I really LOVED this hotel. Honestly it could use some repairs, some remodeling, and updates BUT then it would cost more! The STAFF was AMAZING!!! A few spoke Spanglish and those who didn't still tried really hard to help if your Spanish isn't good. The breakfast buffet had enough options to get you full with fruit, vegetarian options, traditional Colombian options, and a staff to keep it properly cleaned and sanitized! The pool was medium sized and you could eat at the tables around it but it didn't have lounge chairs :( The jacuzzi didn't get hot?!?!? The restaurant and room service had some great options. Their salmon was delicious and again the staff was accommodating!! Location was close to stuff and there was a small store and restaurant in walking distance. Easy to get transportation and delivery. The rooms were PEACEFUL!!!! I LOVE the setup with the separate bed/living area and the balcony was perfect with a view. It would have been nice if the balcony had chairs on it but sitting is overrated! The mini bar, desk setup, and TV that could be changed to English was PERFECT!!! Overall this hotel is on my list of FAVS!!! PICS are because at first I stayed in family room and then switched to a single because I liked it so much I extended my stay. You'll love it!

Four stars is overrated. Allow me to clarify: (1) a four star hotel would be comparable to Sheraton. If I were at a Sheraton then I would not expect (1) to hear the occupants above me (2) having to shut off the water valve below the sink, since the faucet failed to turn off the water (3) see paint peel off on the lower part of the bathroom, where to baseboard meets the floor and (4) outdated styling. Stayed for about three weeks did the upgrade for the view 01 units are the best for the city views unobstructed. Not far to take Uber‘s to the main tourist poblano area. Absolutely amazing balcony views would highly recommend if you like beautiful views and need a balcony. This hotel service was extremely respectful and amazing.

Honestly... i paid 10x more a bunch of times when i first started visiting Colombia and received not even close to the peace and happiness i received here.. the room was amazing! Was a 1 bedroom not studio. Super clean and huge! I even had my own balcony viewing the whole city. It was amazing. The breakfast was great and i have nothing but good things to say about my experience.. make sure to visit san carbon across the street... amazing!! I loved the neighborhood. I even woke up early and went on a little jog. Happiness was achieved ✨️ honestly im offended by some of the lower reviews i read.. not justified. Price does not reflect experience in Colombia... strange.. yes.. but true.. perhaps thats due to the comparison between commercialization and independent family owned. I will try to always go family owned from now on its a better value and experience.. by far!!

Morgana Poblado Suites is a very untrustworthy and suspicious hotel. I wanted to access the hotel's safe deposit boxes, but mine was inoperable. Housekeeping (or someone with key card access) accessed my room without my consent and some of my things were missing. I spoke with management regarding this issue and there was not a thorough investigation regarding my missing items or who accessed my room. Also, the hotel doesn't have cameras on the hallways floors which I find very peculiar. As a result, I would strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel at all cost especially if you value peace of mind and money.

Great value for the price/quality My first time in such a nice hotel, excellent customer service, facilites, buffet is wonderful and location. I definitely will stay once again!

This hotel is in need of much repair. It's in a local neighborhood, and there were many dogs barking for hours, we had a deck but no chairs. Service was great!

The hotel is elevated on a hill outside the city. This gives you a quiet environment and you can relax. However, if you want to explore the city, as we did, the location requires a lot of driving. The hotel is well equipped, but the quality of the furnishings is getting on in years and should be renewed. Loose towel rails, mouldy air conditioning, leaky windows. The breakfast buffet is ordinary for the price range of the hotel, eggs, rice, cold cuts, cheese, fruit. Whether it was us or the staff had a bad day, the level of service took some getting used to and should be reconsidered.

be careful. I booked with Agoda they have charged me for the taxes and when I tried to check in they asked for more money before checking me in again caliming I have to pay taxes again.horible

+ big rooms but worn out + okay breakfast + nice view + pool and jacuzzi - wifi is bad - no gym - water is sometimes semi hot - location is good if you travel with taxi or like to walk on the highway for a while - small wall safe - barely anyone speaks English and one of the female receptionists just ignores you if you ask here something in English - the male receptionists are way friendlier and capable

The hotel was ok. Nothing to brag about. Overall triple room was too small. They put the third bed in the livingroom area and everything is so crowded. No seats on the balcony so you can't sit outside. The hotel is too far to walk from anywhere so we took uber. $4-5 per ride so that was ok. The dining area patio outside surrounds the pool so if you want to swim you may find everyone dining 2 feet away. Staff were very kind and helpful. Probably the best part of the hotel. Overall, it was quiet, safe, and just suitable for end of day sleep.

Location, value, cleanliness, breakfast, views to the city from 4th floor and above, Impressed how I spent 7 nights with no problems at all. 5 people 2 rooms all of us satisfied.

I heard this was a new hotel and it is listed as 4 stars - not even close as it is poorly maintained. The shower and bathroom sink faucets were falling off. The trash can was totally rusted. The toilet is so close to the shower everything gets wet. They give you the bare minimum one bar of soap and one towel a person. Nobody at reception speaks even basic English which is unusual since it's a hotel. I asked the receptionist to call me a taxi and she just attended to people checking in even though I was sitting there for close to a half hour. Breakfast was OK at best, nothing special. Location is totally residential off a highway so you're not able to walk anywhere. All in all pretty disappointing and wouldn't go back.

Great hotel, decent sized rooms, clean, good shower, nice views. Breakfast was very good also, a fair amount of English spoken by the front dest. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the hotel is getting ready for an update - but thought it was a very good value for the money. We would definitely stay again.

By the way. The last tone I was at your hotel, the girl in question and I were laughing. She warned me if I ever go to the hotel w another gurl, she would tell my girlfriend. We both laughed. The day after your goon threw me yo the ground, my girl came to the hotel, saw the girl at the counter and they talked and laughed. They remembered each other. I apologized throughout my stay for using an elevated voice. Nobody deserves to be picked up snd thrown to the ground. I’m 62 years old, had apologized twice. How dare uou condone this behavior and lie. That’s disgusting.

There may be fancier hotels in Medellin, but this hidden gem is my favorite. It is a smaller hotel with big rooms that include balconies which overlook the city. Located thirty minutes from the airport in a quiet residential area. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful Parque Lleras where you can stroll amongst the many shops and restaurants. The hotel has a heated pool, hot tub, and a steam room. An excellent buffet breakfast is served every morning between 6 am and 10 am and room service is served until late at night. Excellent restaurant with full liquor bar served at great prices. The absolute best part of this hotel are the employees. Every time I arrive the staff greet me warmly by name. The service is impeccable; from the management to the housekeepers everyone goes out of their way to insure you have an unforgettable experience.

The hotel was quite different than what was pictured— the rooms and common areas looked bigger but we’re quite small in reality. The person in the front desk during the mornings was quite rude and not very helpful, we asked for laundry services and were told to just look at the directions posted in the room. The breakfast buffet was good, however the kitchen staff could not keep up with the demand and food took 25+ minutes to be out in the Buffett table every time they ran out of an item.

I've stayed at this hotel six or eight times. Their service is good. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet doesn't exist anymore because of the pandemic. The pool is cold it used to be heated. The jacuzzi doesn't work.
