When I arrived, they said they didn’t know I was coming(but my reservation was confirmed by agoda) and they told me there’s no room and I have to find other place to stay. Which left me stranded, and I had to pay almost double the price and take another taxi ride to different hotel. This is so unprofessinoal and I see similar reviews like this. Truely dissapointing that they had no responsibility on such things. I do not recommend.

Total disappointment, room too small where you can barely take 2 steps, the staff and the hotel once a day, very noisy you can not hear everything impossible to sleep I really recommend by this hotel you can largely find better at this price !

It was so comfortable and clean. We really appreciate the private space and all the facilities. It was a cozy experience!

Good value good host response no outside windows to most rooms . Small rooms with tiny bathrooms but close to bank resteraunts and three supermarkets.

It is a good hotel for your stay in Medellin, very good attention and it is really neat, highly recommended
