This is one of the best places to visit in Bellingham! Very good atmosphere, clean, and featured controlled outdoor dining! - customer service was good!, the food was good, and fresh, the cod was tender and tasty, with delicious batter, the fries were so good! Tarter sauce and ketchup were just right. - The draft Lager beer was really good and very smooth, it compliments the food very well. - The restrooms were extremely clean and featured a TV above both urnls. 100/100 recommend this place! It reminded me of a casual version of the Cactus Club!

My mother and I came here for lunch and had the Cesar salad, fries and burger. Our food was great and surpassed our expectations. The burger was cooked exactly to my liking and the French fries tasted like they were made from fresh potatoes. I have to shout out the bartender, she was the only one working the bar top, bar area and making drinks for the whole restaurant and yet she was very attentive and sweet. So thank you! Service was great, food was great - definitely add this place to your list to check out!

This is my first time here since they moved and pre-pandemic. The building is great there is an outside protected place semi closed in with heaters. The food is delicious. And they have a sangria with Prosecco that is delicious. The menu it doesn’t look gluten-free but they say they can make almost anything gluten-free. And I had a delicious potato crusted cod that was gluten-free. I can’t wait to go here again

The food and front area was nice... kind of pricey for what we got tho. The fish in chips was over $20, which.. yikes? Also there was a bunch of portrait style photos of actresses in the bathroom which was weird?

I have lived in Bellingham for 24 years and eaten at just about every restaurant in town, but this was my first time to Scotty Brown’s. I really wanted to like this place, but I was underwhelmed with the service, the food and the atmosphere. The service wasn’t exactly bad, but, it was slow and impersonal. I waited 20 minutes after I stopped eating for the waitress to come by and ask if everything was OK and if I wanted a box and my check, and the place was only at about 10% capacity. And there was no eye contact from my wait service my entire visit, very inexperienced or untrained in my opinion. I ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine alfredo, and it tasted very salty, like what I might expect from Applebee’s or TGI Friday. And the atmosphere is trying very very hard to be upscale, but it’s just average inside. Everyones opinion is relative, but my overall impression is, I would never bring a date here, and I would never choose to come back here, I would only come back if I was invited in a group situation. There are too many other places that have way better food and way better service and way better atmosphere for this price point. My total bill with tax, food and one drink was almost $45 at lunch. Overall the place is not bad, it’s just it did not meet my expectations for the price point.

Love the food and the atmosphere. Service can be a little slow. Took a little long for us to be greeted once we were at our table. We asked for just a couple more minutes when deciding on our order and it was nearly 10 minutes before the server returned to us. The food was excellent though. Love the location too.

Best fish and chips I've had since I moved here 5 years ago. The secret is in the batter and let the fish flavor come through perfectly. OH had a cowboy salad and chicken Sammy which he liked alot. Browns sangria was great. Good size glass. OH mohito also good. BEST IF ALL try the carrot cake!! Delish. Will definitely be back😋

Service, food and atmosphere were all fantastic. Very happy I stopped in. The crispy chicken sandwich was amazing.

A Father's Day Happy meal* The Food was amazing! The drinks were well blended by the gods! Our server Megan R. Treated us well and had a genuine attitude, "Thank you." I had the cajin steak 7oz. It was vary flavorfull and the right amount of food. The spicy chicken sandwich, Ooooowwweeee!! Gotta try that one again!!

Steak was cooked to perfection, good flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Music was exceptionally loud though, making it hard to carry on a conversation and for the server to hear my drink request correctly. While our food was good, I did feel it was a bit overpriced.

LOVED THE VIBE OF THIS PLACE 🙏 It was my first time eating here with my Girlfriend and we both had a great time and LOVED the food. The atmosphere was great and felt very business casual and a great spot to meet up and have a drink or eat with some friends or even come and have a nice dinner. I would highly recommend. The service was good, the waitress was very friendly. Only dislike was that I did not like the ranch.

Waited 30 min for a table because they were only seating by "menu availability" meaning they weren't seating people because the kitchen was short staffed. We only wanted drinks and appetizers. Waited 20 minutes for drinks, which were good drinks so that's why they are getting two stars. Had to ask several times for water, and never got refills. Finally cancelled my fry order because everyone at the table was ready to leave. Quality of food does not match the price but that's what you get in Bellingham - no one knows what good food is I guess? The portions were ridiculously small. The poor waitress didn't have a backbone because she was getting yelled at by the kitchen. Scotty Brown stain in your mom's pants. Happy New Year!

Excellent food and good atmosphere. Can be a bit busy, so plan ahead. Good place to watch sporting events. Food is tasty but a bit on the pricey side. Expect to spend about $40-$50 for two people. Great place to grab dinner before a movie. Plenty of parking next to and across the road from the restaurant.

This place should be called Salty Browns. We ordered lettuce wraps and a dragon bowl. Both were extremely salty and covered in way too much sauce. Drinks were good and waitress was friendly. But won't be ordering food from here again😕

Love the new location. Service for Sunday opening was great. Food was good and couldn't have been happier.

Went in with a party of eight and they seeded us right away and the waitresses were super awesome. Real friendly and made sure that our drinks were filled before they went empty. Food was awesome. First time there and I really enjoyed it and look forward to coming back a lot more.

This new version of Scotty Brown's is a vast improvement over the old one. The atmosphere is much less hectic as well the service was pretty good. Staying along the line up improvements the menu is better than in the past. I was able to have my fish grilled instead deep fried for my meal and the overall appeal both in appearance and taste of the food was better then in the past. Nothing spectacular about it just a good casual place for a basic meal and drinks.

Atmosphere was nice. Outdoor seating available, full bar with seating for bar patrons. Restaurant has a nice open vibe with lots of windows and mirrors. Tables have hooks underneath to hang bags. Menu has lots of choices something for everyone in your party. My choice was the Hollywood burger with impossible patty it was delicious. The bun was perfect and seasoning spot on.Fries were so good. Our server was friendly and helpful. Will return to try other menu items.

I like this place. They always have a great service and good choice of mood. The atmosphere is pleasant and the music is not loud, so we could have a nice conversation.
