I have many positive experiences with this store , but I would like to acknowledge my most recent visit to the store . I have been working with Sasha for few years, she is kind , fair , and attentive to my personality and style . I have purchased everything from personal jewelry to our wedding bands for my wife and I. As we all know Purchasing a Rolex is no easy endeavor , Sasha was able to make this experience for me smooth and easy . Of course I had to wait my turn , but when that turn came , she made the moment so special for me. She treated me as if I was the only customer in the store giving me her undivided attention , making me feel at ease offering me water and coffee . I am so impressed by how her employees know my name and greet me in such a professional manner . I most certainly feel “at home” while I am in the store , and that is a great feeling to have when you are about to make a big purchase . Sasha creates life long relationships with people and I am forever grateful to her , and the rest of her staff . I went in to grab a watch box, got the perfect one picked out and was originally told it be about 4-6 weeks for delivery. José worked some magic and got me the box in 3-4 days. He went above and beyond to make sure i was completely happy. Highly recommend ben bridge for all your jewelry and watch needs, the customer services is always top notch. Really let you know they put their customers above everything else.

I went in yesterday to pick up a Blue yatchmaster, the entire process was extremely smooth and quick. Sasha and Philip were extremely nice, polite, professional, and informative. They both made it very clear that their number 1 priority is the happiness and satisfaction of their customers. They cleaned all of my jewelry for free while the buying process was going one, and the clasp is perfectly centered. They really gave me the Rolex experience, top notch luxury service. I will never buy a Rolex anywhere else, I look forward to my next visit. Also got a chance to see a batman on a jubilee Just a beautiful watch. I now understand the hype behind that configuration.

I was charged $950 + Tax for buying a ring, sizing it to fit me and returning it within 30 days because I changed my mind. They have horrible customer service. The manager Sasha and Amin are rude. They are very nice when you buy but mean when you return an item. Spoke to Briana in HR and she así had horrible customer service. Buyer beware!

I just want to thank Alexa for being so patient with me and helping me get a Rolex for my fiance. My fiance and I have been visiting all the Rolex ADs in socal and we've been basically hearing the same messages about low inventory. When we went into Ben Bridge, Alexa greeted us right away and was so so so generous to us as she listened to our wishlist for a datejust. Rather than telling us about the competitive market + low inventory, Alexa instilled hope in us with her positivity as she said "it's possible". I knew right away Alexa was different from other sales people I've talked to because she was so sweet and caring. I left the store with a lighter heart after writing my name down with her. Alexa updated me from time to time, which I very much appreciated and can't thank her enough for her actions. Fast forward to several months, Alexa contacted me regarding a possible watch opportunity and I was thrilled. We just couldn't pass out on the opportunity because we know how hard it is to get a watch in the Rolex world. Now my fiance is a proud Rolex owner and it's all thanks to Alexa. I'm very happy with my experience I had here. Working with Ed to find a wedding band was great. He made the process easy and I was able to special order a custom band that they did not have in the store. Ed, himself, was very down to earth, honest, and willing to go the extra step to make sure you get what you're looking for. I really do appreciate that, especially because some jewelry stores you go to seem to judge you at first glance and don't give you the time of day unless they think you are rich. If you're looking for jewelry or even a grail watch, come check this place out. They're definitely willing to help and don't give you that, "are you worthy enough" vibe other jewelers give you.

Let's be honest. Buying a buying a Rolex is extremely hard to do these days, so if you're trying to get one, be prepared to go to a lot of stores and talk to a lot of people. A lot of the Rolex dealers you talk to will brush you off, and this is normal, but every now and then, you'll find a diamond in the rough like Alexa. When we first spoke to her in-person, she was very professional and explained the current watch market very well. She also responded to my texts, which isn't something that most dealers will do. I'm sure she receives hundreds of texts daily so I really appreciated that she responded so promptly. There are a lot of places to buy jewelry, but if you're looking for someone who's more interested in your happiness than your money, come here and ask for Alexa.
