👍 Stopped in to just check the place out. Had a beer. Love the idea of a dog park and pub mixed together. Will probably come here again. Plenty of different beer to drink and wine in the window as well. People often mention dogs, beer, great, friendly, time,

This is an amazing spot. Popped by dogless and got a good fill of the canine species; very therapeutic if you don't have a pet and crave one. They got drinks, a food truck, outdoor and indoor seating, live music, and tons of dogs. I would come here often if I had one and wanted to socialize it, and may go more often without one to get an idea of what kind of dog I want. Overall had a lovely time, socialized a bit with people as well as pets, and had some good food and drinks. Definitely recommend, will go again.

What a fantastic place to visit in Fairhaven (Bellingham)!!! We were walking our dogs on a trail nearby and stopped in for a pint. The most accurate description I can come up with is it’s a really, open dog park (part is covered as well for rainy days) with beer available for the humans!!! OurGerman Shepherd is a little bit anxious so she stayed outside in a nearby seating area but my Lab/Retriever mix got to play for about an hour with several other dogs - he had so much fun!!!!! We can’t wait to go back and visit - it will definitely be a regular stop for us when we’re in the area!

One of my favorite places in Bellingham. This is a must visit place to stop by for a nice brew and some friendly faces both human and pup! My dog absolutely loves coming here to play. The staff are very caring dog-lovers who are sure to brighten your day. Well beyond 5 stars for this place. I look forward to many more Paws For A Beer adventures with my pup. Great beer, yummy food truck, friendly faces, and the perfect dog-friendly atmosphere.

What an awesome stop!! We loved this place and our dogs did, too. $5 day use fee per dog or $8 for 2 dogs. Reasonably priced craft brews, cider, and kambucha. Lots of street parking on a Friday night. We loved the combination of dog park and bar for humans, the local beer selection was great and we even liked trying Filipino food from the food truck outside. Totally recommend this place!

This is one of the places that has helped me to endure these COVID years, from the beginning (when I had no dog)and continues to be a favorite place, now that I do have a dog. If you're lonely for a dog, you can just walk in and have a beer; if you do have a dog you can join paws for a day a week a month or a year. This place is built out of love, I'm telling you and as you know, love is a four-legged word.

Paws For A Beer is a combination dog park/Biergarten. The whole area is fenced in so that dogs can run free. There are also various dog toys lying about that can be used. There is a decent beer, wine, and non alcoholic list. Whether you have a dog, or just love dogs it's worth checking out!

Cute little spot. Came by for a drink (dogless). Staff were friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. Love seeing all the sweet dogs. Didn't end up getting food but there was a food truck there that night.

Super cool concept and knowledgeable staff! First time visiting and I'll most definitely be back! Briiar had a great time and everything was clean/pet friendly. The double gate system ensures no escapes and toys everywhere! Water bowls are placed for easy access to keep your furry friend hydrated! For the humans, they have a great selection of brews on tap and in cans. The oatmeal Stout was perfect and great for the cool weather. Great merch, hoping they replenish their inventory soon so I can get some more!

Visiting Bellingham for the weekend and were excited to find this place to share a cold beer after a hot bike ride. Our chihuahuas were a bit nervous from the large dogs rough housing and barking as well as the loud music. We were hoping to find a quiet corner to acclimate them, however we were “greeted” at the gate by a red curly haired young man who immediately challenged us in a rude tone asking why we are carrying our dogs. We explained it was a our first time and they were just a bit nervous. He stated “this is a place for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Other dogs don’t like to see flying dogs so we require all dogs to be on the ground. Do you really think this is an appropriate place for your dogs??”. Obviously we left immediately and won’t be returning. This is a great idea but the management is unfortunately unnecessarily nasty. Don’t spend your money here. We ended up at Skylark a block away; good food and a great dog friendly atmosphere.

We came while on vacation because we were missing our puppy who had to stay home. Super glad that we did! What a great biz idea! The staff, patrons, and all the puppies were so happy and friendly! I wish we had such a place around us. This seems like it would be a dog paradise! This is a wonderful place to have a beer while you and your fur baby visit friends and make new friends.

What a great concept! This is a fun place to let your dog play while you enjoy an adult beverage. The fence around the "beer garden" is about 4 feet high, which is enough to keep dogs in. Tables are scattered throughout the grounds with plenty of space between. And you don't need to have a dog to enjoy a beer here.

We love paws! There are usually a lot of dogs here for my boy to run with and a bunch of dog toys around that help him get his wiggles out if nobody wants to run. The staff is extremely friendly and they have a good selection of beers.

So nice to be able to hang out with your canine and human friends. You can get a daily pass, with some restrictions to protect all doggos, check their website. There's no food. Check to see if a food truck is there. You can still bring your food in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of beers. Definitely recommend the cider!
