NEVER STAYING IS THE HOTEL AGAIN, even though the hotel decor looks cute, the furniture is good, there’s a kitchen which helps for longer stays, the WALLS ARE SO THIN you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. Literally everything, every word, alarm ringing. I haven’t had one single night of good sleep.

Walls are paper thin, I could hear a pin drop. Every footstep on the metal staircase. People coming home at 2am playing loud music, alarms from the room next door at 4am for their departure, and then 9am someone with the TV on. Reviews seem to be better than it actually is. Although the rooms are nice the noise is not, I left after 2 nights and moved hotel.

Horrendous service. Rude staff. Charged another guest $80.000cop for spilling a small amount of hot chocolate on the sheets. I saw the picture and it was very little. Said they would have to throw them away when all it takes is a little bleach… which they should always bleach their sheets anyways after every use. We were also told we were making too much noise when just speaking normally at 9pm. We had to listerally whisper for the rest of our stay. I’ve never had such a bad experience.

Its all started when we did a check in and tried to open the door of the room and we couldn’t, we try to push it harder and then the door opend. After that we got to the room and the mirror was broken. We tell to the man in the reception and he gave us new mirror but he said that we need to push harder the door and handle it be ourself . My friend get in to the shower and suddenly all the room was water , all our stuff was wet all the room is wet .We going again to the reception to tell them about the problem we got , all the room is wet all our stuff we can’t shower, and then he talk with someone and then told us that they have another room but , we need to pay extra money to get another room. nobody was coming to the room to check what happened what the damage is this , the only things that he gave me was mop and bucket , no service cleaning nothing! I talk with the boss of the soy local hostel and that one thing after all that he said you need to pay more money if you want to go to another room . Dont go to soy local hostel !!

Area is very good but the management was terrible and the isolation of the room is horrible. We booked a room for 3 and another one for 4 and we got one for 2 and one for 4 leaving one of us bedless. We could hear the rest of people in the hotel from our bedroom and were woken up each day by a crying baby. Overall experience in the hotel was poor but the area is ok. Up to you to choose it.

The location is great but the noise penetrates right through the windows so it's hard to get a good night's sleep sometimes, depending on the volume of the music that the neighboring bars choose

Comfortable accommodations with friendly staff in great location. I'll stay again next visit to Medellin

I left in the checkout a package by accident (a present) and when I came back to claim it they had destroyed the package and part was missing. I asked why they destroyed the package and why something was missing. They argued that they always open the packages left by customers (which of course was a lie) and by accident they lost one of the items. After I asked again for the missing item they found it. I wrote later to their WhatsApp to inform about this situation and ask why this happened. They told me don't worry we will inform management about this misconduct and we will copy you. 4 days later nothing happened. Don't stay in a place that is not safe for your belongings.

Terrible noisy, no windows, no fresh air, you hear everyone and everything. Its basically like living on the street or inside the club. Horrible experience! Only suitable for parties.

So I booked this after read reviews. If you don’t value rest and sleep do not stay here. Tin roof, thin walls you echo the street and restaurant below. It gets better… the banging is nothing like hearing the beat all night long it was a Thursday. Asked to change rooms it was a bit better but clearly this place doesn’t want people to rest and stay and don’t care about the same complaints over and over again. Cheap building material. Build properly!!! Shame on you

Ok, you want to stay in Zona Rosa - got it. But this means that you will not get to sleep until 2-3 am - every night. The apartments are ok, but they don’t have windows. At least mine did not. So, you are living in a box with artificial light and lots of noise. Yes - it really is that bad.

It's a small hotel, great located in the poblado area. The staff were really helpful and always try to help. The bathroom was really small, I can barely fit in there. Overall I will recommend it

Great place to stay! The apartment has great flow and space design. however, there was no windows that opened and therefore, we had problems with ventilation. The shower also didn't have a space to put soap or shampoo. I would still recommend staying here. I enjoyed the space, it felt private even with full glass windows and it was welcoming and relaxing.
