Nice place to stay.

The service here is excellent. However, the location and privacy are abismal. It's right next to the main drag, so people drive by honking horns at 5 in the morning, making it hard to sleep. In addition, the rooms on the first floor are 50 feet or less from the actual reception desk; there's no semblance of privacy to be had in terms of noise coming from your room. In addition, there are plenty of hotels for the same price withing 100 meters that have better privacy and are quieter. I just can't recommended this place. I ended up leaving a day early to go somewhere more quiet/with more privacy.

Update to my previous review. Today this morning I woke up to an angry Administradora that attempted to acuse me of making a false claim. First of all, why would I accuse anyone of anything without any proof. I took a picture of my backpack on the floor. I called the police. They investigated. I got their badge info. I saw the other post about a guest being called the cops on. Last night, I brought in a friend to have a last drink and knock out. The SAME guy said her paperwork wasn't right. I videod the whole situation. Loydz. This is a very nice hotel. One person is ruining your reputation. I uploaded a foto of him. That's the guy. I can not prove that he did it. Agreed. But, I'm originally from Texas and where there is smoke, there is fire. Hope you get it resolved so you don't ruin other people's amazing vacation.

🔸GREAT location, 5 walking minutes away from restaurants and the main park/plaza in Poblado 🔸GREAT customer service. One of them went out of his way to let me use his personal phone for a local call 👌🏻 🔸If you are not a heavy sleeper then noise will be an issue 😨 (note: it wasn't for us) but still, they need to fix this. 🔸Breakfast was really good and the hours are pretty good (7 to 10). You get to choose style of 🥚🍳eggs with ham/sausage/veggie options or mix it all up. Fruits, OJ 🥤, coffee/tea, a ham/cheese sandwich 🥪, bread, arepa 🫓, cereal 🥣 or pancake. A very complete breakfast if you ask me 👌🏻 🔸 VERY CLEAN 🔸Paid Shuttle option from airport if needed. 🔸Smart TV is painfully SLOW so either take a smart device or just enjoy their cable (lots of channels). The rooms on the ground level (also where the executive room is) are literally 25 feet away from the front desk/breakfast tables and DEFINITELY need better soundproofing, you will read this a lot on other reviews but it's also not really a problem unless you are sensitive to it... my gf and I had NO issues and we spent most of our 3 days in the room 😇 Still, for this reason and being objective I can't give it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐❌

It is nearly to the Poblado Station, Provenza and Lleras. It is super clean and the staff is friendly!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to, I got a room for 2 people and when I brought my guest he called the cops on her, I would never ever come here again

Great hotel in a mostly quiet area. I’m a light sleeper so the silence was really important to me and hotel Loyds did deliver! There were a couple of nights where I kind of heard the music coming from outside but it wasn’t very loud and I could mostly tune it out with an earplug. Great location, close to everything and friendly and accommodating staff. The only thing was that the bathroom doesn’t have a window or a ventilation of any kind so it gets musty.

I asked the reception how much for addicional person she sad 20,000 pesos more, after my friend arrived she charged me 100,000 pesos, spoke to managment they did not care, my colombian friend sad robar clasico, means rabing classic way

I NEVER CHANGE ROOMS, I HAD DOUBLE ROOM 1ST PLACE & WAS PAYING DOUBLE ROOM PRICE? I DO NOT SEE REASON WHY RECEPTIONIST 1ST SAD IT IS 20,000 PESOS FOR 2ND PERSON, BUT AFTER CHARGED 100,000?

The rooms are very nice, minimally equipped. They have a TV with cable; AC; black out curtains; carpets wall-to-wall. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and yummy!

Nice hotel, very well located in zona Rosa because not near the bars and restaurants. Room is nice, bathroom a bit small. We can hear people in the corridor though. Breakfast is good.

Excellent standard. Location good. Good value. The star attraction though is the guy on reception from 6am to 6pm. This man makes the hotel one I will return to and makes this review an easy five stars.

The hotel is very clean the service is excellent. i would highly recommend this hotel. They have breakfast and they offer tours you can take to different places, and the price is very good. The rooms are super clean also.

I had a premium room for regular hotel price. Very clean, modern amenities, excellent staff, just outside the noise of the tourist zone.

The hotel is at a convinient location. Room is clean. But there are a few issues: (1) wi-fi is slow, especially inside the room. (2) the window opened to an indoor space (I stayed in room 205). Even though it's nice outdoor, it needs an A/C to keep the room cool. (3) the wall is thin. I heard all kinds of noise from other rooms. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

I asked for a quite room and it was away from the main activities, but my room was above reception and eating area. A TV was on all the time and was ordiable and then when they prepared the dining area and kitchen before 6am it was unbearable. A car alarm noise did not help. This is all because of the viod that let's light in and passes my bedroom window. Went somewhere else to sleep.

Stayed here several times in the past with no complaints. Today was just horrible. At 7 a.m. you here banging all morning from repairs. Did not get to sleep after staying out till 4 a.m. Definitely a waste of a stay. They could've warned us that check out will be at 7 a.m. bc there is no way to sleep... looking for another hotel now. A real disappointment

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast, good location. A bit noisy at night, we could hear people talking/coughing in the reception area. Front desk person, Emanuel, super guy... knowledgeable and helpful. The only blemish at the very end - we ordered a 3 am cab for the airport and although Emanuel told us in the morning it will be 50,000 CP, the night guy said it is actually 70,000 CP which made us scrambling for extra CP at the last second. Plus the cab was actually not a real cab... probably a friend of the front desk guy. Just be aware of these scammers!
