Structures Brewing

Restaurant Bar Brewery

👍👍 Best beer in Bellingham. Period, full stop. Metal music all day every day. No flights, just 10-16 oz pours. You’ve been warned. If you don’t like it, go somewhere else and leave the good beer to folk who aren’t bothered by drinking a full pint at a time. I love posting up at the bar on my day off... Best beer in Bellingham. Period, full stop. Metal music all day every day. No flights, just 10-16 oz pours. You’ve been warned. If you don’t like it, go somewhere else and leave the good beer to folk who aren’t bothered by drinking a full pint at a time. I love posting up at the bar on my day off and drawing. Not really the vibe to have deep conversation here, but maybe that’s just me. Plenty of other places for that anyway. Best beers I’ve had here are anything raspberry (Juice on Juice IIPA!), Forest King (pub style brown ale) and their saison. But seriously, it’s all good. Should be noted that there’s no kitchen and there’s not always a food cart, so if you’re hungry, bring your own food.

2nd visit: they pretend selling their smoothie beer in 8oz glass for 7$, but in fact it's a 5oz. Fake marketing and way overpriced smoothie 1st visit: Place with a nice atmosphere, good beers but maybe a bit overrated. I was disappointed that they don't do flights. 10oz glasses minimum.

Stunningly good beer! I don't say that lightly. Located in what appears to be an old mechanics garage, the place has an awesome classic rock/punk/metal vibe. I truly can't speak highly enough about the beers. Every beer I've tried there had been absolutely excellent whether it was the hazy IPA, the BA stout which tasted like chocolate cake, or the crisp clean Kolsch, I'm never disappointed. To be honest, the beer menu is limited but that's what you get when you want high-quality craft beer.

Best chicken burger in town! Service was great, we got “peer pressured” into trying the spicy honey sauce and it was delicious! Really nice location, great outdoor seating. Definitely coming back!

My favorite brewery in a town filled with them. Structures is not for everyone. Not for the pseudo-craft drinker or trend dabbler. This isn’t lowest common denominator brewing to appease all comers, like some popular breweries in the area. It’s beer made at a refined level, with consistent and often inspired incarnations of all major styles coming out in an impressive release schedule. The atmosphere is stripped down, simple, usually accented by doom metal or stoner rock (which I love). The staff is low-key and genuine, which I appreciate. On occasion a food truck will show up. While the tasting room can fill up quickly, I’ve often found myself with a cozy corner to enjoy their latest creations in peace. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots in town, and a must-visit for any true connoisseur of craft.

Love the location on Holly street. Spot next to the water and near a bunch of waterfront urban renewal projects that should be amazing when complete. Try the fried chicken sandwich with hot honey. House made everything and the portions are just right (on the smaller side). Friendly beer tenders and one of the best breweries in the area.

Definitely hit this spot up if you’re checking out the Bellingham Brewery circuit! It’s a must. The beer is unique, fresh and delicious. Love the vibes of the spot, friendly service, and they have a great outdoor seating area.

Best beer in Bellingham, hands down. Always a good selection of non-IPAs for all y'all normal folks who aren't into the masochistic need to only drink IPAs like many northwesterners. Cool space, always playing metal, super good staff.

Fantastic beer, offering a myriad of styles in a rustic taproom. Food is super, low key burgers and the house made chips are absolutely delightful

Structures Brewing has the best burger I've found in Washington. Try the no-frills, yet delicious Drive-in Burger with cheese. The toasted bun and friendly service make this place a home run.

The new location is great. Beer is amazing as always. The food is also very good and I like the lower price points and smaller portions compared to the other breweries in Bellingham. It’s still not as good as the Great Notion and Bub’s burgers location in Seattle, but it’s the best we have here. Hitting the $5-6 price point for burgers and chicken sandwiches, as well as offering flights to try most of the beers in one trip, would be killer.

The red push pop smoothie style sour ale was out of this world, I was glad it was top of front menu to encourage me to get it. Homemade veggie patty and chips, excellent. Service staff very helpful. Very comfortable vibe to eat and chill with drinks.

Right now they have 4 barrel aged beers on tap that are very well designed. Great IPA and the service is great! Smaller and quaint place but would rate as one of the best in Bellingham. They dont serve food so grub up before or after. Cheers and thank you

Great beer, great music. The server (I unfortunately didn't catch her name!) gave us a lot of recommendations to check out when we're here in Bellingham. Top tier place don't miss out

I ordered 3-4 beers here to try out while touring all of the breweries around Bellingham with a certified cicerone and have to say this is the worst brewery in Bellingham. Their pilsner and lager had flavor profiles that were way off, with a taste and appearance resembling a poorly made hazy IPA. It didn't help the cause that our seats gave us a wonderful view of a wall. Sorry to say there weren't any redeeming qualities here.

Structures makes my favorite beer in Bellingham, hands down. They also have a beautiful design and can art. I'm excited to see them opening the second location near the waterfront!

Structures Brewing is the best brewer between Holy Mountain and the north pole! They absolutely own the NE style hazies. I hope they keep their hole-in-the-wall status and continue to power on mega-nano-style. Step into Bellingham's Valhalla! Rocked before Juice on Juice DIPA today was so sweet! Just popped in for Gold Fuzz (7.2% Strata hops and Nectarin!), annual Loam Temple IPA seasonal 6.8%, and Czech Dark Lager (6.3%)! 5☆ the lot, but the Crushable Crush award goes to Gold Fuzz. But that was then, now what we've got is Mosaic Teal Fuzz, which is swank. Looking forward to the new Holly St location with kitchen being announced soon (。•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧
