Went to cancel my reservation as I got sick and had to go back home to the US which a third party reservation company called to explain and they would not give credit for a later date or a full refund, needless to say, I will not be booking ANY possible reservation or even considering this hotel ever again and recommend to don’t get sick and try to go home 2 days prior to your reservation. 🤬😡🤯

Very nice hotel just off the main tourist street in Medellin (so it's still quiet but close to stuff). The service is excellent and the room had all the amenities and was spacious and comfortable. I'd stay again for sure!

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed, they were eager to accommodate us. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the coffee is very addictive. They have a deal with the rodeo country club for guests to play golf and be warned they have a dress code for golfers. Thanks to Ana Maria at the front desk for her help. We plan on staying here again.

I booked this hotel for a total of 10 nights for 2 rooms for visiting family in December. I made the reservations in September. Less than 24 hours before my family was about to arrive they cancelled the first 2 nights saying there was ‘water damage’. With no other options available within the vicinity and prices now more than double. I went in to the hotel that same night. The front staff knew nothing of water damage. They were simply overbooked. The staff was rude and unhelpful they wouldn’t allow me to speak to the manager. They provided no resolutions to help with the situation. Luckily I had booked through a booking service who relocated my family to the Intercontinental.

The hotel is nice and seems quiet and spacious. My review was prompted more by the front desk, specifically Kelly. Kelly helped my travel partner and I get Covid tests, she replaced my lost toothbrush, she answered many questions. All with kindness. Good communicator in both English and Spanish.

Everything is reasonably good. They have a good breakfast buffet and food in general. They claim to have a Turkish bath in the hotel but it really cannot count as a real one. The stone was cold and I did not know how to make it work. The location is good. It is close to restaurants and some coffee shops occupied by digital nomads.

Very nice staff, hotel an restaurant in a quiet location. This is a hotel that's great for business travelers. The restaurant serves a variety of excellent food and drink options. A very romantic setting in beautifully decorated spaces. The woodwork and style is notable and quite handsome. Staff is always going above and beyond, and they deliver according to your needs. The rooms are beautiful, large, and maintained to perfection. I always stay here when visiting Medellin. One of my favorite features is the quiet location and beautiful paths and walkways that lead to nearby parks, restaurants and plazas. And, this is a place to really relax without any touristic crowds. Spa services are fantastic. Schedule a massage or facial among other features. The private spa tubs are large enough for two people, and can be really romantic.

We have stayed numerous times at Hotel Park 10 in Medellin, for as long as a few weeks. We have very high praises for the staff in making every detail of our stay extremely comfortable. That includes front desk and hard-working cleaning crew. Their Lussac Restaurant provides excellent buffet breakfasts, meals and service. Neighborhood offers everything you need within walking distance. Cabs and ubers easy to get, too. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back! Muchas gracias!

A bit on the high end. Well worth the price. I enjoyed staying in a hotel where the room actually resembled the pictures. Located close to malls and the tourist zone, this is a very good choice in hotels. I'll be back...

This really is a lovely cheesy hotel. It reminds me of the charm of the German Democratic Republic in the early 1980s. I haven't seen such a heavy wood-paneled room in a long time. Even if it looks a bit old-fashioned, I really liked it there. Very close to Medellin Nightlife area and above all, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was also very good.

RUDE STAFF AND CONSTANTLY OVERBOOKED - AVOID THIS HOTEL! Worst experience with hotel staff I have had in my entire life, no empathy and terrible customer care, if you read other recent reviews on trip advisor you will find out this is not a secluded instance, they are overbooked constantly and will try to give you any room they have. We arrived at the hotel and Jose who was at reception admitted the hotel was overbooked and they had no rooms with King Size Bed, my reservation was for a king size bed as I need more space with the baby/kid jumping in the bed sometimes. I did not accept the Queen size room that was offered as I had paid an extra $75 USD for the suite with the king bed and there was no reimbursement offer or credit-back offer. The manager then arrived after making me, my wife and my 1 year old wait for almost 1.5 hours late at night and told me she was sorry and that I was right my reservation was for a King size bed and that it turns out they do have the room. Once I signed all the paper work, I received my key and surprise... the room only had a Queen Size bed, COMPLETE SCAM.. after this the reception desk literally neglected talking with me. This was just the start, once they finally brought a baby crib at almost 11pm, it was all dirty and had a bug (I actually recorded a video of them bringing in the crib that shows the actual bug, see pics). Restaurant has 1 broken baby chair and they truly don't care if you have what you need for your kid/baby or to be comfortable in your stay. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, STAY AT THE NOVOTEL MEDELLIN EL TESORO INSTEAD

We came for the restaurant - the food is great and we enjoyed ourselves. Next time I will stay at the hotel, it looks like it has a classy vibe to it.

I will give 3 stars just for good breakfast and front desk staff was professional and helpful anyway they did not let a friend in to visit because of expired passport, not looking forward to stay there again

Property location unsafe overall. The staff is very rude especially to foreigners. They are also racist and refused to let my black girlfriend come up to my room to get ready for a party that evening. They also wanted to charge my aunt to be allowed to come up to my room even though she wasn’t staying the night. The room did not have a working phone and was not fixed until 24 hr later after I complained to Expedia. Room service never arrived to my room. When asked to speak to a manager I was told none present in the building. Called Expedia to be switched to another hotel and they refused to speak to Expedia agent and unable to get a refund. I went to another hotel after 2 nights.

It is a very good hotel to stay, from my perspective the rooms are quite old but so far they are very comfortable. The restaurant is also very good. I ask for pizza and some saladas, everything was really good.

Very nice hotel. Just far enough away from the action that it is quiet at night, but close enough to easily walk to bars, clubs etc... The rooms are also very large for the price. The decor is a bit old school country club, which I liked but might not appeal to everyone. The staff was wonderful and was helpful in making reservations and getting a COVID test for my return to the US.

Great hotel with extraordinary staff. The only negative was the lack of adequate hot water. Management said that they managed the water temperature to be low. Needs improvement in this area. Otherwise it is a great property. I would stay there again.

All the staff speak perfect English. The rooms are quiet despite being close to the centre. Close to the best restaurants in Medellin at only a few minutes walk... Try Don Diablo if you’re a carnivore and Justo if you’re a vegan. I’ve stayed here five or six times and every time has been a pleasure.

Very cozy and cheap hotel in the centre of El Poblado. Convenience store Tiendas D1 is across the road, lots of restaurants and bars around too. The area around hotel is safe even during late hours. Rooms look like home, featuring old European style furniture
