husband
and
I
came
in
to
look
at
wedding
bands
and
we
were
greeted
with
just
amazing
customer
service
by
Jewelry
Specialist,
Dana
Green.
While
we
were
both
looking
at
wedding
bands
and
discussing
payment
options
with
the
Assistant
General
Manager,
Salvador
Ibarra,
Dana
Green
offered
to
have
my
current
ring
cleaned.
Upon
his
cleaning,
to
our
surprise,
he
noticed
the
diamond
was
extremely
loose,
he
immediately
went
through
the
process
of
writing
up
a
report
to
get
my
ring
fixed.
He
definitely
went
above
and
beyond
and
made
our
experience
a
lovely
one.
Can’t
wait
to
go
back,
because
we
know
we
are
in
good
hands
with
Dana
Green
there.
Another
update,
just
came
back
to
pick
up
my
ring
after
a
polish
and
some
fixing.
When
looking
at
our
wedding
bands,
Hunter
was
working
with
us
to
find
the
ring
we
both
wanted.
Hunter
knew
we
needed
some
time
to
discuss
the
pricing.
He
made
a
good
day
turn
to
an
even
better
day
when
he
called
us
today
about
a
promotion
that
would
help
us
save
some
cost,
we
are
super
fortunate
he
remembered
us
even
days
later,
because
of
him,
we
were
able
to
get
the
wedding
bands
we
really
wanted.
It’s
always
such
a
good
experience
coming
here,
feeling
supported
and
cared
for.
