Hotel was in a great location. It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, although I do wish more of them spoke English. The food at the restaurant was very good. And the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. The rooms are a bit small but it was fine for me as I only used it to shower and sleep. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and transportation is readily available. I would recommend for solo travelers and couples that plan on spending their days exploring and enjoying the city.

An amazing hotel for those wanting to explore the best of Medellin! You'll find restaurants, shopping malls and easy transportation. Very recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay! Great hotel. Clean rooms, with all amenities working; towels and shampoo are provided. The location of the hotel is great, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Furthermore, we felt very safe and secure here, with guards at the entrance of the hotel and guards walking around in the neighbourhood. About a 15 minute walk to a metro station. The EOH airport is only 5 minutes away with the taxi, so perfect if you need to catch a flight!

Good hotel in nice area of Medellin. Decent restaurant for breakfast to start your day. Considered a really upscale hotel by the locals. Rooms are basic but you're not likely spending a ton of time in them. Great coffee/bar in the lobby as well. Underground parking is safe and secure.

Staff are friendly. We arrived late at night and need a place to eat because all restaurants are closing at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday. Staff recommended the local dining which opens 24 hours. Love our meal too!

my experience with most of the staff was very pleasant however there was one particular staff/supervisor that was really treating me very bad. I even felt on some occasions discriminated against it was very unpleasant dealing with her.

It's a nice hotel with good courteous staff. The breakfast options were plenty. The only downside is that the rooms are really small. It's hard to walk around the room. Apart from that, it was quite clean and if you are looking for a budget hotel almost at the heart of Medellín, it's a good choice.

Good things: make sure the locations suites you well, breakfast a lot of options, wifi works very nice things to improve: no gym and no body lotion in the rooms.

The entire staff at Ibis was welcoming and friendly. Many employees went out of their way to help. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a solo traveller or couple.

The experience at Ibis was great overall. It has common areas to hang out and work with a 24/7 coffee service. The breakfast provided has a wide variety of options to choose. Bedrooms are tiny than expected (I stayed at a twins room) and they don't have tiny fridge to at least store some water.

I was in town only for four days. I was exploring the city, so I wanted a hotel well located and I found more than that. I was amazed by the incredible breakfast buffet, loved the variety of fruits, pastries, and the different options included every day.

Minimal creature comforts in the small rooms. No ice machine on the floor, no larger suite option. Best suited for one guest per room. Friendly and helpful staff, good location. Great buffet style breakfast. Best I've ever had.

It's sad to see Medellín's reputation sink because of nasty people like this No ice, no fridge, no gym. Rooms are so small and crowded it's difficult to move, A/C doesn't work, phone doesn't work. If you need to move your check out time by 15 minutes they will charge you COP $150K no exceptions. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE

The staff is very rude and very unhelpful the rooms have only about 10 square feet of empty space, there's just enough room for the bad and nothing else, the TV did not work, the cleaning people stole things from my room, the food sold down in the lobby was just reheated frozen food, the people that serve the breakfast buffet did the bare minimum, when I ask them to cook me things like eggs that they are supposed to cook they acted like it was a huge inconvenience, I use the parking garage and they did not tell me that they paid for the parking I had to pay for the parking several times until I realized that they could validate the parking they never told me anyting. The people are very prejudice there they treated me differently because I was an American. Please do not give these people your money, there are plenty of better places that are nicer and are in better neighborhoods.

No possibility to check-in slightly earlier. They insist on check-in time 3pm, without even looking up the reservation details (Accor membership etc.). Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional service at reception.

There is no decent work area and is quite noisy. The wifi isn't great either. Not recommended if you are traveling on work and have to attend meetings from the hotel.

Great room for the price, very comfy bed and powerful shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Next door to a lovely bakery and coffee shop. Only negative the Internet cuts out quite frequently otherwise a lovely stay

Horrible, noisy hotel, specially in the mornings when cleaning ladies are around, no amenities in the bath room, bad experience

It's a good hotel, with 15 min walk to the mall, and they have an in-house restaurant and bar, very clean,. Ideal for business and family travel, I loved their breakfast which consists of a buffet, with a lot of variety of cereals. I stayed for 7 days and will not regret going back, the staff are superb, they can speak English at the reception and 24 hours security.

...excellent staff...fast and efficient...my wife gave birth at Clinica Prado...as we live outside of Medellin, it was the perfect location...additionally, breakfast was very good and the rooms are super clean and absolutely ok for the price...
