They are not owned by Best Western!! First room we were given hadn't been cleaned from previous guests (beds undone, pizza on the counters, empty bottles on the beds). None of the security doors actually locked or need keys at night so it didn't feel safe. We decided to stay somewhere else and they told us they can't refund us because there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Update: Spoke with GM named AJ, like another post here says, he was rude and unwilling to help.

Came here specifically for the pool and hot tub, which were both out of service. We visited during an 80 degree weekend and it looked like the pool had been broken for quite some time - the hot tub was the sort of green you'd expect in a salad. The room was worn but the bed was comfortable. Service was fine, except when we asked for additional pillows and all they had were decorative pillows - I know the hotel wasn't full, so I don't know what that was about. This place is fine if you're just looking for a place to sleep - but if you want a vacation experience, look elsewhere.

Bait and switch: Best Western or Wingate? They quoted on phone a rate then charged $30 more, I arrived ahead of when I said I would Guest laundry: Broke, Whirlpool: Broke, and room has an unpleasant odor. Caution tape by entrance to the building my room was in. I needed an EV charger so was calling to confirm availability when I got the rate quote. Sigh.

This is one of best hotels i have ever stayed in. This place is awesome. They have Ev chargers that was huge relief for me and how can we forgot about pool. I can say property is very well organized and managed. Front desk is very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Although the hotel is a bit old it is renovated very well. Rooms are very clean and updated. The down side is the TV service as the guide channels do not match what channel it actually is. Minor issue. The staff is amazing and the grounds are well maintained. I will definitely be staying again.

Despite Priceline not booking our room (and several others, as we found out during check in). The hotel staff helped us as much as possible secure a room. When we went to the room, they were still cleaning, so the hotel staff gave us a small upgrade. The room we stayed in was beautiful and had a full size dining room table and wet bar. It was awesome and the perfect room for us to prepare for the wedding. The breakfast was really good too.

Beautiful hotel in a pretty location. Very nice room with a wet bar set up. Clean and well appointed with everything we needed…not just the bare minimum of towels, washcloths and cups. Wonderful breakfast with an attendant always there replenishing coffee, juice, milk, eggs, sausage etc. Stayed at several hotels across the US northwest in the last week and this was by far the best and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay there!! Great location. Their parking lot was roomy and clean. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and down to earth. (Front desk guy, the cleaner, and the breakfast lady) The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!! Make sure you go early. They might close early if it isn't busy. The gym was beautiful and has all your basic needs. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We definitely will come again.

I looked good to start, however after getting settled in the room I found the handle for the shower water was missing. Getting a new room was not too difficult, but the new room was not properly cleaned. There were empty waste baskets on the counters and dresser and the shower curtain was on the bed. The shower drain grate was on the counter and the shower had a inch of water that wasn't draining. $158.11 for the room and $308.11 on hold on my credit card for 14 days as I was told. This was on new years eve. Be aware that today the charge for 1 night is $77 so they charge you double on the holiday. I could have had a better experience at a motel 6.

I trained there for about a week in a half. I had had something come up and told the general manager Jody about it and she and the main boss said to take care of it and comeback when I was done. I finished what I had to take care of and contacted Jody as she said I would still have my position and she literally ignored me for days on end. I made sure to message her every day and she would not answer me so I physically had to call the hotel and lo and behold JODY ANSWERED the phone. While I worked there there was complaints of no towels and bugs in the rooms people weren’t cleaning rooms. Or just skipping them. They seemed to have good intentions but the general manager was totally two faced and just ghosted me and nobody deserves that but y’all deserve to atleast know.

We were always a happy Best Western customer until our visit to the Best Western Heritage Inn in Bellingham, WA. We called 15 min ahead of our arrival trying to get the Expedia deal, we had our 12 yr old well mannered dog with us. We got to the front desk, they wouldn't give us the original price we saw online, got to our room & a fire alarm went off almost immediately, it went on for quite awhile, the phone was not being answered at the front desk, as we called & didn't know if it was safe to exit. The dog was freaking out, we weren't sure about our own safety. We heard other guests out in the hallway, so we went out, the exit doors were wide open. We were in the room for about 25 min., we weren't impressed with the room, we noticed it had a leak under the sink as well. We went to the front desk, it was unorganized bedlam there. The manager said she would refund us our money, we should call back later. We called back later, we were given the run around, & still haven't rec'd a refund. So, Best Western? more like Worst Western ever!

Had a similar experience like Shane, who posted 5 months ago. Someone was staying in the room. Walked in luckily they weren't there at the time. The manager didn't seem to believe me, and I had to walk over there with her. I got a different room, but unfortunately, my confidence in this place was gone. Didn't want someone coming into my room in the middle of the night, etc. I was supposed to stay all week, but after a few hours, I packed up and changed hotels. Got charged for the day plus the next day. Wow, thanks. The second room was clean, but every time someone walked by the bed would shake. Hallways smelled like vomit. I'm not sure what's going on with Wyndham?

Pool and laundry were out of service February 2023. Front staff lady didn't provide help when asked about a nearby coin laundry and simply told me to check on Google. Stairs going to the rooms were very slippery and dangerous as staffdidn't even clear the snow and it was icy.

Pretty mediocre experience, especially for $150 a night, plus a pet fee. Totaled almost $400 for two nights. Checked in and discovered our bathroom door didn't have a handle on the inside, so you either got trapped in the bathroom and had to have someone let you out, or couldn't latch the door shut. We had to ask twice the next day to get it fixed by late afternoon. We took advantage of the hot tub, which unfortunately gave my partner a rash, and went to shower off afterwards only to discover that our water maxed out at lukewarm. The room itself besides those things was okay enough, but the bed definitely needed a comforter or something, and there was only an outlet on one side of the bed (extra problematic for my partner who uses a CPAP). We couldn't find a guide online or in the room for the TV, so spent a long time attempting to flip channels with the very slow remote. We got the room next to the pool house that I assume contained machinery, as there was a pretty constant and pretty loud humming that was loudest by the head of the bed. We did try to mention this to the staff when we went to discuss the door handle the first time, but they were booked full and were pretty dismissive of it. Sucks to pay the same price for a room that's louder than others. The morning after arriving home, I discovered fleas on my dog, which I have a pretty strong feeling came from the room. There were lots of other dogs while we were there so I think they host a lot of dogs, but my dog basically stayed in the hotel or the car all weekend so I'd be surprised if she picked it up anywhere else. I plan to contact them to let them know in hopes they'll check the room and possibly treat it, better safe than sorry for the next guest.

There was a charge for everything. I made reservations for my co workers and myself, which I do all the time. We got there and they wanted to charge us a cancellation fee to change the Names on the rooms. We do this almost weekly with no problems. Then our job got done early and we tried to check out early and they wanted to charge us for the last day cause we didn’t give them 24 hours notice. The manager was sposed to call me to discuss this and never did. On top of that the rooms were not clean to best western standards. There was hear all over my room, my coworkers room didn’t have a working remote, the dressers were broken and the door locks were broken as well. Would never stay at this property again even if it was free.

Our pet friendly room was very clean and well stocked, staff was friendly and courteous, parking lot was clean and safe. Location is perfect, walking distance to the mall and tons of shopping! Excellent Thai, Indian and Mexican restaurants among others all just a few steps away! We recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in town and want to be near lots to do

Nice clean rooms and just outside of city center where all the action is (5-10 minute drive) but you will pay a hefty price ($257.00/night including taxes). The BW is conveniently located off the interstate. The rooms are spacious, clean but a bit dated with furniture. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower had adequate pressure and hot water. The AC worked well with an average tolerable noise level. The free continental breakfast had all the expected items: breads, cereals (cold/hot), waffle maker, scrambled eggs, protein, coffee, juices/milk and coffee.

An Absolute amazing experience! Me and my stopped on our trip to Canada, night front desk was so welcoming and friendly. And as we left in the morning, we were greated by asking how our stay was and did we enjoy the complimentary breakfast! Rooms were super clean, huge showers. Brand new furniture, and great gym for morning quick workout. Overall an Absolute 5 Star experience with half the price! Must go!
