I was so excited to learn of the different offers that Colombia fly had. I was also amazed with how clean and organized everything was. Staff members where very fun to talk too. They answered all my questions and concerns. I am very proud to recommend Colombia Fly - Helicopter Tour to anyone interested in a tour of Medellín and other places. You will not be disappointed.

They are responsive but not helpful. From the beginning they could only tell me the penalty for being overweight, for being late, for not having our IDs. In return, they got the departure time wrong and the start time was changed the day of?! In addition the payment was very difficult to process and they were completely unhelpful. They also changed the return time stating weather issues when that was a blatant lie cutting short our time in Guatape. Be very careful with this group. I literally have 10 pages of texts in trying to communicate with this group that also doesn’t speak English. Awful!
