Checked in, the blankets on the bed had HUGE stains on them. Lifted in the blankets and you could see the bed bugs. The bathtub had rat poop in it. The smell was musky in the room. Took photos and went to the front desk to show them and ask for a refund. They had to keep calling the owner and they were extremely rude and refusing a refund. We started showing everyone in the lobby the photos and they were refusing to stay at the hotel. It took 1.5 hours to finally get a refund and it took us calling the Health Department and our lawyer in order to get it. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Beyond filthy and rude!!!

Observed mold and water damage in room. Bed was hard as a board, and to top things off, I was bit up by bed bugs and happened to have an allergic reaction to the bites! The manager was not apologetic at all and I am still waiting to see if I will get any compensation after the room is supposedly inspected by an exterminator...

The bedding in the room we had had white crust on them. There was one nice person that worked nights. One of the house keepers took our dirty towels and did not leave the same amount she took, it was terrible. I would never stay with them agian i wish i took pictures, and we stayed four nights and our room did not get cleaned except the towels getting taken.

I travel a lot so I've stayed in cheap motels to cut my cost down over the years and over the states. This is by far the worst establishment I've ever been at. The owners are so rude and won't accommodate. My company tried to work with these people and they wouldn't work with any of us. It's bad when you have 6 men standing outside the hotel with all their luggage because the hotel is like "get out, get out now" for something you have no control over. Like I said before, they won't work with you. If you are traveling this is not the place for you.

Left my ID on the bed in the room after check out and I came back to get it the housekeeping woman seemed to have a major attitude before I even approached. She said only thing left in the room was trash piled up in the bin. I looked everywhere in the room and in the trash. I searched every piece of luggage and belongings I had in my car. I 100% know for a fact I left it in the room because I saw it on the bed a few minutes before I left the hotel room and checked out. I’m all the way from Florida working a travel job I now have no identification to check into another room. I will be making a report.

Cancelled our reservation after a group of bums started scoping out our U-Haul trailer and motioned to their friends that bolt cutters would be needed. Didn't even wait for us to go inside and didn't even try to hide their intentions. That indicates they have freedom of movement and a permissive environment to operate in.

Our negative experience started at check in. The GM said he tried to charge my card twice prior to check in (which, when I made a booking I confirmed it was pay at the hotel), and accused me of not having money on my card. Firstly, why would they charge my card prior to my arrival? I didn't book through Expedia or a 3rd party. Said he sold our room, and tried to charge me 280 USD for the room! Adamantly refused, and showed him the charges on my card. He said it didn't go through and needed to charge it for a second time. The whole process was very sketchy. He was also incredibly rude to me the whole time. The room was basic. Toilet didn't flush properly, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Bedding was old, and the property definitely needs a refresh. The complimentary breakfast was.....atrocious. Muffins, bread, English muffins, fruit, and a broken waffle maker. The staff outside of the general manager were all lovely, and were the saving grace. Don't waste your money here. A lot of Capitol investment needs to be done. Also as someone who works in hospitality, the general manager should be coached on how to speak to guests with dignity and respect.

Clerk didn't want us there, as it felt like we were interrupting something else important. The shower was grungy and faucet leaked all night. Bed was hard as plywood and pillows dead as the soul of the room. Free breakfast wasn't even worth the free. Terrible sleep and usually I can sleep most places. Had good channels though.

If you like rude managers, the smell of cigarettes in the morning, and having to worry about your car being broken into this is your spot. Not worth saving the $7-$10, just pay the extra for the other place. And if you do stay look out for bed bugs!!!

You get what you pay for. Services and amenities are very limited. The housekeeper on 3rd floor was very helpful and friendly. Only one of the four people working front desk did I care to engage with. Rooms are very dated and run down.

We left after 15 minutes without even a refund. The place smelled like marijuana and it was dirty. Our room had a broken toilet paper holder, hanger rack and no safety latch on the door. The window was broken and didn’t even close all the way. The front desk staff did not make us feel welcome upon check-in nor was he apologetic when we told him that our room was unacceptable. We will never return!

It’s pretty decent for the price! But most of the breakfast ran out at 7:30am. I was fine but I got the last of the bread for my toast. I had a good experience with housekeeping. Front desk doesn’t answer. WIFI is not great. But comfy beds! So weight the pros vs cons, I guess! 3 stars for sure.

This place is absolute trash. Made the mistake of booking this place based on the photos. More of a halfway house than a hotel, let alone motel. Staff were as expected for this low of a bar. Keys to the room didn’t work and after one lap of the place left and booked a room at a different hotel. Save your time and money, avoid this place.

Decent prices but their "weekly" rate changes week to week. Breakfast is decent, rooms have fridge and microwave. For its location it has the lowest per night rates.

The lady at the front desk Brittany was her name was awesome. Great customer service with her. We book through a third party. That was a nightmare with billing. Not Rodeway's fault but the third party hotel company. The hotel is older. Not many amenities but they do have a free breakfast until I think 9:30am. They also have a hot tub. Rooms are dated but my room was clean. Again Brittany had great customer service she stayed on the phone calling the third party room provider for an hour. And has super nice and friendly.

It's a place to stay. I liked the actual hotel and staff. The thing is... There's a homeless camp in the parking lot and we heard them yelling all night. Ya know how there's nice homeless people and there's super sketchy homeless people. These people were slightly on the sketchy side of things.

Not bad if you just need a bed. The service was great. Rooms are outdated, but quiet, but for the price...it was worth it. The free wifi was good, breakfast was decent and plenty of parking.

The room smelt horrible & there was no sound barrier between rooms. I definitely did not feel at ease sleeping there & I only got half a muffin for breakfast. Not a place I would ever go back to

I wouldn't have given it a single star, but I wanted to say the manager here would not put towels in the room, no soaps and shampoos coffee maker didn't work, clock radio didn't work AC didn't work no screens on the Windows it was terrible I would not recommend this for anyone. When you search address you get redirected. This place is not even on Google maps. Terrible terrible terrible terrible and terrible it gets 5 terribles.

This hotel is competitively priced compared to the area. For this lower price, the room was way above expectations. It has no intentions to be a high end Marriot. I think the small rooms are on the road side and the road is loud all night. Try to get the parking lot side.

Upon check in I waited almost 10min before getting help. They were dealing with a customer in front of me and all they wanted to do was pay for their room and it took 10 min. We could have let that go, not a huge issue. But then the rooms were dark, dingy, there was a cigarette butt in our toilet, a disgusting white nasty stain on the floor, we opened the fridge and it absolutely reeked and wasn’t cold, and our cards stopped working.

The rooms are what you expect for a moderate hotel. The ironing board was a surprise but I did not use it. The included breakfast was moderate and filling. Hard boiled eggs, mini smokies, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread and waffles (that you make yourself. A local and I had a conversation and she said the neighborhood was or had been a problem but I did not see any evidence of it. A light bulb burnt out in my room and it was fixed the next day. A good experience, close to the freeway, for a moderate price. I was happy.

Breakfast is more like a morning snack. Coffee maker in room didn't work. Bring your own shampoo if you plan on washing your hair. Also there seems to no maid service to refresh room on Saturdays. The price was the only thing that was good.

The stay here was terrible! The room was filthy and the guy who checked me in was rude I didn't really care at first because it was just a place to crash for one night but after a horrible sleep on a terrible bed I went down to get coffee and the breakfast room had non and it looked like a bomb had gone off. Went back to the room to make a coffee and have a shower. The shower head was leaking along with the faucet, so not enough pressure to even wash properly. After a terrible shower experience, I went back to watch TV and drink my coffee and started noticing how nasty the room really was. I feel like I needed to share this experience so the thrifty travelers avoid staying here. 30 bucks more for a nice place.

The 1st floor gets good service daily. The 3rd floor doesn't. 3rd floor rooms don't get cleaned before you rent them. 1st floor is where it at. I stayed on both floors. There's a guy that works nights that is no help at all. ( older guy with glasses ) I left because the price jumped from 70 to 100 bucks a night. The value doesn't cover the additional 30 bucks.

The place is definitely infested with bed bugs, I’m covered in bites from one night. Area is a crawling with unsavory personalities as well, watch your belongings. Front desk person was very nice though.
