If you prefer to be served by the literal best and coolest people in Bellingham, then Redlight is the choice spot. If you prefer to be served amazing, delicious, crafted drinks the Redlight is, yet again, a great option! If you enjoy deliciously scrumptious food, then go to Redlight! Food wise, their offerings are just so good. I literally cannot pick one thing, so I will end up getting everything which I can then eat for the next two or three days. This time I added the Staff Sandwich to my order because I hadn’t noticed it before, being too focused on cold sesame noodles, and boy was I happy I did. It is so good, just like everything else. And now I see they have pork rice bowls and vegan bao? Like I’m legit just going to order the whole menu every time because I want it all. Also the sauce to dip your wontons in??! I don’t know what it is but I could probably chug it. Like pour it in a tall glass and I’d drink it down. So. Good. Then we get to the drinks which are just so great, focused on such a blend of flavors each drink is delightful. And you don’t lose any of that in the take home cocktail kits! You can bring home the same lovingly made drinks to your own house and sip, or chug, all night! And back to staff. Just a group of the nicest, kindest, best people. They will greet you like an old friend and recommend drinks or food to you based on your own tastes, after a few probing questions. Couldn’t think of a place more I’d like to support. We always come here after work last time I asked the server Cody about what sauce I should have with my wontons (I'm a picky eater and usually get the normal ginger sauce) he brought me a whole sampler tray of sauces to try and this time he remembered me and what sauce I liked. When my food came out he even remembered I like my sauce on the side and my wontons plain. It's nice to have an attentive and fun server I always enjoy my experience here. I like when I can tell when someone loves their job. Great music too!

LOVING the new menu and location (wasn't a giant fan before), this is now one of our fave spots in Bham. The food is crave-worthy (love everything), especially the Wontons and Eggplant Bao 😍. The Black Mirror is my go-to cocktail; if tequila and mezcal are your thing, this spicy margarita is killer.

New location is beautiful. Phenomenal drinks and not too loud. Red Elk cocktail is a must. Recommend chicken wontons with the spicy sauce. Too tasty that no pictures were taken.

This place has quickly become one of our go-to place for dinner and drinks. They not only have delicious vegan options, but they are clearly marked as “vegan” instead of the common “V” which can also mean vegetarian. Everything that we have ordered has been terrific. My favorite are the wontons! The drinks are great, too. The place is small but they have nice outdoor seating as well. The service has been top notch too. Overall, great place!

Love me the spicy chicken wontons! 🐔 Good drinks, a little pricy for the portions served, but overall, a solid experience. In the summer, it gets NASTY hot in there. Please consider getting AC or several fans, I can't imagine the kitchen and staff would be apposed.

My friends and I love this place! They relocated from a small place to a huge place and it shows. Love the decor, drinks that are beautiful to drink and look at it. This place always gets packed. Besides the drinks the crackers and dumplings are to die for!

We walked in for an early dinner not knowing anything about this place but it was packed at 5 pm so…. had everything but the pork on the happy hour list and then had dinner. This food was incredible and not expensive. Every dish had us raving. Service was fast and super friendly. Drinks were excellent and not stingy. Would consider it one of the best meals I have had as a traveller through Washington.

The new Redlight location is very comfortable and a great atmosphere for dinner and drinks. They have an amazing bar and a great variety of cocktails to choose from and their food is top notch with fresh and very flavorful and original dishes to the Bellingham area. They have great boa's, wontons and chicken wings and would recommend coming by and giving them all a try!

Food is YUMMY, like order multiple plates yummy. Pretty spendy, and definitely not the place to bring more than 3 people because of the space. But, if you wanna get a drink for $12 that hits you HARD before you start your bar crawler. I'd definitely suggest this place. Great to grab a drink and a bite with a friend, pay the $30 tab, and start the rest of your night out. Tea egg is my #1, followed by geezer old fashioned, perfect Collins, and then the spicy wontons!

Amazing dumplings please go. We had a great meal both had two servings of dumplings and came home with more. Drink options good, staff is excellent and thank you Colin for being so cool! We will be back probably very soon I think it's a new frequent spot now for us thank you!

The staff at Redlight are always so welcoming and kind. They went way out of their way to accommodate my mom’s dietary restrictions. Plus every item on the menu is delicious. Great place with great people.

Best place for craft cocktails in Bellingham. They are creative, flavorful, and unique. Their menu is suitable for meat eaters and vegetarians- a regular in my rotation. Love Redlight!

Solid and creative cocktails with great food. I've been twice and enjoyed the bao and wontons. The atmosphere is really slick, and the staff is quite friendly. It's a great place for a date night, seating is both outside and in. There's a nook with a few tables that's a bit quieter.

We started coming here prior to the pandemic and since then the addition of food to the menu helps lock this in as one of my favorite spots in Washington. From their amazing and creative infusions to the deliciously crafted cocktails, they are such a great spot with a wonderful staff to elevate it to a great experience to stop in at. Don’t sleep on the black cherry tequila 🤯

I really enjoyed the Basil Gimlet. The Weedeater was so so. The spicy pork wonton with charred scallions were so tasty. It took a while for both the drinks and food to arrive. It was part of our progressive dinner and would have ordered more, but I didn't want to wait for a second round to arrive... Glad we didn't eat too much or linger too long because when we got to Carnal we had just enough appetite to enjoy all the things, including our future first course at Penney Farthing.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Went here our first time visiting Bellingham and had the tofu spring rolls and the pork bun. They were so out of this world I dreamt about this restaurant at least three times since! Whenever we’re in town this is the first place we stop for dinner. The service is great and the staff are so friendly, bartender is very talented too!
