    I literally come in there cuz I'm a long haul truck driver and I kept searching for a place to get a cup of coffee and I was so excited to get a cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin. I ordered a grande coffee and a blueberry muffin and it cost me $10. The size of my coffee was like I was a 2-year-old child and the muffin was so small and I paid $10 out of my hard earn money for what Starbucks for you guys to rip me off. No wonder you guys are millionaires you be charging the poor outrageous prices for one little tiny cup of coffee. It's crazy. I will never give you guys my business again. I want a full refund. By the way I paid cash

    Starbucks is an international coffee chain known for its vast amount of options and choices along with some food items. This location is inside the gas station market right off the highway. It's usually a bit busy and the parking lot is small so it's always crazy there. Service here is a bit slower than other locations, which is tough because it always takes a while to get a drink. Ordering ahead of time on the app is your best bet here to run in and out, but I'd avoid getting off this exit all together if you don't have to.

    Decided to grab drive-thru on our way through the pass...wrong choice. Drive through took 30 full minutes for 6 cars. The workers were friendly enough and the food is always the same microwave stuff, but I could not believe how long it took for the drive-thru line to move.

    Great pit stop off the freeway with a beautiful view of Mount Si. Fill up your tank at the Safeway gas station, use the bathroom in Starbucks, and grab a coffee before getting back on the freeway. There's a small handful of tables and lounge chairs for folks that need a longer break.

    The staff here was especially helpful and went out of their way to us customized drinks. They were all super friendly and helpful. Great group of staff you have working here. Give them all a raise!

    Stopped at this Starbucks location which I’ve never been to and it was mediocre. They didn’t have many ingredients to make certain drinks and did not even have coffee to make the frappuccino’s??? That’s what the barista said and I was very confused. Very strange Starbucks location.

    Great food and beverage. I went in not knowing what I wanted to eat. Sad to find out the salads are no longer available, the Barista offered suggestions which helped me decide. She was patient and kind. I appreciate her taking the time to help even though I could have easily just read the board. She was fantastic. Don’t know her name but good crew working on this Wednesday morning!

    Unfortunately this is the longest I have ever waited for a coffee, 27 minutes is unacceptable. Two drinks and a sandwich. Just a very very long time and you can’t pull back out so you forced to wait. Just very sucky and slow location. And the sandwich wasn’t even properly put together. The hun was half way of the sausage. Just sucky honestly

    Supposed to close at 4 (who closes at 4???)… tried to walk in at 3:50. Door locked. Drive through blocked. The employees just looked at me and waived… Whoever the GM is… you can fix this kind of stuff.

    Today, I stopped at the North Bend Starbucks 721 SW Mount Si Blvd North Bend, WA 98045 United States at approx. 8:30am today 10/01/2023. I ordered 1 simple Americano and 1 simple Double Smoked Bacon Breakfast sandwich. The store lobby was not too packed, so I was hopeful that my wait would not be long. After almost 25+ minutes after waiting patiently, I finally received my sandwich. I got back in line to get a refund because for almost 30 whole minutes, customers who came in long after Me had already received their hot items and coffees… maybe 20 cars had also come and gone through the drive-thru window before my name was ever called. Finally, my order came up and not 1 apology or “thank you for the wait”. So I got back in line to receive a refund. After waiting another 7 minutes (while on lunch break for work I will add) I finally got to the cashier. I explained that I wanted a refund because I had waited now almost THIRTY WHOLE MINUTES to receive a burnt double smoked bacon sandwich. She stared at me blankly. I figure she can’t hear, so I politely repeat my qualm. I WOULD KINDLY LIKE A REFUND BECAUSE I WAITED NOW 30 minutes to receive my items… customers long after me had received their items first and were long down the road while I stood there in the lobby like an idiot. Workers avoided eye contact with me, but some looked and didn’t say not one word to me… didn’t ask if I had been helped, didn’t bother to check if I needed anything. So when I’m here talking to the cashier and she’s staring at me like a deer in the headlights, I have to again repeat myself a THIRD TIME. For a refund. She doesn’t understand and says “oh you got the wrong order???” The tall blonde woman clearly came into work late because not only was she rushing but her coworkers said “welcome back, are you feeling better?” A tell-tell sign that this person had been calling out sick. Go-figure. Having to repeat myself three times asking for a refund, she FINALLY says very limply and UNAPOLOGETICALLY, “sorry. We’re training” The person making the hot food was using ONE over for over 15 minutes. No wonder why the lines are so long. Irreguardless if you’re training or not, common sense tells you there are 2 ovens so use two ovens to finish the cooking in half the time. Nope. She doesn’t. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied because not only did I watch complete and utter incompetence, but total apathy and disregard. The tall blonde didn’t care that I had waited long before everyone else waiting extra long for a 1:30sec sandwich to heat up!!!! I SUPPORT AND SPEND TONS OF MONEY AT STARBUCKS. But this sad and sorry location I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THE STORE EVER AGAIN.
