I was able to be seen same day for an urgent issue when I couldn’t get into my primary doc for four days(!) Everyone is courteous and friendly, and I was offered water, juice, etc. Doctor didn’t seemed rushed and showed genuine concern and empathy as well as being professional. Office is attractive and ultra clean. Love this clinic!

I have been to this location three of four times and had the same practioner for each visit, Cam Thi Tran. Unfortunately, I have not had the best experiences with her. Based upon other negative reviews she is not the best. She can be very condescending, rude, and dismissive and she gas lights. She brushes people off and tries to get them out of the office as quickly as possible. Even telling them she will call with test results and phone calls never come. I ended up in the ER a week later because my symptoms progressed into the exact thing I was afraid of and she told me I didnt have it. The doctor at the ER told me I was incorrectly diagnosed and even rolled her eyes at the way I was dismissed by the nurse practioner and it was a good thing I came to the ER. She was very certain I was experiencing symptoms of pneumonia. I am extremely unhappy with the care I received specifically by Cam Thi Tran and I dont reccomend her to anyone. I have other family that have seen other providers here and have had wonderful experiences, so I will always be requesting someone else or going to a different urgent care at all times going forward.

I went for an urgent care consultation, the receptionist treated me very well and was very attentive, as well as the nurse and the doctor were very helpful, the entire group did an impeccable job with me. I really felt comfortable and received incredible treatment from all of them. If you want to receive impeccable treatment this is the best place.

They people starting at check in are kind and caring. The staff is very kind caring helpful of needs and the doctor is great at finding out what's going on, I definitely would come back here. They all were very professional at there jobs, I can't prise the people enough. I was offered water or juice. The place was clean and organized.

I love how clean and. new looking the clinic is with a comfortable, bright waiting area. Everyone was so friendly We we were able to get in with very little wait time the nurses and doctors were very thorough and they didn’t make us wait long once we were in our room. Love we were able to make an appt online as well. I wish they provided primary care I would switch over in a heartbeat.

The front desk staff and medical assistants are amazing! They are so kind and patient. I personally do not care for the ARNP C Thi Tran. I have seen her with my children before and I feel like she just tries to brush you off and shoo you out. I understand that they get busy but have some compassion. I would not recommend her. I didn’t have a good experience with her today.

Went in to see a doctor as I had Covid but turned out to be an upper respiratory problem and an ear infection. The PA did a great job and helped me with diagnosing the problem.

Excellent! I was shocked how quickly I got an appointment, the ease of getting an appointment, the cleanliness and modernization of the facility and how wonderful the staff was. I didn’t get her name, but the front desk person was great. I also had medical assistants Destiny and Mia help out - they were so personable and professional! Kassie (ARNP) saw me and was a delight - very thorough, professional, on top of everything and I felt in good hands. Everyone here seems to truly like their jobs and care about the patient. We would absolutely return and recommend here without hesitation.

I was disappointed with how long it took me to get checked in, even though there was no one in the waiting room but me. Others arrived and were admitted with fifteen minutes, so after an hour of sitting I checked in with the front desk. The response I got was “I’m just now checking you in.” The staff I saw said they’d clean my wound several times and never did. It is a human bite and was never cleaned at your office. I was told they don’t escript to Bartell’s so had my RX sent to Walgreens. Walgreens didn’t fill it. Called Indigo to see if they could fax it to Bartell’s, but they said they COULD escript it. There’s a flaw in the communication somewhere at Indigo.

I had a very good experience today. Both the provider Cam Tran ARNP, and her nurse Adriana were excellent and extremely helpful. Adriana drew blood and for the first time ever I did not feel it. She did a phenomenal job! Cam answered all my questions, and made me feel very much at ease. I would highly recommend them and this location.

MultiCare Indigo was a lifesaver! If there's a need for urgent care, I usually go to Overlake Urgent Care (OUC) because my primary care physician who I really like, is a provider for the Overlake system. I went to OUC in the early afternoon on 12.3 and was told the wait was three hours and that I needed to sit in my car in the parking lot rather than waiting inside. I was feeling really under the weather. It was suggested that I come back around 8pm or 7am the next morning which I considered doing,not thinking I had another option. Fortunately, my son told me to go online and look for an appointment elsewhere. That's where I found information for MultiCare Indigo UC. Though I had never been there, I knew exactly where it was. I went to the clinic, the front desk staff was very kind and explained that though there was a 1 /15 min wait, I could go home, fill out paperwork since I was never a patient there, and they would text me 15 minutes before the exam room was ready and I could return. That's exactly what happened. I completed the paperwork and even made a mistake with the insurance card I added to my file. But, the front desk staff was gracious, helpful, and patient and corrected it with any issue. I was in the exam room in no time. The medical assistant was great; caring, professional and even offered me water. The provider, a nurse practitioner, Camhong Thi Tran, was amazing! Thorough, very smart, empathic, gave me important information about medication choices, ways to feel better (I was positive for COVID after thinking I only had the flu), encouraging, gave clear discharge instructions and everything I needed to not be worried about this diagnosis. She prescribed two very helpful medicines, which I've taken, and I feel so much better one day later. I HIGHLY recommend Multi-care-it was a saving grace for me. Thank you!

For me, it was a 5 star experience. Try Indigo Urgentcare- Issaquah. People were stellar. My PA was Noor Amro. She is wonderful and helped me with my issue. Clean, modern efficient... Exactly what you would expect from an urgent care center. Short wait. Recommend them.

Great work, Dr. Tran did an amazing job removing a large fish hook from my calf. Everyone was courteous and very accommodating. Appreciate the fact you can call ahead for a walk-in and they text you when they are ready for you. No waiting 2 hours in the waiting room.

Kristina was amazing at the front desk. I was 20 minutes late and she understood what I was going through at work and she got me in as soon as possible! Best customer service! Whole staff is amazing. Nurse assistant and doctor were so polite. They listen to you. Thanks again!!

Came in the other day with severely clogged ears. I got my ears inspected, cleaned, and inspected one last time. The doctor was very nice and the nurse that performed the cleaning was quite skilled. Time was no issue as I had an open day but it took less than 45 minutes from checking in to when I left the building which seemed fairly good to me as far as urgent cares and the low priority of my issue goes.

Got checked in and taken into a room pretty quickly. I think I got lucky with the time that I had arrived. The medical staff was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and very professional. I always know I’m in good hands when I visit this urgent care.

Their staff, their staff from the minute I walked in the doors were so kind and friendly! From getting checked in to being seen by the nurse than visited by the doctor. They were great!

Walked in the door on Sunday afternoon, was greeted and helped by a very kind and patient staff member. I was in pain and having a hard time walking. She grabbed a wheelchair for me and never made me feel bad. The staff are wonderful. The physician I saw was thorough and had really great questions for me. After she listened to me she went and did some research. I thought that was fantastic. Then she came back in and went over treatment with me. I was really impressed with the quality of care. Superb facility and staff!

The staff was very attentive! Claudia and Jens were great. They let me know what was going on as the appointment unfolded. Claudia left me with some information to use while I heal. When my husband and I left the facility the whole staff thanked us for coming in. Such a great experience!!!

Every single person I interacted with from the front desk to the person drawing my blood was delightful and kind. You can also fill out all of your paperwork online before you go in. They make it easy! Highly recommend.

Drove an hour from home so we did not have to wait astronomically with a 10 month old. We are all sick. When we arrived we noticed the open sign was off but someone walked in so my husband talked to the person at the front desk. My husband was told they are over booked and that the online system was wrong that they were not excepting walk-ins and was told that we should have done more due diligence before driving out there. I understand the medical system is overwhelmed but a little compassion would be nice.

Loved the efficient process, competence and quick service. I was a walk-in using Indigo for the first time. There was a 45 minute wait but they didn’t require I wait there so I left, had lunch, filled out paperwork electronically, returned on time, saw PA (who was VERY THOROUGH) right away, and left fully pleased with the service. Would return if I needed urgent care again! Facility was very clean and everyone friendly and professional!❤️❤️❤️

I couldn’t have been happier with the service that Indigo Urgent Care provided me. From the front desk to the nurse and the doctor that saw me I was treated kindly, efficiently and professionally. My exam was thorough regarding the symptoms I had been experiencing. I have been seen at Indigo Urgent Care in another city as well and the service there was wonderful too!

I was a walk in appointment but I was treated quickly and with courtesy by professional and friendly staff. Waiting rooms were all clean and very comfortable. Zero complaints, and I will absolutely be back next time I need care.

The doctor was great he listened to what I said and treated me accordingly. Plus I love that they take appointments now. The environment is beautiful and clean as well and the staff is quick, efficient and caring. Highly recommend!

Was able to get a last minute appointment for my foot. The wait wasn’t bad and I was in and out quickly! They were very nice and super understanding! Thankfully it was just a badly bruised foot after a 40lb weight fell on it. They bandaged it up and I was able to go home!

Just went to MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care to get Covid testing for our upcoming travel plans and it was an awesome experience. The medicinal assistant Mia was wonderful. She was experienced and very patient with us. The service was professional and I highly recommend it.

It was a quick check up for my infant. I was in and out quite fast in comparison to pediatrics or other urgent care/emergency. Baby was coughing and I wanted to check his lungs to make sure it’s clear. The assistant dr. checked child’s vitals and doctor checked his lungs and ear for infection. The staff seems to be caring and kind. I was out with paperwork quite fast. Both doctor Kristen and assistant Jen were awesome!
