I stopped in here today to do some business with the crew and was offered a sample of the Double Stroke...and I have to say it was very refreshing force regular Bourbon and Beer guy. Normally I shy away from hard ciders because I usually get a tremendous headache from them; not this time. I will definitely tell my friends about this find and share some nectar with them. Thank you to the crew at Herb's for a great introduction to what a hard cider should be about...no headache!

Dont quite remember her name, but one of the girls there with a very specific tattoo was really nice. The crowd is a bit upper classes, but definitely a good chill spot if you're into the conversational aspect of a bar.

Excellent cider in Bellingham. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for cider. Very nice that they offer flights so you can try various offerings. The Single Stroke Semi Dry and Single Ratamague were very good and the Hazy Pub Cider, Triplet and Double Stroke were all excellent. Very good service as well even though the place was packed.

Have been a fan of Herb's Cider since their launch. Finally made it to the tasting room and was surprised to find so many options. Couldn't decide on just one so bought a flight and tried several. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and yummy cider and snacks. Will be back!

I'm generally not a fan of hard cider because of how sweet it is. That's not the case with Herb's Cider. It's so smooth and the flavor is incredible. My family and I visited the tasting room in Bellingham which is near my mother-in-law's house. Because of that I'm actually willing to go visit my mother-in-law so I guess you can say Herb's Cider brought my family closer together.

We had tried them a while back when they were new at the farmers market. I got the Groupon for the tasting for two, in which you share Four 5oz pours, each person gets a 16oz pour and you get a sticker each and 25%off merch that visit. We got the Black Note, Syncopation, Winesap and Cox's Orange for our tasters and then in the 16oz we had the Triplet Reserve and Northern Spy. Overall so delicious, four out of five stars though because staff wasn't very friendly.

Cozy cidery, with a fantastic array of flavors guaranteed to charm even those who don't like cider. Personable staff, intimate feel, and a Blackberry that knocks your socks off, this place is great.
