👍👍 Wow, did not expect that. That was fantastic. The bread was SO good. Come at least once, and then once you realize the quality of the food, coke back some more. People often mention sandwich, sandwiches, good, Bellingham, great, lunch,

My all time favorite resturant. Seriously. Simple, affordable, and absolutely delicious food. One of my biggest reasons I regret leaving Bellingham is that I am now farther away from this holy place. I used to get the Southwest Stack w Chicken at least once a week. Please eat here.

Excellent sandwiches selection, including hot, cold, and toasted sandwiches along with a great cup of rich clam chowder on the day we stopped by (soup selectionvariea by day). The inside is open for ordering and eating, just mask up during current Covid protocols, bit there is also a walk-up window to order and go. Portions are plentiful and ingredients are good. Highly recommended.

The hospitality, vibe, sandwiches, soups are on point! Only a 4 star because I am a Mac and cheese lover and it had absolutely no flavor. However, it may have just been a mistake today so I will be back again to try and change the rating if it is fixed. Thank you!!

Where to start... Well if you know me you know this is one of if not my absolutely favorite lunch spot in Bellingham. Decades old recipes that still stun you till this day, clean food from a clean kitchen that you can actually taste the love from. I literally have friends who have moved out of the area have me overnight them with hot pads food from here. Oh and the daily specials... Try to get them before they sell out same goes for the daily fresh soups, you won't regret trying something new you've never heard of while your here.

French dip was darn good, that bread was crazy delicious. I’m not in Bellingham often but I’ll come back here no doubt.

I ordered the Bellingham Buster and clam chowder. The sandwich was on hard, dried out hoagie and lacked any flavor to elevate it. (Dog couldn't chew roll when I gave her the half I couldn't eat) Same sandwich I can get in deli section of Safeway. Mediocre at best. Clam chowder lacked traditional herbs and therefore it too was bland and mediocre. The only redeeming quality to the clam chowder was that clams and potatoes were cooked perfectly. So often clams are like chewing rubber, but not here. Bland and unmemorable.

Check their daily special! I almost always get the special. Hands down the best sandwich in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Only the best and freshest ingredients and their always prepared exceptionally well. I really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches such as the pork belly. Their regular sandwiches are also amazing if they're sold out of the special fit the day

Everything I've had here is SO GOOD. I had the mac and cheese today and for a sandwich shop, the mac and cheese goes HARD. The staff are always nice and the food is amazing. Even better since it's in such a convenient spot!

Fun atmosphere, nice staff. I got a Cuban when I was there, and the meats were good but the pickles weren’t great and there wasn’t enough mustard to balance the richness of the meat. Still a decent sandwich, I’ll probably be back sometime to give another try.

Super cozy sandwich shop with sweet friendly workers. The hot sandwiches are to die for and the soups were top tier, definitely grab a cup with one of your sandwiches!

We feel really lucky if we magically have the day off or just in time for Sandwich Odyssey. It’s a Bellingham staple. Delicious sandwiches, fresh ingredients, great potato salad (I regret not getting the bowl.) It’s that good.

This hometown hand crafted sandwich shop is always a treat! Great choices of sandwiches made to order, hot or cold. Use online for quicker pick-up times. Small interior seating but mostly outside seating in the sun. Love this place it is a Bellingham Staple! 🙂

Yaaaaas my goodness!! Stellar divine bomb bomb sandwiches across the board and onto another board (there's actually bonus sandwiches of the day)! Gimme this too many times a week. Lovely quality and quanity for a loving price. Happy camper

TBA Sandwich and Cheddar Brocolli Soup. It was 2 thick, dry chunks of a Thanksgiving turkey meat, two small Roma tomatoe slices, a single piece of bacon and 90% lettuce. The soup was a brownish yellow, spicy, chunky mess. $24 for an awful soup and sandwich. Didn't get to eat lunch and wasted $24. 😔

Great sandwich shop across from Bellingham High School. The lunch specials vary. Hot Pastrami, Italian Sausage Panini....I go before noon and have a sandwich, chips and coffee. I went later one day and had a beer, Dog Lost.

My mouth waters every time I pass by or think of the Odyssey. Fresh and delicious. 10/10 recommend and don’t forget to also grab a yummy chewy cookie!

2001 Sandwich Odyssey is a great spot for lunch! Living in the lettered streets makes it easy to make this place a habit for lunch. Online ordering my makes it a breeze for being able to run over and pick something up midday. The food is always rich and delicious. I’ve had a few different sandwiches and wraps from here and it’s always full of cheesy, saucy goodness. While sandwiches might make you think of a healthy option, they really pack on the ingredients. I’ve learned that even when ordering something that sounds like a healthy option, that idea is misguided. Which is okay, but better to know that going in! You’ll always be left feeling satisfied and full. Plenty of food for the price! Fun specials, great ingredients!

Wonderful sandwiches, everything is so fresh and they are huge! And the staff is great, so upbeat and friendly. It really made my day to come in here.

TLDR: decent sandwich, clean, friendly staff, & overall happy I stopped by. Had a grilled chicken sandwich a few days back. Loved it. Next day I got a French dip, loved that too. I wish they butter-ed the French dip bread, but it was good without. Over all, I would and will be going back as long as the place keeps this up.

First time checking this place out for lunch. Had a Philly sandwich. It was just ok. The meat used was tough & big slices of steak, which was a big turnoff. This type of sandwich should have shredded or thin sliced meat. Tossed part of it as it was not edible. Dish was presented nicely with good seasoning. Staff was very nice & offered great service. Was nice to dine outside.

Absolutely loved their chicken Parmesan sandwich. Portions are huge, I ate half of it and was super full. Ladies were sweet to strike a conversation while I was dining by myself.

👍👍 Amazing food , amazing prices. The staff is friendly and fast. I had the roast beef , fries , coffee shake and the chicken noodle soup. The soup is always available. It was 94° out today and I still got the soup.
