Staff, Lobby, Location, and Breakfast were all great. Room left much to be desired. Very dated and filthy. Leaves, grit, and dust all over the floor. (I now know that it's the landscaping crews fault as one afternoon they were using a leaf blower outside and literally blew leaves and dirt through the crack under the door into my room! GROSS!) But the bathroom was gross too. Hair left all over, both in the shower and toilet. The sink, plastic(!) like you'd find in a 70s era mobile home, was scratched, stained, and discolored from past cigarette burns. Toilet was so old it rocked when you sat on it and used about 10 gallons of water to flush. Very wasteful with water. Yet the sink faucet had the worst water pressure. The one single bath towel provided was barely larger than the hand towel! And there was zero seating. You get a bed, a fridge, a microwave, and a dining chair. No comfortable chairs or couch even though there was ample space. Now that I have stayed there, I'm surprised it has so many 4 and 5 star reviews. The room was way too disappointing to warrant anything more than 2 stars.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING ROBBED. I want to use colorful curse words in this review but i want people to see this. I would give this place no stars but I can't. The rooms were clean and comfortable however the process in which the money was taken was the nightmare. I wanted to leave the 1st night we where there. The price for a week kept changing everytime we went to pay. I had to leave a 250 dollar deposit and I didn't get that back. Came out here to work and the price for the reservation was different from what I paid the 1st night. They overcharged me by a lot. Which some of the money was refunded. Like i said the price changed every week. The lady at the front desk was like a scam queen and the other staff are in on it. They are probably scared of her. I know other people that work with me who left that got charged double for the week and had to fight tooth and nail to get there refund. And when I did get a refund they charged my buddies card to pay me what they owed me. TERRIBLE

Great location right off I5 highway. Close to shopping and the airport. Staff tries hard, but the building is old and rooms are dated. They didn't accommodate us with an early breakfast. Also were not very reassuring when we had an item left in our room by accident. The pool and hot tub could have used a good cleaning.

Morning Glory was so fabulous. My partner and I were stranded in the US unexpectedly on Sunday March 20th, 2022 and thankfully the Inn had a vacancy. The desk staff were so kind as to let us calm down in the lobby as we struggled with what to do. Thanks so much to the desk staff (front desk and security), you both were so amazing . Thanks so much for being so kind and welcoming to two very stressed out Canadians. Would highly recommend.

Front desk staff was amazing, super nice & very friendly. Food choices were fantastic, best breakfast then any other local hotel on this strip. Room was clean but unfortunately had fleas. I started noticing them on the white sheets. I mentioned to staff and they admitted to previously setting a flea bomb off and shampooing the carpets. I would stay there again, however not in a wheelchair/pet friendly room.

Morning glory asked myself and kids to leave today. My 12 yr old went missing, and they don't care. Owner sent my mail back, they are racist this the second time I was placed here and kicked out. They nvr told me any issue. Don't support ppl like this. Who puts a family out in a snow storm and no place to go. Middle finger to the owner. The employees hate her, she rips ppl off plays dumb and is just a horrible person

New owners and newly renovated rooms. I stayed here years ago before change. I would of never recommend. Now I can honestly say i enjoy my stay here. Clean, soft new bedding and ground keeping is so beautiful. High tech cameras for Security. I felt safe during my stay. Attentive staff and great front desk customer service. Hot and cold options for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Rooms could be a lot cleaner, office workers need to get a better system for incoming phone calls. Like people should have the option to punch the room # of who you want to speak with

Very convenient location. Free Breakfast choices include scrambled eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops cereal, various breads and muffins, vanilla or peach yogurt, apples, orange juice, apple juice, and excellent coffee!

Couldnโ€™t find local number to ask a couple questions, one being is it a hotel or motel. Had a family member in hospital and drove from out of state. Was told thereโ€™s a security guy there at night, lie! None period, cameras only. Some guys that work there can hardly speak English which makes communicating a challenge! 2-5am lot of activity beware or do your self a favor and not stay at this place!

STAY AWAY. If you wish to cancel your stay here within policy terms you will be denied. The grounds are dumpy and the woman running the motel is incredibly lazy and rude. Hot tub DOES NOT WORK despite her advertising. Lot's of activity in this place at night. Someone violently tried to open our door at 5am one morning and it was scary. Sketchy-motel vibes for sure. Rooms are dark, dirty, and dingy. Basic, bottom of the line necessities as far as towels, bedding, and toiletries. Not all amenities work as advertised.

Probably the best motel in the area for the money. Iโ€™ve been lucky to catch a good price for stay and for that money itโ€™s a bomb (especially when compared to Seattle-Tacoma area). You, guys, doing good. Stuff was super friendly and helpful. BREAKFAST (I almost forgot about breakfasts in motels since covid time) is very good and pretty various. Parking is pretty big, without garbage people here. Room is neither modern nor outdated. Just a regular but clean and bed is comfy. Microwave, fridge, TV and A/C works well. Maybe I am lucky today but will definitely come back when needed.

My room did not smell very good, a combination of Smoky or maybe old and stale. Bed was comfortable. The door was very hard to open/ close. The keys stop working for no reason and they have had to change the batteries in my lock twice on two different rooms. The the front desks incompetence to easily check in and out even when already checked in is confusing. I was charged two times even tho I was clearly checked in. The area is rough and you can expect drug addicts on the property wondering in this part of town. The crazies wonder an yell on a semi regular basis! 4am seems to be the witching hour. Breakfast is good but the staff is lousy.

We spent one night, and we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. The staff at check in and check out was very friendly. For the price point, definitely a 5 star based on our experience. The room was simple but very clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked without issue. Our room was closer to the road so we were expecting some noise during the night, but surprisingly it was very quiet. If you're looking for a budget, cleaned and comfortable place to stay, this place is worth considering. Other things to consider: They do have a pool and provide towels pool side (we didn't use it). They also provide breakfast, but make sure to not over sleep (like we did lol) since it's available from 6-9am.

Nice pool and hot tub area. Friendly staff. Our room did not smell very good, mix of Smoky and old stale smells. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. Door was very hard to open/ close. Which was fine for us because we could slam it. However, it was a room designed for anyone with disabilities, I think that some people may find it challenging depending on their level of ability. Breakfast not very good, extremely weak coffee but nice tea selection.

The front desk staff member was personable and helpful. Our room was on the first floor near the pool. I'm not a pool type of gal but it it was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had so much variety that I had a hot waffle with butter and my husband had a bagel and coffee. The location is perfect for getting around to sight see. Safeway is about a mile away, convenient for day adventures. It's also close enough to the mall for easy access to purchase souvenirs before heading home.

Room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Included breakfast included some hot food as well as continental - good options. I didn't experience any of the issues others mentioned in their reviews. Thought it was a good hotel with great value. Only downside is it's right next to the highway so there is some highway noise at night.

The price of the room should have been around $90 usd, we paid $130 plus a pet deposit of $30. We slept here for 5 hours while passing through town. There seems to be a lot of people living here.

We had a great stay, staff was very freindly and accommodating. Breakfast was a great variety of fresh fruits ,buiscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage links, cereals, muffins, donuts and even a waffle iron, great coffee and comfortable dining room. Our room was cozy and clean and the showers are nice and hot with good water pressure. Our only let down was there is no coffee maker in the room, which didnt matter much once we found out the receptionist will let you get as much coffee as you like after breakfast hours are over, as long as its ONLY COFFEE you are trying to get. Fair and square. Affordable and comfortable. Definitely will recommend for hour out of town freinds and will stay again ourselves in the future.

I stayed one evening in September. I was deeply impressed with the cleanliness of my room, the efficient and friendly staff, and delicious and warm breakfast all in the midst of a major remodel of the establishment. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area.

The room was clean-shaven, but there is significant damage, old stains and a often running toilet. Bit noisy, but that happens all the time. The pool and hot tub were pleasant but a little small. Hot breakfast was good, little tight seating when busy. The biggest complaint is value to accommodations. Pretty pricey for meh.

Very friendly staff and location was great for us. We were going up to Mt. Baker for a day and spending our second day exploring Bellingham. Being right off of I5 and not far from downtown was perfect. The rooms were clean and nice and we didn't have any concerns. Great place!

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Hot breakfast was very good. A/C was nice and cold. I would come back for sure. No coffee in the room but the hotel cost is lower than others, that have that type of thing. Basic room, comfy bed

It was clean, had a pool/hot tub, hot breakfast and was offered at a good rate. The only negative is itโ€™s right by the highway and another main road and therefore a bit loud at night even with earplugs. The gentleman that checked me in was great. Perfect place to stay for those wanting to go hiking on n the area.

Great Value, VERY CLEAN rooms! We had never stayed here before. After reading reviews of multiple places, we decided to book here & are so glad we did! The location is great and walkable to the mall, grocery stores and many restaurants! Staff were also friendly & continental breakfast was good, especially the waffles! We would 100% stay here again!

Clean room. Nice bedding very comfortable for my sleeping needs. Breakfast was a little sad in that my daughter made three containers of coffee because there was not a drop in all four of the containers and the girl who should have done it and who did fourth one cuz my daughter's food was already cold, she DIDNT get a Thank you from the girl who should have been doing it. By the way she was out in the front of the building that I was in smoking with a person in a white car, she was leaning in the window of the car. So needless to say there is no coffee in the room that u can make for urself. If u get a room with no one above you who likes the let their kid run around then u will sleep well. Good luck, for the price to stay and the prices in their vending machines they make alot more then it's worth...............I would have picked a different place but we needed close to hospital and they were the cheapest n we had two rooms but they didn't put them close together but down to the end of walkway from just past the stairs. About ten rooms.

Room had furniture missing and seriously needed to be vacuumed, there was even a Corona bottle cap right inside the door. It seemed clean other than that, I hope so anyway. The staff was very friendly and helpful though

I like that hotel is right off of I5 on a main road close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.i really dont like that check in is at 3pm, that is really late to me. The room is ok, just a basic room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke when we first got in, but when we turned on the AC it went away. No coffee pot in the room but it does have a mini fridge and microwave, I like that they include a make up wipe along with shampoo and all that. I stayed here because of reviews of the continental breakfast, it was a regular hotel breakfast, did have biscuits and gravy ๐Ÿคค, but is only open from 6am-9am and you can only take food back to your room if you pay $10, it's a little chaotic in there but the staff keep items well stocked. I dont feel completely safe parking my car here. The pool is by reservation only, it's small but looks clean and there's a small hot tub too, if we were at the hotel long enough we definitely would have gone for a swim. I think this hotel offers weekly and monthly stays as well. I'd say this is a good hotel for the price, the staff are all nice and it is all clean, it is in a great location, only the hours of things were the down side, they need to make check in time sooner and breakfast like an hour or two longer.
