    ¡WOW! Acabo de vivir un momento WOW, en compañía de Juan Esteban Mesa y de la chef Susy Rivera quien puede confirmar lo que voy a decir: Huacatay es pura y simple "pasión". La comida está a un nivel sorprendente en sabor, en técnica, en presentación, en cariño. Los productos son de calidad 1A, todo es a la minuta, no hay nada precocido. Recomendadísimo, una opción excepcionalmente buena, en un lugar de la ciudad que se lo merece y que tiene todo por entregar para descubrir y salir sorprendido y gratificado. Salí a comer, a viajar, a vivir.
