I always get the BBQ Bowl and this time I got two Jalapeno Poppers. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THESE! Cream cheese filled jalapenos wrapped in bacon and SMOKED! I've never had smoked cream cheese...changed my life...

Absolutely BOMB - my wife and I grabbed a couple BBQ sandwiches (they were sold out of most everything else, good sign) with some Mac and a side of coleslaw. Everything was fresh! The sandwiches are the perfect size, the buns aren’t soaking wet and the sauce isn’t overpowering - 100% worth it and would recommend to anyone looking for a good (and quick) meal. Also the guys working the truck we’re laid back and very nice!

Delicious! We just got a hankering for BBQ and found this on Google. We went all out—rack of ribs plus all the sides. Just as everyone had said: delicious, flavorful and well-priced. The man working (not sure if it was the owner) was very nice as well. We will definitely be back!

I don't get to many of the food trucks in town but I sure am glad I stop by JT's smokin& BBQ. My car smelled amazing the whole drive home. Ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich with the mustard vinegar BBQ sauce and it was amazing! Had a side of Mac and cheese that was creamy and delicious. Highly recommend!

Wow! Just wow! This place deserves every ounce of its 5 star rating. My partner and I were in town from Vancouver BC, and had a hankering for some BBQ. JTs smoke house popped up on google, so we took the plunge. I got the brisket sandwich and my partner the pulled pork. Oh, my... god it was delicious. Easily matched the quality and flavour of bbq places in Montana. Well worth the stop!

I was rolling around smoking reefer in the work van all morning and worked up a appetite, stopped in here and grabbed a brisket Sammy, goooooodammm! Best BBQ I’ve had in a while! Good job guys. #SmokeMeatNotMeth❤️🫡

Awesome barbecue mac and cheese. Food was also prepared very quickly and at a reasonable price. Seriously, if you're in Bellingham you should give this place a serious look. It may be a truck, but JT's has better food than many normal restaurants!

Very tasty food & friendly staff. Very fast too. Not a huge portion (especially compared to the price), but very filling - I didn’t feel like I was looking for the rest of the meal after if you know what I mean. If you’re in the mood for bbq, give them a try!
