    This was the first time I have ever purchased jewelry, it was a gift for my girlfriend. Against the advice of some friends, I decided to try Jared. I purchased a sapphire necklace on line. When I went to go pick it up at the store, something did not look quite right to me, I brought it up to the sales associate, Jules Santos. It was my first jewelry purchase so I asked for his opinion. He looked at it and claimed it was fine. When I left the store I looked at the store again in natural light and noticed the inside of the stone looked scratched, spotty and the outside had scuff marks. I texted pictures of the stone to multiple friends who make a lot of jewelry purchases, they said to return it immediately because the imperfections were glaringly obvious and it clearly was not what was pictured on line. When I returned to the store, the sales associate who I spoke to, Jules Santos, was gone. I spoke to a girl at the register, told her what happened, and she agreed that there were noticeable imperfections to the stone. She then tried to sell me a replacement sapphire for $680 but claimed it would not have imperfections. I felt so deceived. I will never trust Jared for any future jewelry purchases. I cannot trust the quality of the stones and especially can't trust the sales associates. The fact that Jules Santos didn't even acknowledge the terrible imperfections but the girl who processed my return did, that completely broke my trust with this company.

    Came here on 07/07/2022 and wanted to drop in just to get a quick ring cleaning that was outside of my regular 6 months. I went inside and was told to sign in and after 10 minutes of waiting, I left. There was no, "I'll be right with you" or anything. Turns out, I had asked a uniformed man who I thought was a security guard if there was a better time to come back. He said he was waiting too but he left as well. His coworker was waiting outside for him! He turned out to be an EMT that was in there waiting before me. Horrible, non-communicative service.

    If there were ZERO stars that's what I would give them. We walked in and no one even said hi. We had to find someone ourselves. We were told to sign in and wait. After 20 minutes we asked again about getting a ring cleaned. He said they were very busy even though there was 1 customer there. DON'T GO AND WASTE YOUR TIME!! With the prices of their jewelry you would expect better customer service.

    Response to Owner: Dean, I already spoke to you MONTHS ago, you told me my watch was being fixed and the reason it was taking MONTHS was because you were waiting for parts. Apparently you weren't truly waiting for parts...because you didn't replace the part that was broken while in your possession and you were responsible for replacing...all that was done was trying to make it look like it was one piece again and then tell us it was ready to be picked up when I called. What a joke that was. We have also spoken in person and over the phone with your Assistant General Manager Salvador Ibarra Jr. and he was of no help, all he gave us was excuses. You have our contact information. You can have a District or Regional Manager reach us and let us know how Jared plans to make this right. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unfortunately you have to give a star rating. They don't even deserve one star. DO NOT take your watch here for a battery or repairs...we took my Michele watch here back in May for a battery replacement...it came back with a cracked face...they tried to deny it until we showed them a picture of how it came in...then they said they would replace it. Went to pick it up MONTHS later, they tried to glue it...not replace it. Now it's December, still don't have my watch and now they say they can't fix it because it's too expensive for them...and they want to give me a voucher to spend in their store for the value which they give as $250?!? Really? For a watch that is $1,295.00 brand new. Don't know where they got that value at but they claim it was our stated value, which no one ever asked us what the value of the watch was. Bottom line...THEY need to fix what THEY broke...AT THEIR EXPENSE. We will never do business at Jared again. Still no watch...still no repaired watch...SEVEN MONTHS LATER and we just took it in for a battery. Now that's pathetic. STAY AWAY FROM JARED!!!

    Are you kidding me!!! First, the credit company overcharged my husband for my ring. We provided all the evidence they needed to prove they were wrong and even had the store manager fighting for us but they still said we owed more than the cost of the ring. Rediculous! We filed a complaint with the CFPB and still they said we owed the difference. Disgustingly, I was so sick of all the phone calls I had to make and hearing customer service admit they see the problem and promising to fix it I paid the difference. They'd also say that changes like this will take 2 months to post to my account so Id wait only to find that no changes were made. 2 years we fought and so many hours spent being lied to. It made me sick. Hmm, that's probably what they wanted to happen. To cave and pay it. Hem, hindsight dang it. I will never buy from them again. Now because my husband bought the insurance I brought my ring in to have a prong fixed and twice they were closed. First time was 7:20p, 2nd 10:30a. The hours posted on the doors say they should be open so I waited the 2nd time and they finally opened but my ring wasnt ready. It was supposed to be ready yesterday. What the hell! Now I have to come back in 2hours again and maybe it will be ready at this rate I doubt it. Dont buy anything from Jared's. They suck!

    Terrible experience. Refused to do ring cleaning service. Had to make multiple calls for them to honor the warranty. Would not recommend this store at all.

    One star is too much for this location. January 2023, I had taken my husband watch in for repair. I was informed the watch had to be sent out. Paid the fee and was given an estimated time of arrival of February 13. I called the store a few days after the eta date and was told someone would call me back the following Monday, no call. I reached out March 2, and was asked, “did someone go over the repairs with you?” I stated, “yes”, and the assistant manager began to go over additional fees requested. I asked to speak with the manager, he was unavailable. I paid the requested amount. The assistant manager was apologetic that no one reached out and informed me of the issue. I paid the initial fee and the first requested watch repair fee. I asked when were they informed of the matter. They were notified February 12. My husband and I have purchased several custom pieces as well as miscellaneous items. Disturbing that no one took the time to reach out for over two weeks. Now, I’m questioning was my time piece damaged while being repaired. I’m sure but will I ever know???

    They redid my wife's grandmother's wedding band and it's beautiful. Great job and customer service. A lovely woman treated my two daughters so nice and gave them free rings, making their day. Five stars

    I was a little hesitant to come to this location but I am SO GLAD I took a chance!! When I arrived I was greeted and helped by Thu. I was looking for a gold bracelet to add to my collection, and she asked me all the right questions to help me figure out what would be the best style and length since it's something I want to wear every day and not take off (and maybe pass down someday). I only looked at the gold bracelets but they have a BEAUTIFUL selection of other pieces too and I was impressed by the quality of their jewelry. I am usually intimidated by jewelry stores and it's been a long time since I've been in one but Thu made me feel welcome and safe and answered all of my questions about gold karat and color. The time flew by! I will definitely be coming back during the holidays to take a closer look at some of their pendants and watches. I usually shop online but nothing beats taking a look up close when it comes to jewelry. I really hope Thu will still be there to help me but the other associates seemed nice as well!

    Claire, and her team really nailed it. I was casually just browsing, and with Claire’s top notch service, and ability to connect with me she literally sold me the same ring off her finger. A couple of days later I came back, and it was ready for pick up in my exact size. This was a great experience!

    Dana was so great helping us get our wedding band! We had awesome shopping experience with him ! We had previously went to a couple jewelry stores and this by far was the best experience we had becaues Dana made it so enjoyable.

    Their customer service is fantastic. I was greeted with a smile by Sal right away. I brought my wedding ring to be cleaned and my husband’s ring to be rounded back into shape after wearing it work and it becoming more of an oval shape over time. They did a great job cleaning my ring and fixed his ring to its proper shape right away and didn’t charge anything! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know!

    My husband and I came in to look at wedding bands and we were greeted with just amazing customer service by Jewelry Specialist, Dana Green. While we were both looking at wedding bands and discussing payment options with the Assistant General Manager, Salvador Ibarra, Dana Green offered to have my current ring cleaned. Upon his cleaning, to our surprise, he noticed the diamond was extremely loose, he immediately went through the process of writing up a report to get my ring fixed. He definitely went above and beyond and made our experience a lovely one. Can’t wait to go back, because we know we are in good hands with Dana Green there. Another update, just came back to pick up my ring after a polish and some fixing. When looking at our wedding bands, Hunter was working with us to find the ring we both wanted. Hunter knew we needed some time to discuss the pricing. He made a good day turn to an even better day when he called us today about a promotion that would help us save some cost, we are super fortunate he remembered us even days later, because of him, we were able to get the wedding bands we really wanted. It’s always such a good experience coming here, feeling supported and cared for.

    The customer service at Jared’s was above and beyond. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. Dean Green made us feel welcomed and never did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. I went to various stores but only at Jared’s did we have a lovely experience and I found a wedding band I loved. There are so many options and honestly you have to go in person to truly see what looks great. Online photos do not properly convey the sparkle and beauty of their collections. It’s safe to say that we are new lifelong customers.

    Dana and Suzie were awesome! We went in window shopping and were greeted by amazing energy from Suzie at the door. She proceeded to help point us in the right direction for bridal sets. They both helped us pick the ring that my fiancé to be fell in love with and didn’t want to take off. We appreciate their service and expertise and will be back soon to pick up our new piece.     I have been dealing with the manager dean for years. He gives me excellent service. He makes me feel like you’re their number one customer. I worked with the assistant manager Sam today and he gave me the exact same service. If you’re looking for a jewelry store that will make you feel very comfortable. This is the store.

    Went in to buy my girlfriend a anklet . As a first timer getting associated with gold I had no idea what I was walking into . Thanks to Thu for the hospitality and helping me out . Explaining sizing. Prices, and types of chains . Gave me a better idea for what I'm looking for when buying a chain . Great customer service. Recommend getting your necessities here .     Thu was amazing she helped me out every step of the way, on what it was I was looking for. She educated me on the cuts of the diamonds and which one I liked. Sal was also very informative in the ring size and types.     Update: I was very sad to find out when I was going back to get my jewelry cleaned that neither Claire or Jules are no longer working there… Claire recommended to ask for Sal so I did and while he was nice I don’t feel I got the same exceptional service I received from Claire… When I went back to pick up the jewelry I had to wait quite a long time. I really wish they have one person dedicated for customers picking up their jewelry so they don’t have to wait around among people shopping. I am deducting one star for that. Claire and Jules helped me with the 4 rings to be serviced and a half a pair of earring that I needed to replace… Claire really took her time and explained everything for me and I felt very confident to leave my precious jewels with her. When I picked them up 4 days later they looked brand new and beautiful:-) I cannot be any happier with their customer service!

    I would consider myself an online shopper but my 1st experience at this Jared store was great. Never pushy, they actually take their time to find the right thing for you. I like to be straight forward, know what I want and don't like sales pitches, none of that there. They have become my go to jewelry store. A special thank you to Jules, you're the reason I made my first purchase and why I keep coming back. Excellent customer service.

    My husband and I came on a whim to have a ring inspected and possibly appraised. The person who greeted and helped us was Sal. He was kind and knowledgable. Took his time with us even though the appraiser was not in. If I had money to spend, I’d come spend it here. Thanks Sal!
