Hi guys if you are on vacation then you need a peaceful sleep at night. I stayed here for three days and I will tell you that I was very uncomfortable sleeping at nights I will explain in detail, about the staff they have to be friendly and nice as they are in hospitality industry. Here we go. The price I pad per day was around $80 The room had an ac that made noise all night on top of that the small refrigerator in the room made noise all night long and even if you were able to sleep then early morning there would be noise of big garbage truck picking up trash, when they finishes the construction somewhere around starts if that is not there then someone in the alley passing by talking loudly. Yes they are bio green hotel but there doors are so thin that noise comes in your room. The window in the room are made with light metal and light glass so even when the windows are closed you can hear motorcycle or cars passing by on the road. Yes rooms may be big but comfort is not there. Bed mattress was not firm. I agree staff is good security is good but comfort is not there sorry to say. If you are a light sleeper I highly do not recommend this place

It's the nicest, most amazing hotel in Medellín. Safe area, amazing staff, clean rooms, awsome service. Stayed 5 nights at the place, will definitely go there again. Awesome breakfast and on site restaurant. Thank you

What a nice hotel to stay in Medellin! Let me start by saying that the staff are very friendly. They really do their best to speak to you in English as well. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Medellin. If you want to go to a landmark, or restaurant then you will have to go here by Taxi or Uber. If you're looking for cosy restaurants within walking distance, it's best to look for a hotel in a tourist district like El Poblado. The hotel itself also has a restaurant. This restaurant has a simple menu with breakfast dishes, lunch and dinner. I ate there regularly and it tasted good. You can pay the bill right away or pay later at check out. Breakfast was included in my stay. Breakfast is from 7am. They have a small buffet, but you can also order a dish a la carte. They came by regularly with coffee. Really a plus! Then the rooms. I had a room with a balcony on the seventh floor and the view was great. The room has a big bed, lovely shower and it was clean and well maintained. One note; I missed socket near my bed to charge my phone. I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

DO NOT STAY HERE. THE MANAGER ERIC IS A LIAR. I went with my boyfriend’s family to Medellin. Due to airline delays, we called Terra Bio Hotel to cancel our first night’s stay. They said they would cancel it without charge, which we really appreciated. When we followed up on checkout, we spoke to the manager, Eric, who very helpfully said that the refund needed to be handled through expedia, and that if expedia agreed to waive the charge, he would approve the refund. Just 5 minutes later, we contacted Expedia, who called Eric, who promptly refused the refund. After a terse exchange with Eric, he said that he had misunderstood, and that if we called Expedia back, he would approve the refund this time. We left for the airport while waiting on hold, only for him to refuse the refund again. I’ve never encountered such a two-faced person in any hotel I’ve stayed at. He cannot be trusted.

Amazing hotel with incredible views and wonderful staff. Super clean. Very warm, inviting welcome, and the staff will assist you during your hotel stay! There are snacks and beverages in the hotel room, but they are not free. It is a convenience, but at a cost per item. It is located In the vicinity of Conquistador apartments. Greenery was incorporated into the design. Eco friendly. Walkable area. Taxi's and Ubers readily available 24 hours in the area. Parques Del Rio park close by. Restaurants are in walking distance. Shopping is close by as well as money exchange and western union located in the mall. Safe neighborhood and friendly people. Lots of bike shops as well in the area.

Despite the overall kindness of the staff (always available to book taxi or to organize the tours), our experience was not sufficient for the standards of a 4 stars hotel, and for the price of it of course. One day we got back to the room at 4pm, and the cleaning still had to be done (not acceptable in my opinion in these kind of structure). The room itself was nice, but as other customers reported, the noise of the fridge was more similar to a tractor than an appliance. Breakfast the worst part: in my opinion I had much better breakfast in Colombia in Hostels, both for the quality of the products and for the variety offered.

We stayed at the Terra Biohotel for 4 days, the location is great. The room is spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. However, the staff is the best feature of the facility. The entire team was super friendly and kind. Especially the restaurant team, which we were also impressed with the quality and consistency of delicious food offered. In our opinion you won’t find a better place for the affordable price!

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Medellin. I stayed in the middle-level room and the bed was super comfy plus there was a balcony. All the lights in the room were yellow which really adds to the ambience for me. The only thing that was annoying was an alarm around 6am every morning which I assume is to signal the start of breakfast. It is super loud and woke me up both mornings I was there. The food is great though. There is a restaurant downstairs and the hotel also has their own pizza oven!

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this nice hotel! The personal of the hotel was very kind and helpful. We booked it last minute because I wasn’t doing good and not more able to travel. So the personal proposed us to do an early check in. A continental breakfast with eggs, fruit salad and coffee was included in the room rate. They also have room service and a restaurant all day long. The dishes were very good and affordable. The room was also well equipped and decorated, comfortable and clean. WiFi worked well in the room as well as in the common area of the hotel. Liquid soap and shampoo were available and the hotel seems to care a bit about environment. There were no single packages 🌱 I definitely recommend it !!

When I book a hotel, the 2 most important things for me is safety and cleanliness. I booked this hotel based off the reviews hoping that it would be as nice as everyone says, and it is true We were staying for 4 nights in Medellin. I booked the 1st 2 nights at this hotel but then extended the reservation and we stayed here for our entire visit. The hotel is modern, clean and environmentally conscious. The bed is comfortable, hot water in shower, good wifi/tv/ac in room. Front desk staff helpful. Nice location away from all the chaos in poblado, but still very easy to get to town with an Uber. Mall and grocery store nearby. The free breakfast they offer is just fine. Usually it includes fresh Made eggs, fruits, juice and bread. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others.

We loved our short stay at this hotel. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. We missed our flight to Medellin so we couldn't get to the hotel until the next day, but they honored the previous day's reservation. It's close to the city center (El Centro).

Well-located hotel. The street is quiet and the hotel itself is very pleasant. Probably the best quality-price deal in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is rather good - amazing salmon and pizzas.

My family and I had a fabulous 2 week experience here at Terra Biohotel. What can I tell you about the staff? They are all fabulous! Not once did I meet someone there that was not helpful! Will definitely be staying here again!

I'm glad I stayed here, the attention was excellent since Guatavo's first day the receptioniat gave us an example of customer services. and Jhon, the waiters accompanied us with exercising. I'd definitely go back to the hotel. Very clean hotel, towels are changed daily.

This hotel was a great surprise right in the heart of the city. Though it doesn't have much movement around the block, it is located on a traditional, central neighborhood nearby Parques del Río--and fairly close to every other place if interest. The staff is super friendly and kind, willing to help you with your requests and to give you tips to enjoy the trip. The room was spacious and pretty well equipped, with a comfy bed and extremely clean. They heat the water in the bathroom with solar panels, and also offer soap, shampoo and conditioner in refilled bottles to make it more sustainable. I only had time for the breakfast menu that comes with the room fee, and it was fair, it had fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, cheese and bread (or the local "arepa" if you prefer it or want to taste it). Next time, I'll definitely book the junior suite with the jacuzzi.

Fabulous hotel, spent a week there (Apr 23). Rooms are well equipped and beds very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in Kaia restaurant excellent. Really nice area, about 10 mins stroll to the lovely Parque del Rio, and 10 mins the other direction to Unicentre mall. Would definitely stay here again

The staff was awesome. Always smiling and willing to help with everything that you might need. From getting the Taxi for you to arrange a Massage experience. Stephanie was my Massage therapist, she is great, I really recommend that you get one after a day out, just ask for her. GREAT EXPERIENCE LOVE 🇨🇴 COLOMBIA.

😠 I recommend you do not stay here. They will create things to charge you extra. Charged me $40 for a baking tray that was burnt from previous tenants, that was cleaned like new. Also charged me $20 for a lost towel they couldn't find, that I have no reason to steal. There was no curtains in the...

😠 The room was not ready on time, and the hotel staff had an attitude. The place is incredibly basic (although the location is good). Perfect if you: 1. Don’t mind rude staff, 2. Can sleep pretty much anywhere, 3. Want to save money, 4. Need a private bathroom yet want to be in backpacker central.
