brian Kim about sizing and staggered rims for my 2013 Maxima. Brian set me up quickly and had the rims and lug nuts sent the very next day. Received my rims within 3 days. Even Amazon doesn’t do that anymore with small items. Lug nuts came separately a day later. All correct and faster than I expected, packaged perfectly, no damage to the boxes or rims. Absolutely perfect from communication, experience and delivery of a perfect product. Can’t wait to get the tires in and mounted (purchased from another company) that’s taking longer to deliver. I previously had a bad experience with an order but after doing my research I found it was solely FedEx to blame for losing one of my wheels. I decided to take another chance and Brian Kim the sales marketing manager texted me different options back and forth and made the customer service experience very pleasurable. I love the wheels (Road Force RF35) and the fitment of the stance. Will definitely be doing business again in the very near future.When Brian said he’s gonna do something I was a bit skeptical but he’s a stand up guy and a man of his word! I won’t be buying wheels from anyone else.

Thank you for my purchase. My sales rep Santiago was very helpful and helped me at every turn. He actually had very good knowledge of vehicles and helped tailor the set up to my vehicle. I think it's a good idea that they have a gallery/testimonials from other customers so the purchaser knows how they're vehicle may look. One improvement would be to have the interactive viewer so we can see how it may look before purchasing.

Visited Audio to check out purchasing wheels for my 2018 E400. I saw these wheels on another Mercedes 4 years ago and had to have them. I found their show room to be great and Bob from their team to be great 👍😃!! Been singing their praises every since! My installation technician went above and beyond!! Put my old AMG wheels in plastic bags and placed them inside my car to transport home. Excellent service 💯!!
